so it is ok for Iran to drop their nuclear ambitions why countries like china, russia and US can keep theirs. I dont think its fair. I quite agree that the Iranian government is tyranical, but at the same time no-country should determine who should and will not acquire nuclear technology. Thats a case of double standards
No it isnt double standards. My understanding is that these nations already have these Nuclear facilities in place before the treaty came to effect. Remember, a nuclear can last 80 - 100 years. [One of the nuclear reactor that powers Uk's war ship can last 22 years or so if everything is used at max continuously].

In world affairs, a group of nations can stop a nation or two from doing something if it can be a threat to the majority of the people in the world. I have given a few reasons as to why there are opposition against Iran's acquiring a Nuclear plant.

If Iran have nothing to hide, why is the offer for Russia and a few other nations to process those Nuclear that could be used for weapon-grade outside Iran, but Iran refused?

I will open a thread soon and the topic will be: Why does ElRazur so hate Kosovo?.
Hate? Not at all.

However, I will give you an insight as to why I think he is a muppet.

His decisions are questionable - An example is this thread, it is not the problem of the people here that he cannot deal with Becomerich.

He's practically useless. This is one of the busiest section around here, he should be more pro active.

He tries to hard to be intellectual. Not a problem, but it makes him comes across as a joke all the time. A good example is the drivel he wrote about Becomerich in the opening thread. Why use unusual words when simple word will be just as effective?

Etc.

As to how someone like that become a mod is beyond me. People like me will most likely never  take a clown like him serious.

There you go, no need to open another thread. grin

Why should anyone open a thread about anyone?
Because Kosovo thinks he is the boss?

I urge Becomerich to open one for kosovo in retaliation [Kosovo have no power whosoever, other than to send PM - which can be ignored]

I refuse to work with weirdos and crazy people. grin

Seriously, only a handful of people have actually shown they have any real talent. Most of the people here just blow hot air and engage in "battle" online. Half of them do not know what it is like to work in a studio, let alone be an artist. Good luck with your hunt.

PS
Good idea, but I do not see how it would be pulled off.
PoliticsRe: Nigeria Military Getting More Advanced, A Must Watch. LOL by ElRazur: 8:57pm On Mar 03, 2010
About time. I am sure there are still room for improvement, but this is good to see.
Foreign AffairsRe: Iran Expects War Before Summer by ElRazur: 8:51pm On Mar 03, 2010
Nuclear proliferation treaty. All the nations of the world agree to no more nuclear or something along those lines.

Iran's "behaviour" when it comes to throwing tantrum can be scary for people watching on the world stage.

The issue of power balance will become an issue in the ME. If Iran is allowed to acquire one, what is to stop Syria from having a go or Egypt wanting one?

Iran runs a type of government that appears to be non-accountable to the people. The Mullahs seem to have unlimited powers they can put to death anyone they want and it would be followed  without question asked. For example, the Mullah that put a fatua on Suleman Rushdie - Author of Satanic Verses - is now dead, but guess what, the fatua is still active. The argument Iran government gave is that only the person that puts the fatua out can withdraw it.

Suleman Rushdie now lives in London with armed guards for the rest of his life. Now imagine, how that make the regime that is run by the mullah in Iran looks? Good?

Oh politically, there is concern because of their views of the Western nations and as a result, I trust the Western world to do everything to protect their interest. Selfish perhaps, but I have no problem with it. It gives me MY freedom. grin

I am gonna be a while before I reply again. England is about to play soon. smiley I hope they lose. cheesy

Why don't you just use the proper channel for your advert-type thread?
Foreign AffairsRe: Massive Earthquake Strikes Chile, 122 Dead by ElRazur: 8:34pm On Mar 03, 2010
I have always respect other people's view. I think what you are probably saying is that you do not like your views to be challenged. It is almost impossible not to challenge other people's view on a public forum. We cannot all agree on one thing.

The problem with your evidence is that, it do not fit into known science. Or at least, known facts. If it did, I won't be challenging them. If they turn out to be true, I will be the first one to offer an apology. But I am not sure it will happen. smiley i.e your theories proved compellingly as facts.
Foreign AffairsRe: Iran Expects War Before Summer by ElRazur: 8:23pm On Mar 03, 2010
It is hard to say. When it happens, it will be swift like Israel have done in the past - i.e caught the enemy unaware. Iran is usually blowing hot air in my opinion, and Israel have the element of surprise. Only time will tell.  smiley

The US will probably get involve at some point, and who knows how the event will pan out then?
Foreign AffairsRe: Iran Expects War Before Summer by ElRazur: 8:10pm On Mar 03, 2010
Since you appear to have information to google which I dont have, perhaps it is best to ask you. After all, you know what a HARRPP lager beer can do by shooting some cosmic rays into the atmosphere and thereby causing the ground to open up. No?
Foreign AffairsRe: Iran Expects War Before Summer by ElRazur: 7:27pm On Mar 03, 2010
Why wage a war on them when HAARRP lager beer is readily available? huh
Foreign AffairsRe: Massive Earthquake Strikes Chile, 122 Dead by ElRazur: 7:25pm On Mar 03, 2010
What a load of drivel. You just stated it COULD be man made, yet all your argument is that IT IS MAN-MADE. Perhaps you should look up on the differences?  Or are you slightly shifting your position now?

Despite saying it COULD be man-made, you are yet to provide any compelling evidence that support your wild claim. Jeez. Oh wait, is this the part you ask me if I have ability or aptitude again? What a joke.
PoliticsRe: In The SpotLight. Becomrich1 And His Multiple ID(s) by ElRazur: 6:42pm On Mar 03, 2010
How is the ineffectiveness of the forum our problem?

From what I can tell, it appears that only super moderators can ban offenders, so what is the point of a moderator [non-super]. I am guessing, just to send PM to offenders - PM that are swiftly ignored! What a joke set up.

You cannot BAN someone's IP, especially in somewhere like Nigeria where it would be nothing but a blanket ban. Also, even those who have unique IP address can always by pass any ban. With the use of TOR and other well known means, banning IP is just a waste of time.

Perhaps if the registration is changed so that free mails are not allowed? The idea is that when emails providers like MSN, yahoo etc are not allowed for registration, it makes it difficult for those intent on been id.iotic on the forum to have multiple IDs.  I have used a few forums - very big and busy ones - that use this sort of system and it is very effective.

Becomerich is not the problem of the people who are just ordinary members here. It is the problem of those who set up a forum based on weak and lax rules and as a result he [Becomerich] is able to get away with it.

If Mukina and co do not like him, am sorry there really isn't much that can be done unless the rules are rewritten in my opinion.

The other way off course is to appoint proper moderators - and not just puppets like we have now. Who can effectively ban people outright without asking mukina and co to do it.  But then, Nigerians do not like the idea of a straight forward plan and surely do not like sharing powers. grin

PS
Becomerich if you are reading this, please go on a rampage and post the map of England. I have always wondered what it looks like from google maps.  cheesy

He is going there to perform for naija guys in Malaysia, a few guys would come with their Asian babes and friends, but it's basically a naija show. Presently, only Femi Kuti, Asa and Nneka perform in foreign shows of international standard and audience.
Surely, anyone who sings away from home [in another country] is catering to an "international audience". No?

Both are good rappers. What is one man's meat is another man's poison. It is not worth bickering back and forth over who is better. Can we not appreciate both of them for their music? Just a thought.

I'm ashamed of that country a lot of times. Very backward, barbaric people inhabiting that place called Nigeria. How can such atrocities happen and nobody is being prosecuted? And some fool wants me to go back to that land of barbarians? Chukwu ekwela ihe ojo.
You are right.

This is the time the court [Criminal Prosecution Service or equivalent back home] should be seen doing active. The killings are barbaric, how they heck those people on crutches are criminals or armed men is beyond me.

One thing that sickens me is the fact that an outsider had to make a report on this incident - that happened about how many months ago - before the government is seen to be doing something about it?

I wonder what the out some will be. From the video link, it is clear the Men in uniform committed Murder in a barbaric way, if these people are not brought to justices in the light of the recent evidence, then Nigeria is more or less a Banana republic.

This video:

http://english.aljazeera.net/news/africa/2010/02/2010298114949112.html

is evidence that the Nigerian Police Force and the Nigerian Army are made up of the most despicable souls walking the face of the earth.

These devilish murderers shot and killed innocent civilians, including the aged and crippled, in cold blood in broad day light.

May those members of the Nigerian Police and the Nigerian Army who committed these atrocities never know peace in this life or the next and may their souls be tortured for all eternity. May everything they do amount to nothing and may whatever gives them happiness or joy burn to ashes. May they die gruesomely and vultures consume their corpses. May God never forgive them for the evil they've committed. Amen.
Nigeria.   .    .    .    . God's very own toilet.

i don't know how they are going to criminalise torture, the Nigerian police still rely on this stone age method for forcing out confessions on 'criminals' while other nations are already using forensic technology. Its a shame some police stations in Nigeria look like a manger!, no computer, no proper record keeping of criminals and their identities and absolutely no clue about mordern method of investigation.  huh huh huh
I did forensic science in my first year, I learnt a lot of stuff and to implement some of those things in Nigeria and for it to be effective, we are looking at millions of pounds in training, equipment and changing of several laws - Or at least rewriting a few.
PoliticsRe: Boko Haram: Fg Talks Tough, Vows To Criminalise Torture, Extra-judicial Killings by ElRazur: 7:34pm On Mar 02, 2010
So is Murder not illegal in Nigeria then? There isn't a need for any new laws in my opinion when existing law appears to cover the same crime. Or am I missing something huh.
