The guy didn't even get kicked out of the house. Maybe it was because it was the mother who caught them rather than the father...perhaps mothers are more understanding of their daughters getting their freak on ![]() If it had been me though catching my child about to have s.ex in my house, I'd have been boiling with anger. Anyway, I thank God that my friend is still alive on this earth. |
Just curious, has this ever happened to you? And how did you react? A friend of mine was at a girl's house this weekend. They were in the living room doing some stuff, then the girl's mother (who she thought was already asleep) walked down and saw them. They weren't having sex, but just were with lots of clothing off. It was one of the most awkward situations he has ever been in However, he is kind of glad it happened ![]() So, have you been in this situation before? And if so, how did you respond? |
breathing: I don't know if you are a born again Christian. But every born again christian would find out sooner or later that there are two ways of handling every issue. The 'common sense' way and the 'God' way.A great post. Thank you for this. |
Yeah...if you are a professional athlete in America, it seems to me a prenup is mandatory. And probably also a good idea to get a vasectomy...get your sperm frozen or something beforehand for later when you eventually want to have kids. Honestly, a lot of these guys lose money because of women they get involved with. |
Black athletes in general have this problem. They only live in the "now", rather than planning for the future. They don't realize that their career and earnings potential has a limit, and that they obviously won't be making millions/year in their 40s and 50s. Very sad stuff. |
greateros: 25 litres of fuel = N3k or moreHeh. The N30k you mentioned just seems like such a small amount to risk gambling my life with. But if I were much poorer, perhaps the calculus would change. So perhaps the gamble isn't as bad as it seems. |

Anyway I am tired of folk like redsun claiming that unless Christians behave like mumu, then they aren't Christian. |
Suppose he committed murder in the church. Should the family of the victim also not press charges? What if he burns down church property. Also they should not press charges? He could be a first time offender, or he could be a repeat offender. The only way to find out is for him to be processed by the police and courts. |
redsun: So can a church send somebody to jail for stealing?Where is the forgiveness they are preaching? Hypocrites. What the fvck type of id1ocity is this? Forgiveness does not mean that you don't have to face the law. The law is the law. Plus, what if the guy has stolen before? By not reporting him, then you leave other churches vulnerable. |
FreeGlobe: Mukina2. Anti igbo. The woman from Sierra Leone or wherever she is from is now anti-igbo? na wa for una crybabies, the lot of you |
BetaThings: Economics Ethnic Chinese are estimated to control 60% of Malaysia's national income.[67] As a result, they are the biggest taxpayers among all ethnic groups in the country.[9] Chinese Malaysians also contribute almost 90 percent of the country's income tax.[10][68] While the national home ownership rate in Malaysia was 91.7% in 2005, 92.9% of Chinese Malaysian households owned the home they lived in which was the second highest after rate after the Malaysian Malays.[61] In terms of housing affordability, Chinese Malaysians could afford houses priced between RM120,000 and RM180,000.[69] In 2002, Chinese Malaysians held the lowest poverty rates among major ethnic groups in Malaysia with a rate of 1.5% compared with the bumipetera rate of 7.3%.[70][71] For the Malaysian Chinese community, the mean income rose from 394 RM in 1970 to 4,279 RM in 2002, which was an increase of 90.8% and the figure was 80.0% above Bumiputera and 40.5% above Malaysian Indians.[70] Mean Monthly Household Income by Ethnic Group in Peninsular Malaysia was 4279 RM per month for Chinese Malaysian compared with 2376 RM per month for Bumiputera.[72] Due to the large Chinese presence in the Malaysian business sector, Chinese Malaysian income is typically received from business and economic activities rather than salaried employment which inflates the relative income gaps between the Chinese and Bumipetera and is also another reason why Chinese household income greatly exceeds the those of Malays and Malaysian Indians. Chinese households have also mean household incomes 2.77 times and 177% higher than those of Malay households.[73] In 2005, Chinese Malaysian household income continued to remain the highest out of all three major ethnic groups in Malaysia, with a monthly household income of 4,570 compared to the monthly national average of 4,320.[61] Income distributions show dramatic differences among the three main ethnic groups in Peninsular Malaysia (Malays, Chinese, and Indians) and between the rural and urban subgroups. Chinese incomes are larger, on the average or median, and are more unequally distributed than those of Malays or Indians. However, because relatively more of Chinese income is received from market activities, broadening the definition of income reduces the relative difference between Chinese households and the other two ethnic groups. Since the distribution of Chinese income is more highly skewed than that of Malays and mean household market income-yields a conclusion that Chinese income is 177% higher than Malay income. Mean Chinese business income is almost five times as large as mean Malay business income, but median business income for Malay households exceeds median Chinese business income from business ventures.[73] Malaysian Chinese have the highest household income among the 3 major ethnic groups in Malaysia. According to Sulaiman Mahbob, as of December 2007, the monthly average household income was at 4,437 ringgit.[74][75][76][77] Since early settlement during the 15th century, Chinese Malaysians are considered one of the wealthiest ethnic groups in Malaysia and have been more prosperous than other ethnic communities in Malaysia.[78] In February 2001, Malaysian Business released its list of the 20 richest Malaysians. Sixteen of the 20 and 9 of the top 10 were ethnic Chinese. A number of other wealthy Chinese outside the top 20 also control well-managed corporations.[79] According to a 2011 Forbes magazine list, eight out of the top ten richest Malaysians are ethnic Chinese.[80][81][82] According to economic data compiled by the Malaysian daily Nanyang Siang Pau in 2012, ethnic Chinese make up 80 percent of Malaysia's top 40 richest people.[83] http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Malaysian_Chinese#Economics Like I said, Malaysia and Indonesia are two Muslim countries built upon spending the unbeliever's money. In the case of Malaysia, this is quite literally true, as they pay 90% of the income tax. |
As with Russia in its 1992-1994 sell off of state assets, it is entrenched political and business elites who look set to win much of Nigeria's power sector, even while Western aid agencies are backing the process with tens of millions of dollars.this is pretty bad |
The return of the great Kilode. Welcome back. |
F00028: are you a Muslim or a tribalist? Is his statement true, or false? |
The world does not begin with and end with your religion. I don't know what part of Nigeria you come from, but a lot yoruba muslims are quite educated. Muslims should stop the dooms day mentality, but the biggest problem most muslim societies face is, control of state resource. you cited Malaysia as an example. Malaysia is a country where monkey dey work, baboon dey chop. They shamelessly spend infidel money while claiming to be holier than thou. The same attitude is evident in Nigeria, the way northerners are going crazy because they no longer have direct access to government money. The problem? Change the Dooms day mentality and the "i only work with muslims" mentality.
Truth. Malaysia and Indonesia are both basically about spending the Chinese man's money |
Rossike is an admirable guy, in a certain sense. Classically pan-Africanist, pro-black, pro-Nigerian, all that stuff. Idealism is refreshing...though often unrealistic. |
This is awesome. We're moving forward. Seriously, I never thought we had such brave and secure Nigerian men anymore. Brought me to the point of happy tears |
Well, there is nothing to forgive. He is entitled to his opinions. |
shymexx: ^^^How can that be true when their region is just as backward, if not worse than the rest of NigeriaI personally don't think it is true...I am just giving it to them for the sake of argument. In order to make a point. |
saintohia: The truth still remains that Nigeria would have advanced in development had it been the Igbos is running the country. That may even be true. But the point I have made in this thread is that while Achebe's attitude is prominent among Igbos, this will never happen. Everyone will remain their enemies |
