Firstly don't fight, even if it's a young man I won't advice you to fight

Secondly confront him on call first why such insult and demand an apology to your wife
If he refuses get people involved in the matter because by insulting your wife he insulted you.
If it's a threat via voicemail that's a threat to harm just claimly go to police Station they will frustrate his life he will apologize by force

Foster home is not adoption because the kids don't belong to you legally and can be taken from you at any time you only receive money to look after them some kids can stay with you for 2 years sometimes they can stay for as little as 2 weeks

And it takes alot to qualify to even be a foster parent
