Well, NIMC is yet to produce National Identity Card for 3years now. Maybe they are waiting for another government money to share... Stealing a continuous process is all I can see. After the last registration exercise, only few have collected. Even those registered barely 2month after the exercise can think of collecting it... Very annoying situation. |
