Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Looking For Writers: N1000 Per 1000 Words by EleventhWeirdo: 10:25am On Nov 02, 2020 |
Hanz1: Hi Nairalanders
I'm looking for writers who can consistently write 1500 word articles in 2 days.
Please see the other requirements here:
1. Your writing must be free of grammatical errors: I'd suggest you register for a free Grammarly account and type directly into Grammarly. 2. You only have 2 days (48 hours) to submit a post - starting from the time you receive the topic.
The topics you will be writing on are quite easy, and you can use Google to get the ideas and put them down in your own words.
Having said that, please be aware of these terms:
1. You are not allowed to directly copy someone else's post and submit. 2. You can not submit an already published article - either written by you or not.
Doing any of those two things will get your post rejected without any compensation.
Payment: N1000 per 1000 words.
Kindly note that I can request for modification on the ground of grammatical or punctuation errors. I suggest you register a free account on Grammarly and type directly into Grammarly. By doing that, you can catch the errors in real-time.
You can, however, be sure that your submission will be accepted - except if it is egregiously bad, written out of context, copied from other blogs, or submitted late deadline. I would consider 3 days after you receive the topic as late.
Finally, this is likely a continuous job - but it would largely depend on you.
If you are interested, please mention me with your WhatsApp No. I am interested. 09013417186 |

Politics › Re: Fact Check: Is Bola Tinubu Currently In France As Viral Videos Portray? by EleventhWeirdo: 6:48pm On Oct 22, 2020 |
Looking for Tinubu is a misplaced priority. we should be agitating vehemently for systemic reforms and the discarding of the present structure that avails the likes of Tinubu of powerful emergence and self-centred manipulation of the state.
All citizens should besiege Aso rock and NASS and demand for restructuring, single-chamber legislatures, 70% reduction in Politicians' salaries and other costs of governance, the mandating of awarding at least 50% of state projects and official vehicles to indigenous companies, amongst other demands. The looting going on are wrong and a manifestation that the people are just like their leaders who tend to exploit and take unduly, corrupt advantage of access to resources. |

This resistance should be broadened to include bigger agitations for structural reforms like restructuring, fiscal federalism, devolving the central powers (returning to cabinet system), minority concerns in North and South, and so on. |

mrblessed: Lol Your statement should be written thus: "The statement correctly goes: "If I were your father, I will cane you." As you can see, there is no need to put a comma in the front and back of the word "correctly."
Will, not would, is the correct word because it is a direct speech, not a reported speech.
Thank you "would" is the appropriate word. The rule of concord dictates that "would," as a past tense, correspond with "were" as another past tense. You can read it up. Report or direct has nothing to do with this. Thanks. |

mrblessed: What do you benefit cancelling the comment of someone just because it doesn't sit well with you? This graveyard has become a stronghold for people who can't accept divergent or conflicting views without throwing tantrum. Note that the correct rendering of this sentence is: "If I were your father, I will cane you for uttering this." Lol You are also wrong. The statement, correctly, goes thus: If I were your father, I would cane you for uttering this. Gracias |

davodyguy: Lesson for life, never look down on anyone. No one saw Vee and Neo in the finals. They thought Erica, Kiddwaya or Ozo would make it Vee took Erica's position.
The day Erica got disqualified, Vee was to be evicted, but God says no.
Remember, the story of Esther and Vashti.
Vashti was a queen of Persia and the first wife of Persian King Ahasuerus in the Book of Esther in the Bible. She messed up and Esther took her position.
Message to everyone, to always be careful in life. Today could be your turn, tomorrow you might be kicked out bros, I salute your wisdom! nice submission!!! |

Luckyziakegha: In America it's racism while in Nigeria it's tribalism/ religion. tribalism is a subtle bias, compared to racism, which may even include extinction threats. The US is the epicenter of globalism, so whatever happens there calls for concerns in other parts of the world. A good one from the UK. |

That is why even in the North with all their dislike for the Igbos can't do without having them in their cabinet either as aides or advisers to the Governor.
