If your mind was not already made up against the APC, you would have noticed that the High Court order from which Emeka Beke and his associates derive their purported legitimacy has neither been fully heard nor conclusively determined. As shown in the screenshot I provided, the foundation of their claim is an ex parte order, which by its nature is temporary and has a limited lifespan.

More importantly, Tony Okocha appealed that ex parte order. From Prayer 4 in the screenshot I shared, it is clear that the substantive matter has not been determined by the High Court. Consequently, the Court of Appeal directed all parties to return to the High Court for the hearing and determination of the substantive suit.

The narrative that the Court of Appeal sacked Tony Okocha exists only in the imagination of those determined to undermine him. It is the same group of Wike's detractors who consistently misrepresent facts in their eagerness to see him fail, yet repeatedly find themselves disappointed by the actual outcome of events.

Why shouldn’t I be concerned about APC and the actions of the party. are you not concerned about APC as well as other political parties and leaders?
