Hi sir, owning a licence isn't an issue but how to monitor , foremost you obtain Certificate of incorporation from CAC, then the following process starts by submitting some documents.

Let me share my experience.
Some years back. I had travel plans to visit New York. I bought my ticket to JFK but delayed in booking hotel. Eventually I couldnt find any hotel in Manhattan. I had to choose one in New Jersey. From JFK airport i took a yellow cab to my hotel in New Jersey. Men! We met traffic along the way. The meter was counting. I spent about $170 for the taxi ride to my hotel. You know how much that is in naira. I have been reflecting on a cheaper option i could have used. This train option you mentioned seems to be a cheaper option...

Also I read through your comment history and see that you are applying for an undergraduate program. An additional recommendation I'd provide is that your sponsor show strong sources of income, as well as a bank statement with significant balance even after paying for tuition & living expenses.

You say your school fees & other expenses are approximately N7.5m. I'd suggest that your sponsor show a balance of much more than that amount even after paying your school fees & other expenses (because your program is four years long). Also, if your sponsor has dependents, the VO will not consider it credible that the sponsor will spend all of his/her savings on you. So your sponsor's bank statement balance must be more than enough to cover his/her dependents and your educational expenses.

Assuming your sponsor has a spouse and two kids, I'd suggest he/she show a bank statement balance of at least N15m (this is just my opinion) in order to show that he/she can comfortably sponsor you. As mentioned above, the sponsor would also provide proof of income and pay one year of your expenses ahead of time.

An undergraduate program is four years long and the VO needs to know that your sponsor is financially able to fund each of the four years.

You are really making an effort to paint South Africa in a good light. No doubt the pictures are fine. Its a place someone will like to live in but the Xenophobic stigma really sticks to South Africa like butter on bread. Imagine, Fellows Africans coming to live and do business there, then becoming targets for people with massive inferiority complex? It is not palatable. After all the investments. Do you know many foreigners that have elevated blood pressures whenever the Xenophobic bug bites the indigenes? I don’t see myself visiting such a country.

The Deed of Assignment has been exchanged between both parties, it has to be recorded in the land registry to show legal proof that the land has exchanged hands and the public should be aware of the transaction. Such recorded Deed of Assignment come in the form of either a _*Governor’s Consent*_ or _*Registered Conveyance*_.

For Mr c to successfully process his documents he has to get back to Mr A who has the registered government consent or Deed of conveyance .

Exception is a case where Mr B has the registered Deed of conveyance reflecting in land and survey ,that the land has been sold to him, in that case he should also go to land and survey and do a registered conveyance ,reflecting that he is selling the land to Mr C ,in this case the Governor consent might not be needed

Two questions.

1. What about Governor’s Consent as a type of document in land transactions?

2. It goes thus: Mr A owns a land with a C of O in his name in Lagos. He sells the land to Mr B issuing him a deed of assignment. Mr B later decides he wants to sell the land but he did not process his Governor’s Consent. Mr C wants to buy the land from Mr B. Mr C buys the land from Mr B and gets a deed of aassignment from him. Now if Mr C wants to process his Governor’s Consent, does he need to go back to Mr A whose name is on the C of O or is the deed of assignment between him and Mr B sufficient for this?
