While you are doing this, I would suggest you look out for employers that are willing to sponsor under the TSS 482 visa. I have actually seen one or two of such opportunities for hair stylist and I think it won't be a bad idea if you give it a trial. All you need do is to package an eye catchy resume with a powerful cover letter to the employer. I also think some pictures of the work you have done, like the one on your profile would go a long way to convince someone who is willing to sponsor work visa for you.

Try doing a Google Search for TSS 482 visa sponsorship jobs in your area of expertise and if possible, search for hair stylist shops in Australia, and see if you can connect with the owners of such business.

Sorry for the lengthy post. Hope it was resourceful. All the very best.

Travel / Re: Nigerian Nurses And Midwives With The Dream Of Working Abroad Let's Meet Here. by Eldeee(m): 11:57pm On Dec 20, 2019
Am not a nurse, but just decided to share this piece of information, I guess it's going to benefit one or two or even more. For those interested in working as a nurse in Australia, there are lots of lovely opportunities available. You need not go through the skilled migration program, which it's a bit difficult and time consuming.

All you need do is to search for work visa sponsorship opportunities in Australia for nurses, you will get to see what they require, and funny enough it's not as cumbersome as the aforementioned, you get a work contract which enable you to obtain a work visa direct. It's called TSS 482 visa class. If successful, the hospital will facilitate your licensing with the parent body called AHPRA and visa processing most at times through their HR consultants, and you get to work for two years and file in for your permanent residence the third year. You can carry out your search using LinkedIn and other viable recruitment sites like indeed and seek.

NB : It's up to you to carry out your due diligence and ascertain the contacts you get from this sites. I have seen a handful of this opportunity which necessitates me sharing this information. I don't want to get banned by posting such links here, so it's up to you to make your search.

sorry for the lengthy post, pls bear with me, honestly it wasn't intentional. Wish you all the very best in your pursuits. Gracias

Let me use this opportunity to apologize to all for any wrong words I might have used. Am almost frustrated and thats the truth. The heat is too much and I can barely take it anymore. Any office I enter is money money money. They are almost ripping me apart because of this Journey and I can assure you that am doing all alone. Alone with none but God. Thats why I lash out at anybody that undermines my sufferings and make it look like everything is normal.

As a mark of my honesty, I will never use dirty words or cuss anybody again in this thread. Am not even used to it. Situation is making me angry and mad at everything.

That's the spirit!!! Many thanks for your understanding, more especially retracing your steps swiftly. My brother, in all honesty we all have moments when we are at our lowest ebb and as such leads to frustrations as you can see with suicide rates today. Just see the positive side despite all the negativity around. Negativity has done much harm than good and it's quite toxic when it's been released around.

In all honesty, I truly admire and must commend your hard painstaking efforts, but in all we do its God that showeth mercy. God bless you richly in all measures. All the very best.

You say this about your fellow Nigerians online

Stop complaining about Nigeria like you're the only one in it and stop painting a negative image of your fellow countrymen just to gain acceptance by a group of people who do not care about you. You're yet to travel out, you'll understand more of life when you get to DE and stop embarrassing your country men and making Germans seemingly look like gods

And lastly change your circle. You can't sit with dirt and complain of flies.

Peace

This is really apt, epic and quite astounding. Thumbs up bro. More grace and wisdom as you advance.

oh thanks. But when sending it to them on Monday with dhl do I need to pen down my visa number, name and passport number or I should just send them the confirmation paper only

You don't need to drop it at the consulate. Just send an email attaching the confirmation from fintiba and state your name, date of birth, interview date, visa receipt number, passport number to info@lago.diplo.de. They will most likely respond to you with an AM instead of acknowledging the receipt of your confirmation. All the very best.

Please when you move, don't forget this thread. Yeah, you owe it to no one, but doing good costs absolutely nothing. Help people, be kind to strangers as well in anyway you can. I sure can testify to that.

This should be, if not one of the very best comments I have read here in a while now. Thanks a million bro, you have been so resourceful and helping despite all odds.

It's just quite sad that a good number of us are just self centered. Looking at most of the questions being asked here clearly depicts what type of persons we are. It's well

Thanks my brother, after that what's going to be the next line of action??

Good morning sir, saw your post requesting for information about medical studies in Germany. In all fairness, I understand you want the very best for your ward, but I think it's rather quite herculean a task if you should ask me, my opinion though.

I really don't think you truly UNDERSTAND what the initial poster was trying to tell you, don't mean to disrespect you sir. Baba, the process no be here ooooo, walahi, reasons you can hardly see anyone here making comments about studying medicine and surgery in Germany, I stand to be corrected though.

Honestly learning German to C1 level which is the basic thing you need to enroll, no be beans oooo. Doing a studienkollege program too no be beans as well, if you want know, ask our own aunty janette, Lol.

My candid opinion: Bros e better make everything stew for your pikin as e want enter Germo. She can go for courses related to medicine, there are a lot of them eg biomedical sciences, toxicology, public health, International healthcare management, medical Informatics, medical immunology and infection, digital health etc.

NB : This are my humble opinion, it's not binding on you, so the decision is left for you to take. Just decided to stop by make I see whether mama nkechi beer don cold. Hope you don't mind a drink as well, Lol.

Good morning all, please can anybody help me out? what are the details that should be on the email when i want to send blocked account confirmation to the embassy? Please kindly help out.

Your name, passport number, visa receipt number (the six digit number at the right hand side of the receipt), date of interview. Send it to the email on your visa receipt ie info@lago.diplo.de

NB: They mostly don't acknowledge receipt of the confirmation, so don't stress yourself when you don't see any.

How slightly higher? I used the conversion rate of #360-$1, but with #365-$1exchange rate, it's about #4-5500 diff.

It seems they increase the fare with time as I have been getting different values from what you got. I presume booking directly to the airline companies is much more better, my thoughts anyway.

On Student Universe, Turkish Airline flight from Lagos to Frankfurt on Oct 6 is 176,400, and Sept 13 is 172,440.

I just checked it out now but seem to be getting a slightly higher figure from what you just wrote here. How did you go about it? How did you get the figure, are you sure you are using the exact exchange rates? Kindly cross check again for clarity purpose.

Plss can I have list of cheap flights to Stuttgart

Book Turkish airline direct to Stuttgart airport. There's a discount for students (zero charge on taxes and fees, 50% discount on fuel surcharge) Just did a random search for September 16th and got 184,320. So you can give it a trial for the dates you wish to travel.
