So when I came back then I saw that its fake, then I asked him to take me to where he bought it, then I explained to him that this one is fake therefore I need the originally one, trust Igbo guys na...he started ranting then I dropped it there and left, I came back after one week, he was still saying same nonsense, second week same thing...then I call my uncle who is an officer (police) then he came with a boy to pick him up, when the Igbo saw that I wasn't joking then he lowered his voice...then my uncle asked his boy to arrest him n his felow Igbo ppl started begging on his behalf not to be take to station n he also pleadeiand promise to bring the original product... Then I left after a week, I came back n find my radio ready for pick...so go there and explain to him calmly, if he's doing any how lock him up, if he's locked up two days his brain will reset.

Legally you can't by any chance throwaway some's property because he can't pay you in less than 3 month, he must seek legal backing and you must appear before a rent tribunal or competent court of law before such can be granted...don't be scared of going to your house, there is nothing he can do, he can onlyake noise but he throw out ur things...
Before this guy will crucify me, I am speaking from a practical experience, a landlord did to a students whom rent expired but was on break so broke the room and throwout her stuff, could you believe that he paid 2.5mil just compensate her because she claimed that so many of her property are missing worth more than 5mil, and the judge threaten to take him to prison, then he pleaded they settle out of court and she agreed then after much plead she settle for 2.5m...
Aside these there are lots of cases like that, don't be scared in as much is within the time you just stipulated... Another thing is that, if its rent tribunal you won't spend any serious money and your case will settled (maybe free self)

We all know it's almost about that time again. The time to decide what the next 4 years of this "giant of Africa" would reflect. These last few years have taught many of us lessons we never thought we would learn. Some people couldn't endure learning and suffering what they didn't opt in for, so, they left the country in search of greener pastures.

Many families who suffered these last few years must have decided that political apathy is a terrible decision. I believe that this next #NigeriaDecides should have an increased rate of political participation. People who think minding their businesses and making money online is all that matters might be affected in the next few years. Some people make money somehow on Twitter, and from the crypto market, but we all can still remember what happened some months ago. Who knows what measures would be introduced if we don't get it right this time?

This next election can either be the beginning of corrective measures or more lessons to learn the hard way. In fact, I think every qualified Nigerian should participate this time. However, some of us wanting to participate do not have a voters card. Here comes the big question!
