engineerboat:The figures do not make sense. Give is revenue from 2010 to date with specific indications. |
selectedhero:Nigeria will be 100% self-sufficient in rice production/farming this year. It rubbishes your allegations. The monies recovered from looking how much do you think it is? How much of it has been cleared for use by the court? However, part of it will be used for 2018 budget as stated by the government. |
fuckbmc:Obasanjo's era cost of governance is not as high as today. The cost of governance went up with Yaradua and Jonathan. Also Obasanjo enjoyed money from Teelecom licencing. |

Which revenue is this, internal or external revenue? And which currencies? |
deji68:This is not true. The GEJ govt didn't deny inheriting the money, the excuse they gave was that the state governors requested to share the money which GEj granted. Anyway, you may dispute this because the account was not being monitored, but you cannot dispute the other figures. |
deji68:See the link above. ^^^ Buhari earns $58bn in 27 months to Jonathan’s $454bn in 6 years ttps://www.google.com.ng/amp/sunnewsonline.com/buhari-earns-58bn-in-27-months-to-jonathans-454bn-in-6-years/amp/ 16 Vanguard has a similar post like this, but in naira. It converted on earnings by each govt since 1958. |
SalamRushdie:Buhari earns $58bn in 27 months to Jonathan’s $454bn in 6 years According to figures from the Organisation of Oil Producing Exporting Countries (OPEC) on Nigeria’s oil earnings since 2010 till date, the Buhari government has raked in $58 billion since coming to office. A breakdown of the oil revenue by the Buhari government showed that between June and December 2015, the government earned $16 billion. In 2016, the Buhari government earned $26 billion, while it has raked in $16 billion this year, between January and July. The statistics showed that the Jonathan government earned a total of $453.5 billion between 2010 and 2015. A breakdown of the Jonathan government’s earning showed that $70.7 billion was earned in 2010, $100.1 billion in 2011 and $96.9 billion in 2012. Also, the Jonathan government earned $86.9 billion in 2013, $77.9 billion in 2014 and $21 billion between January and May 2015. Meanwhile, the Buhari government has received kudos from the European Union (EU) and the United States government over its prudence in managing scarce resources. https://www.google.com.ng/amp/sunnewsonline.com/buhari-earns-58bn-in-27-months-to-jonathans-454bn-in-6-years/amp/ |
fuckbmc:It would have been worse with PDP. We could have experienced banking collapse and loss of depositors fund. Buhari has managed $60 billion well. $60 billion wouldn't have been enough for PDP leaders to share for their private use. |
deji68:Your figures are wrong. GEJ was handed $47billion external reserve from Yaradua. Plus excess crude of $22 billion. Yaradua inherited $45 billion plus 22 ECA from Obj. Yaradua grew the External reserve from $45 to $63, but used some part to solve global economic recession of 2008 and left $47 for Jona Jona left $29 for Buhari as at May 2015. |
engineerboat:I am not in for word vs word. The figures are available in CBN website, and also independent performance monitoring websites. The External reserve was $29 billion when Buhari took over. Excess crude less $2b left. |
OP, you have to be objective and talk with figures. This administration has only earned around $60 billion so far, and has increased our external reserve by $11 billion from what it was in May 2015. Cleared salary arrears by bailing out states twice or thrice, paid contractors to mobilize them back to work after Iweala's 2015 budget only cater for 33 out of 210 Capital projects. In comparison Jonathan earned $454 billion and destroyed our External reserves, incurred $7b additional external debts, couldn't bailout states salary arrears, etc. |
NgeneUkwenu:Lady, I have been reading your writing quietly. You are right. Those people don't know the disaster averted in 2015 when PDP was voted out. Buhari is doing okay compared to what he has earned. Buhari earned from oil less than $60 billion, and has been able to increase our reserve from $29b in May 2015 to $40 billion as at now. He has also been bailing out states salary arrears. Jonathan earned $454bn from crude oil sale, he depleted our external reserves, increased our external debt by $7b, left us with unpaid contractors, unpaid salaries, abandoned 180 capital projects out of 210 in 2015 budget. If those guys were still in power, Nigeria would have not even function at all. Buhari is rightly trying to diversify our economy from oil. We will soon attain rice farming self-sufficiency. Farmers can now earn more and be encouraged to farm more. We can go on and all. |

Stats show that KDB stats on distance covered have been going up season after season. |
Tuesday 7 November 2017 No one has run further in the 2017/18 UEFA Champions League than Manchester City's Kevin De Bruyne, but has anyone covered huge distances at a faster pace? Kevin De Bruyne has run nearly 50km in four UEFA Champions League games Who are the hardest-working players in the UEFA Champions League? Hard to tell, but what we can say without fear of contradiction is who has covered the most distance in this season's competition: Manchester City's Kevin De Bruyne, with 48,052m in 360 minutes over the first four matchdays. However, the Belgian's lung-busting average of 133.48m covered per minute is not the most punishing feat of athleticism in this season's competition. Christian Eriksen has played one match fewer than De Bruyne, but has made up for it by covering 37935m in his three games – 140.50m per minute, at an average speed of 8.43km/h. Others have averaged higher speeds: Paris's Julian Draxler covered 19,815m in 139 minutes of football at a rate of 8.55km/h, while Napoli's Amadou Diawara was not much slower, covering 26,892m in 190 minutes (8.49km/h) Source: Eufa. In 2013/2014, Pogba covered 11.5 km per game, in 2016/2017 he covered 10.8km. We must agree these pundits (Scholes and co) have some stats we don't have or care about. |
AN ARTICLE FROM LAST SEASON .... As something of a physical marvel in a Jose Mourinho team, the expectation would be that Pogba would be able to impose himself on games. Pogba has been able to do that in some games, particularly in the draw at West Ham where he was very direct with his running indeed. But he's not been able to do that on a consistent basis. He's well down the list in terms of distance covered in games. He's 84th in the league overall, 10.8km |
Stats are very interesting. I saw distance covered per game of Champions League 2013/2014, Matic was by far the highest in the whole of Europe. He covered over 13km per match, equivalent to what Valencia used to cover when playing in the wing. Pogba was number 8 that year. Pogba was ahead of Vidal and Salah in the top ten. If Pogba and Matic maintained same distance, Matic would be number one in EPL with no close rival. And Pogba would just be behind Kante on the table. |
Nihilist:What is the correct list? Please don't produce total distance covered which favours players who play more games. Distance covered per game is what is needed. |
See again last season in sprints. Manchester United rank low down on the list for sprints, too, with their total of 5210 putting them 15th in the Premier League rankings. West Ham are bottom of that category, with Manchester City leading the way. Pep Guardiola's side, whose intensity was too much for Arsenal on Sunday, have racked up 6198 sprints - over 200 more than second-placed Watford and nearly 1000 more than title rivals United. |
sinizia:What is the 6 sec rule? |
The players who covered most ground per match last season. No Manchester United player. Mourinho has to learn not to pamper and over protect players.
|
I have been saying some of your prayers stay in one place. I noticed that about Lukaku mostly. No hate here. |
sinizia:As at November 8th, we were covering the least distance. We were 20th on the distance table. Is it not some of the things I have been saying that we don't work hard. We don't press for the ball.
|
PietroRico:Heat map doesn't show how much ground you covered. It is the number of KM covered. The number of KM covered has to be broken down to the: KM covered with top sprint KM covered with sprint KM with light sprint KM with normal jogging KM covered walking Midfielders usually cover highest KM, but not with top sprint or sprint. Generally, United players don't cover as high as Liverpool, Tottenham, City, Arsenal and Chelsea. That was when I saw it last season and early this season. You would be surprised that Kante would be covering so much with sprint |
PietroRico:I guess Pogba didn't get annoyed, he raised his game. Mourinho is annoyed because he was told to stop talking about Manchester City. Scholes went on to say Guardiola has worked to build a good team. Scholes probably wanted Mourinho to seat down to work on his team. |
PietroRico:The absence of Lukaku produced a 4-3-3. But it is not the first time we have played 4-3-3. Pogba surely worked better yesterday |
sinizia:Scholes meant well for the club. Pogba worked very hard yesterday. He played with energy, winning 50-50 balls and running up and down the field. Mourinho should not 'worship' these players and spoil them. Last season he showed too much protection/respect to Ibrahimovic. This season, he is doing same to Lukaku and Pogba. They might get lazy in his hands. He has done well to make Pogba the captain, it shows he the future team will be built around him. But he has to make him mature and work. |
E be like say anybody wey criticize Pogba or Lukaku automatically becomes oversabi. Even when the person is right. Abeg these guys (Pogba and Lukaku) are players, not gods. Criticism has brought out the best of Pogba today. |
PietroRico:Scholes criticism was very constructive. He wanted to see the Pogba at Juventus who was hitting shots from 25 yards. He also said Mourinho was taking too much about City. Some guys here already said same. |
