Many folks laughing at Spain's playing style.... better look in the mirror. Your national team can't even string 5 passes comfortably in the middle and you are mocking Spain? Hahahahahahaha

Spain only lost out on penalties to my Morocco at th3 WC and on penalties to Italy at the last Euros.

Against France in the Last Nations league final, Spain outplayed France, no caps with young Gavi in the middle, Eric Garcia in defence and Oyarzabal up top. France's OVERquality saw them through in the end to a 2-1 win.

Before that game, we saw how Spain schooled the European Champs in Italy in the Nations league Semis. That is the same team you mock?

Our Super Eagles can't do a quarter of their basic passing sequences. That is a problem and should bother us but naah... mocking Spain make us feel better.

Let us be serious abeg. Lol
Sincerely speaking, dis gives me headache watching professionals who can’t string 5passes wout losing possession ,as in I taya ,even if we can have 30percent of Spain passing prowess with purpose ,I will be so glad

It's about time we move away from Ekong as our starting CB.. Akpogunma,Awazeim, Ajayi and even Bassey are better options...
Those guys u mentioned are not better,u only prefer d names ,I have seen akpoguma enuf in eagles jersey,he’s just dere and for bassey I will prefer he maintains his. Lb position cos what I saw during Algeria,a good team with a sharp striker will punish us severely,he’s good no doubt but he’s not calm ,cbs are known for been calm and calculative in deir positioning and marking to avoid unnecessary mistakes and cards...odas mentioned too are not better Dan d poor ekong..we seriously need a new cv pairing...d only person dt gives me d confidence in dt defense is still d aging balogun.

If Benzema is back, they should keep him on the bench, no way he would be match fit so that another Lukaku episode doesn't happen. No point rushing anyone from injury. The only concern for France is that Giroud looked injured and I heard Rabiot was very sick.
Btw does anyone know if any of France or Argentina's players will miss out cos of accumulated yellow cards?
Bro if benzema is fit to play let him start

Dt name alone will send shivers to d spine of Sargentine defenders

Besides,a benzema on d pitch in his normal day can do and undo cool

Played well vs Sao Tome. Would you allow yourself to admit to the truth for once or you still wanna run on the delusions that we have a good midfield? Our midfield plays are rubbish. It was obvious against a good side in Algeria.

And where did I use below average in my post in reference to the lads?
Please make una knw Dey use São Tomé as example abeg,I am sure members on dis thread will play well against dem under d tutelage of TheGoodjoe assisted by you grin grin grin

True ,anytime we face a team dt can match us talent wise or obviously better Dan us..our limitations in d team would become so obvious (midfield number one suspect)

The brains behind that France goal is Antoine Griezmann. His movements between the lines is absolutely devilish. Chaaaiii... no one picked him up at all!

His run was swiftly found by the French midfield and that was it. Chaos up until that Theo Hernandez goal. France deservedly 1-0 up.
Wetin nacho suppose Dey do for our team

He would rada cause imbalance to d team

This one is harsh but closer to the truth. Inside that goalkeeping department Uzoho take 1, Okoye take another 1
Na d truth bro ...presently we don’t av a pairing cbs in eagles aside maybe aging balogun, odas pairing tried at dt cbs pairing has been having underwhelming performance

Let us go to d midfield, who Dey dere, remove d rejuvenated iwobi, d midfield is flat

When d oda two depts are weak, little will d striking dept will do even if u parade d likes of haaland, benzema of dis world.

We have d names ,but let’s juxtapose deir output for club and country, aside osimhen odas re still struggling

I agree wholeheartedly with you. See ehn there's something about Nigerians. There's no field of human endeavor that you will not find a Nigerian shining and setting the pace. Is it literature? Is it music? Medicine, Art, science?

Eguavoen's Super Eagles played well. He was never given opportunity to learn and correct his mistakes.
Unfortunately for eguavoen ,he lost two most important matches,to forgive him will b very hard base on our impatience record.

Had it been Dey were just friendly games those matches he lost,he would still b d eagles coach

Do u think ppu won’t have come for paisero heads too with d way he’s losing games if Dey were “important” matches smiley

If they sack Southgate, getting a replacement for him would be a dicey situation for them...
Out of sentiments, they may want to appoint another English manager where as they know too well that there's barely any competent one around .Maybe they can lure Graham Potter..Of maybe Scott Parker.... But they are all average..
He shldnt be sacked ,he has been doing a Fantastic job,I believe he shld guide d team to euro 2024 except if he willingly leaves d post

Proposed New slots according to FIFA,

Asia - 8 countries

Africa - 9 countries

North America- 6 countries

South America - 6 countries

Oceania- 1 Country

Europe - 16 countries

Making it a total of 46 counties.

2 slots remaining

1 for Africa because Morocco have reached the semi-finals.

1 for play-offs.

Therefore ,
Asia 8+Africa( 9+1) + North America 6 + South America 6+ Ocenia 1 + Europe 16+ playoffs 1 will make it 48 countries.

Aw true is dis?

Did Walid Regragui ever win a world title at any level?

Did he also go outside his country to qualify a lesser football nation to a major tournament in 39 years?

You guys keep coming up with "let them do this or that first" but I ask, what Amunike has achieved, did Walid also have to do that as well?

Besides, he is doing it with Zanaco in Zambia currently. Keep up with that.
But if we can afford renard or dt pitso guy,I will pick both ahead of amunike

I'd like to see Amunike compete at the CAF club competitions before hyping him for the Super Eagles job.
The minimum requirement I expect for a Super Eagles coach should be his performance at the Apex competitions in Africa (club/country) . Keshi was there with Mali and Togo and we saw his achievement with Nigeria.
The guy with Morocco is another excellent example. If only Pitso was Nigerian.
If dts ur requirements , den amunike has passed den

It’s not easy taking a country to a competition Dey last participated in the last 30years(Tanzania),he went thru d qualifying series though didn’t excel in d competition itsef
