I hate it when employers want to use your last salary to determine how they will be paying you.


I can remember an interview i attended. Before the interview, i managed to find out that they paid #80, 000 per month for that position. The interview was a back and forth thing until they referred me to the owner of the company. The MD needed somebody with the kind of experience i had. Me, i was tired of working in all those #30, 000 per month job, so i needed an upgrade. When the MD asked me what was my last pay in the last place i worked, i told him #35, 000. He said he was going to start paying me #30, 000, after three months he will see how i am gaining experience, then he will increase my salary. I bluntly turned down the job based on the salary. The MD asked me to go home and rethink the offer, that no job seeker turns down his offer. I went home and the next morning, just for courtesy sake, i called him and told him i was not interested. The man was shocked.

If you want to employ people, employ them and tell them what you will pay. If it is okay by them, they resume work.

In fairness, employer wants to know why one left his or her previous employment. Just that employer rarely tell employee the fact why they want to employ or why the previous person left them.

Is it that some men don't or never take sex enhancement drugs before they meet with their wife?, but yet to hear that such led to death of one?

There is a need to study the situation beyond the word *drugs and romp*.

Though Oyedepo may be indirectly or directly involved however the school's image is at risk. Whatever that lady is facing is as a result of attitude to work of an average Nigerian. Don't be surprised to hear that one secretary or admin staff deliberately delay the process of moving transcript because she didn't settle. Corruption has eaten deep into our system.

There is a similar issue with someone. I She failed her French Course in 200l and another Course in 400l. Somehow being a daughter of a Bully, her father called the lecturer through the HOD to pass and upgrade her score...Doing that requires Secretary of her department in sch, whom everything was exposed to.

Somehow, the secretary felt that's absurd, not doing the right thing.After several pressure from the Bully through thesame instruments(Sch officials of Caliber), the secretary became a thorn on her way to avoid being passed and upgrade her score.

I wasn't at the hot spot of the shooting at Lekki but I can tell the world that 30mins prior to that shootings I sighted 2 drones deep in the air at Sandfill B/stop that night. I doubt if the drone could captured a clear scene that night, cuz the evil plotters put the entire areas in darkness that's unusual since I have been passing that route even the Hausa guy beside me saw those drones.

Sincerely, guyz were caught unaware by the presence of military and LCC's betrayals, they could have planned the drone for strategic reasons than coverage.

When the shooting started the drones are no longer found in the sky....maybe the controller run for safety...

They're are political tools for our politicians hence, it can never be scrapped and government doesn't want to regulate or checkmate their activities either.
