Not an excuse. They fielded a very solid XI (minus Partey & Kudus) and kept that compactness still their first change on 62mins after Switzerland have made like 4-5 changes, 3 being at Halftime taking out 3 of their finest.

The two Central MFs Ghana paraded aren't bomboys. One plays for RC Lens doing very well in Ligue 1. A new lad just making headway into the Ghanaian squad. The other features for Torunarigha's Gent. Off the bench, Kofi Kyereh is a known name for Ghana. Was ever present at the Afcon and played against us in the WCQ Playoffs.
Omo all dis explanation because Ghana win 2-nil

Guy u fit collapse if Ghana qualify reach semifinal oo grin grin grin grin

osimhen is beginning to piss me off with this injury before our game how is he supposed to break Yekini record

Mane and Salah are always available for their countries anyway more chance for my boy Moffi to stake a claim we can't put all our hope on Osimhen who missing SE games has become a trend
I am surprised ppu re not talking abt dis issue here, maybe because it has to do with osimhen, grin grin
But sincerely ,it won’t be possible for d club to keep holding him wout his support,so make nobody exempt him here,I would suggest d nff/team management shld keep an eye on dis and if it still persist,a decisive action shld be taken against d club and osimhen

We lost? Since when did two draws equal a loss?

Because you lost to a team doesn't necessarily mean they're better than you, does it?

And i didn't at any time imply we would do better in Qatar....
We won’t b playing more Dan three games if we had qualified, with our present defense and midfield #fact

It's quite remarkable that two Nigerian players sit in the top three highest goal scorers in Seria A.

V.O. and Ademola Lookman, thats never happened before.

Very quietly and silently Ademola is ripping this Seria A league in a not so high profile team. But nobody really calls him monster beast player , terminator ,etc.

As for Billing, no hard feelings o but I'll take Onyeka, Onyedika, Bonke ahead of him. We had no proper backup for Ndidi when we approached him but now we do so he should stay put.
But billing score goals ,as a small he has a good scoring chart compared to d players mentioned above, something i av noticed in his game

Philosopher1979:
1 His all round play is too poor. He cannot even make a simple pass, dribble, is not mobile, is not aggressive etc. He is simply too rigid and poor for some teams. That is why he is not in a better league. However some teams in the top 5 league can still buy him but he needs a good agent.

2 we need creative players and wide players who can cross for him to score for Nigeria. Thus is why I think our coaches are not good. Get midfielders and wingers who cross and then use Paul onuachu. But our coaches over time keep convincing me they are ignorant. They just call players up without any defined pattern or understanding of how the player will fit into the team
Have u considered his movement around yard 18box, his finishing....I would even say he trumps osimhen in dis aspect...he is also a clinical finisher,he would flourish well in a team dt possess a lot and gives him d final ball to score.

I believe it has been established beyond doubt that Osimhen is a world class striker that has all the potential to reach the top. The only issue seem to be injury.. His first season in the Ligue 1 was classy and if not for COVID-19,he could have hit 20 goals or more in the Serie A.. Let's hope he stays injury free... His development over the years has been remarkable. Just 5 years ago he was struggling at Wolfsburg and some already wrote him off...
True with d statement above ,however I won’t tag him a world class yet till I start cin him frequently as one of d top 5 apoty awards and top 20-30 ballon/world player of d year award cool...till den he’s a top player for me

Our hands are so loaded with talents right now that we should be favourites for this Afcon trophy. Almost all positions in attack got double and equally lethal reps.
I don’t want to agree with dis phrase again of loaded with talents,7years of no football identity is a big no for me
