Music/RadioRe: Why Are Styl-plus So Broke.!? by ElRazur: 5:56pm On Mar 14, 2010
Well as the phrase suggest - something that proves beyond any doubt that they are truly broke.

I think it is easy to say all kind of things about people. These folks may not be keen on the Bling and Glamour of the show biz hence why they sort of lay low? I honestly feel we truly do not know if they are broke or not.

Rap BattlesRe: Who Was Ruggedman Reffering To In His Track 'big Bros'? by ElRazur: 5:32pm On Mar 14, 2010
The big hands who controlled the Music scene back then. I believe it was Kenny or something - but then I may be wrong.

sometimes i wonder how many brain cells u really have   huh huh huh
Whatever it is, I am sure it is more than yours.

Anyone with half a brain can see that I already stated that I am not saying he cannot state an opinion or express one. I also stated that I am not close minded and I gave reasons.  But I guess you left those out on purpose.
Music/RadioRe: Why Are Styl-plus So Broke.!? by ElRazur: 5:06pm On Mar 14, 2010
But we do not know for a fact if these guys are broke.

@MRbrownJ

if they had. any investment  I don't think they will be  hanging around some cheap
Bar owner for sponsorship.  If you stay around Wuse 2, Parakou cresent. You will understand what I mean.I know a particular
Chik that left one of them. Because of their serious economic situation,
I like their music a lot . That's. Why I will ad vice them to move to lag where their music will be
Appreciated.
huh

How old are you?

This is starting to sound like personal grudge against this folks.

I am forced to ask you what you drive and why you are so keen on talking about them - especially their finance state. huh

@MrBrownJay

You sabi UK teenage group "NDUBZ" right? Guess what, the boys of the group have houses - paid for fully - in Chelsea area. Now that is common sense for you.

I am so disappointed in these Guys, despite all
The HITs they ve put out since their first album. Style-plus are
Still so broke that each time I see them in Abuja,Especially at one cheap Bar
In Wuse2.I always bury my head in shame for them. You need to see the kind of car they drive, pshhh
Honda prelude!!. I think they should relocate to Lass Giddy If they wanna make it big.
huh Are you kidding me?

Do you know their state of bank accounts? Please stop this backward mentality. Living life in a high social manner is not the measurement of success.

So you based your judgement on the type of cars they drive? You know, not every artist love the lights, blings and Glamour. A few of them have simple common sense that is lacking in some of our artist.

Jesus wept!

@Elrazur
What you call baseless bickering, is a major part of hiphop on online forums.
One person says this, the other person says why he thinks his opinion should be taken into consideration.

At the end of the day we influence the lay reader to pick who we think is better after weighing points from both sides.
It helps contemporary African music.
All forms of communications are blabbering and in some ways bickering apparently. So yeah you have a point. Only that in my experience in years of using forums - a long time trust me - You hardly change the mind of someone who already have their mind made up one way or the other. Allow me to use myself as an example. When it comes to Biggie and Pac, I am of the opinion that Pac wins hands-down. Nothing people will say is about to influence that. While I am not close-minded or ignorant, I just do not think anyone can convince me otherwise. I think that is the perspective am speaking from as per threads like this.
Music/RadioRe: Are Hip Hop Pantsula And Proverb Are Better Than Nigeria Rappers?? by ElRazur: 10:59am On Mar 14, 2010
Javalove, please point out why I said he do not have right to his opinion?

Off course, everyone have an opinion, however some opinions are not worth engaging. For example, my mum cooks better than your mother, or my father's is more hard-working than yours etc are just silly discussion. This kind of thread is one of them. Same goes for all those "who is better Biggie Or Pac" type of question.

At the end, you hardly convince anyone - what is the point? huh

What do I think? I think you are wasting your time and the forum's bandwidth over something that is a case of "One man's meat is another man's poison".

Just because you think they are the best, do not necessarily make them one. Thread like this do nothing but allow bickering from all sides. Good luck.

Nothing different from this and the first one.

If memory serves me right, you have done nothing but used a drum preset groove and lay an instrument over it. If you really want to learn, I am not sure using preset groove from a program and presenting it as yours the way to go.

Please try and do something better. I am sure you can.

Not sure I will keep downloading and listening to things like this. smiley

Try this. It is free. Download and install.

I am not a veteran. Just a learner like you. However, you need to learn a few more things. If you post a beat in an internet forum and it is bad, people's comment may discourage you and it may then have an effect on what you can do. Try and get it right first as much as you can before you post. I hope that helps.
