Susily:“So the sister did right…”. That absolutely was not his business. Cheating on your spouse is improper, but a family member who is a dependant, has no business reporting his benefactor to the spouse for gain! His sister was his benefactor. Did he report his sister just because he felt it was immoral? For me I can safely say NO. It was eye service and an outright attempt to gain advantage over his sister. Again, it is highly probable that he was always jealous of his sister success and sought ways to nail her. When you read such stories, look through them and think about possibilities. The sister was their family’s bread winner. What he did was to block their financial source. His reason is close to his heart. I can safely bet that the young man cannot be trusted to help lift up his own family. Regarding the marriage. It was the business of the unsuspecting husband to find out, if he ever had any reason to. Now the young man broke up the home. Set the children apart from their parents and put the entire family in disarray. Infidelity is handled with a lot of care. It is not a childish matter or a matter to be handled with immaturity. Will you do such a thing to your sister? If a member of your family does such, will you find not fight? |
MadamVanessa:Your comment is spot on. You head the nail right on the head, calling a spade by its name. Sadly this forum is filled with senseless youths, who only think unreasonable. The young man was selfish and very foolish. Let’s ask some pertinent questions: 1. If the sister did not marry that husband, how would the reckless young man have found his financial freedom as he mentioned? 2. If his sister did not allow him and his family members come around her husband, how would they all have come out of their family poverty? 3. Now that he has forgotten the one who covered their family’s poverty, has he found peace? His sister helped him become somebody in life and he paid back by breaking her marriage? 4. If his business fails and the same man does not help, where will he find help? 5. If his sister settles with her husband, will she ever allow him come around her husband? Do you see why some people visit native doctors and hired assassins to kill their family members. The young man is arrogant and very proud. His downfall is close to him. OP you are an ungrateful person. You will learn your lesson the hard way. |
Lithiumite:No be your fault. Na poverty make you reason like this. If you had a little understanding, you’d never make such irresponsible comment as you made. Steve Jobs was valued at 7.2b dollars when he died of cancer. His wealth could not save him. You wey no get shishi dey there dey use foul words over someone who was thankful and publicly testified of God’s mercy to her. No single intellectual or humanitarian value? She was much younger than you when fame visited her. There you are with nothing yesterday, nothing today and not sure of tomorrow. No name. Yet nobody. People like you find life difficult and impossible to find help because of this type of wicked mindset of yours. |
Thank God for the successful surgery. May that affliction not happen anymore to her. |
What’s sakawa? Is that related to terrorism? |
“Bobo Chicago” “Bola” Oh no! Not again. |
richmond500:People who fired themselves, now sit to pass bills that would never be recognized. If they had common sense and shame, they should be reaching out to Fubara to sort out their differences. Wike’s influence is now overrated in Rivers state. This governor now that he has his feet on the ground, will win elections with other strong politicians in the state, to Wike’s shame and embarrassment. |
PressMyButton:See how you disgrace yourself publicly? If they did not meet grass, what did they meet? Did they meet lands with glass on them? Or you do not know that your people sold lands with grass and water to those who could afford them? Abi you get shishi for pocket to build 2 x 2 kiosk before you sell your baba so pe land? |
If tribalism no kill una, nothing else. Market that has been existing since the late 70s before dem born una, with no stress, no tribalism, no hatred and no religious bias. No be safe not paramo. Na paramole. |
Aaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhh! E gba mi oooo! Aye mi o! Ye pa! See my life! Na so the man go dey shout up and down. |
brain54:Hopefully BUA should begin production next year with 225,000 BPD capacity. Include that with the Modular refineries and the prices should drop. Let’s all look out for the best. |
Caseless:Very easy for the thieves. They have different methods of opening the doors and driving away without trace. These ones were the lucky ones. Thousands arrive here daily. |
Satazaa:Maybe not the best reference, but at his time he was wealthy and in those years he preferred to reside in the hotel. If he was illegitimate, he would have found himself in jail. By the way, do you know what it means to be a defence contractor? Do you know that there are licensed arms dealers worldwide? If you say someone merchandises, does that not mean trading? Again, I just wanted to let the OP realize that when such comments are made, they should not be generalized. There are people who own their personal properties, yet the enjoy the environment of hotels. They prefer to spend their days and nights in hotels. It is not a Nigerian issue, but it is a worldwide practice. |
Botragelad:Correctly stated. And for those who claimed that Israel did not make much of their ground attacks, they must note that for the first time in over a decade, Israel got to the Litani river. It the area where the Israelis consistently asked Hezbollah to move away from. Give the Israelis another six months and nothing would remain in Lebanon. Sadly Hezbollah cost Lebanon so much in deaths and destruction of infrastructure. Israel must put an end to this and let there be peace again in the Middle East. Iran must stop their evil plan to see to the destruction of Israel in 25 years. |
guobe:Leave money to who get him money. Do not be an economic adviser. Work hard, work legitimately, be consistent and money will remain with you. The late Arthur Nzeribe maintained a room in the Federal palace hotel for many years, paying and living well. Or you want to advise Dangote, Otedola, Elon Musk, etc how to spend their money? Live well, find your peace wherever you can afford it. |
KingAzubuike:Without doubt, you must be a thief too! |
Richietech:The fellow that you quoted gives himself away as a worthless person. A low self esteem human, completely uneducated and irredeemably useless. Sadly the forum can only do what is can, as the likes of that fellow have different monikers to allow them only stay here to heap insults on people. Decent people simply walk away from here and you hardly find someone to exchange ideas with here. |
What a shame. It is a worldwide practice where people steal cars fro where they are parked on streets and immediately drive to the port, load up in containers to different destinations. Nigeria is the largest importer of used vehicles worldwide. It is the biggest market for such vehicles. Thank you to customs for the seizure and returning them to their owner who have been crying. Again we hope government can encourage local car assembly plants, with incentives and also get to reduce the cost of purchasing the brand new cars. In the long run, brand new cars are always better than used ones. |
tundegan:Painful as it is for innocent persons to pay with their blood, however, Hezbollah had no business attacking Israel on behalf of Hamas. Hezbollah for me, in this case, was the aggressor. They overhyped themselves, yet did not have the capacity against the Israelis. The same Litani river that they should have gone behind in 2006, they have cost lives to get thrown out. |
Now this brings some peace, at least knowing that this public property is working. Next is to ensure competitiveness with NNPC and with it should come a reduction in the prices of petroleum products. Hopefully some saboteurs would not be there, working in favour of Dangote and others. |
madridguy:Thankfully you do not know how “working societies” function, otherwise you and your type of people should bow your faces in shame for repeatedly foistering and supporting horrible leaders in this country. |
Richtaiwo:Thank you for remembering as usual to mention Peter Obi’s name. The more you do so in good and bad, the more you help spread his name, make him popular. So we say thank you to you and your group. We commend you and ask you to continue every day. |
designking:Na so. |
WeddingParol:They have 2% of their GDP as agreed to by all members. So long as they do that, they are members. They enjoy al the benefits that follow too! |
Botragelad:Please off the mike! You know the boy before? Why you vex like this? |
dapoRead:Truly common sense is far from your likes, otherwise your response would not be filled with unnecessary insults. Russia has Estonia, Finland, Latvia and Lithuania directly sharing the same border. They are NATO countries. Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania were part of the old Soviet Union, but now members of NATO. Why did Russia not invade them? Russia has Ukraine separating them from Poland and Turkey sharing the border. Why not invade Turkey? While running your mouth, did you answer my question on common sense? I simply asked about the rationale for invading Ukraine, if the purpose was to prevent Ukraine from joining NATO. In the end, even if your Russia overruns the whole of Ukraine, would they not finally share the same border with Poland? Except Belarus, the whole of that area is covered by NATO. So will they go into conflict with NATO, knowing that by the terms of their treaty, they will defend their territory. I then said that it was needless to go to that war. The only reasons simply could be found in the attempt to reunite a now denuclearized Ukraine. I then said that by their original denuclearization agreement with the same Russia and the USA, Russia should not be in that war. If Ukraine retained their nuclear armament, knowing that at the breakup of the old Soviet empire, they were the third most nuclear armed nation after the Russians and Americans, would Putin have ordered the invasion? There you are talking carelessly as if we are looking at a football match. The same Russians have been borrowing soldiers from North Korea. They have been giving incentives to prisoners. They have been forcing citizens to join the war. They have killed Prigozhin and taken over his Wagner group. Their young men have been escaping conscription, etc. Is it not clear to you that they do not have enough regular soldiers or reservists? Can you compare that to a group of 32 nations with all their armies? There you are talking about the Russian hypersonic weapons as if others would just watch while their countries are blasted away. At least common sense should tell you that the limit Putin can go is Ukraine. NATO countries also know their limits as they all work to avoid a total war. Or common sense did not tell you why NATO countries until now did not permit firing their weapons directly into Russia. Use your common sense and talk reasonably when you have people like us here. If you cannot exchange ideas with decorum, please keep off. |
yinkkus:In all your rationality, what meaningful thing can we deduce from your above words please? Where have you found the capacity to talk about emotion in an issue that rightly evokes only disgrace and opprobrium? If you think it is a rational aspect of your human identity to be a homosexual, that’s your issue. But know Mr. Rational man that your orientation is completely immoral and against natural order. How can you tell your adopted children that a fellow man is their mother? Or how can you tell your adopted children that your fellow woman is their father? If you are slightly knowledgeable, as you want me to believe, where is the common sense in a man having sex with a fellow man, and justifying it with the claim that it’s not his fault? How have you become “intelligent” with this your warped thinking? Thankfully there is a certain Donald Trump, whose assignment is to help your likes appreciate nature for the way you were created. When you said “we rational ones”, I quickly took it that you simply referred to yourself as gay. No vex o. |
yinkkus:These words expose you as a homosexual. Be careful what you say on social media spaces. What’s the relationship between a so called. “hermaphrodite and humans who claim to be stuck in the bodies of people of opposite sexes? |
yinkkus:Ahhh. Have I in anyway offended you? Why’s my question shallow and unintelligent? Are you a homosexual too? Do not be ashamed to say it openly and I can give you several reasons that will make you ashamed of yourself. By the way, how has the word “inventor” come into this matter? |
oyatz:We thank him for that. We thank you too. Please remember in all you postings to mention the name Peter Obi. Infact even if you label him your reckless and irresponsible names, your audience know who you refer to. So thank you very much. |
Emmanuel900:But many of you said that Obi was nobody. Many of you said that he could not go far with the last elections. Why do many of you still bother about him? Anyway, some of us can simply thank your likes for helping us be Obi’s advert managers. Thank you for following up with him every second, minute, hour and day. Thank you for helping us with his stories. However you put it, whether good or bad, you help us with advertising him. Thank you very much. |
