Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Knowing People Can Effortlessly Secure You A Job. by Emeskhalifa(m): 11:24am On May 25, 2023
Workch:
Today I got a job offer with a salary of 350k and an official car just because I know a strong person in the company.
I use to work for another company at Ajah, I go to the office once in a week from thr mainland and it's not easy. My salary is 200k and I don't really like the work environment, I am tired of the job and this new job is not far from my house, its in Ikeja. My girlfriend whom I have known since 2011 when I was doing my I.T (WE dated then broke up, she came back last year January) connected me with one of her friends that I use to know back then. This her friend is married to the nephew of the CEO of this company and she works there herself.

She got my CV, 3 months ago, waited for a vacancy and made sure that it was not advertised. See, the interview, na only me dey there, the job was kept for me. It was not even an interview, it was a conversation and they were just telling me about the company, no stress. That's the power of knowing somebody, this will not be possible i didn't get a strong referral.

This morning I got my appointment letter. I asked them to give me 1 month to tidy up my account in this current office.
Try and build connections, know somebody that knows somebody that knows somebody. Ask for referrals, it's going to make the whole job hunt easier.

I forgot to ask, date girls that have substance. Don't date girl wey be liability
Your last line is a bomb.

Date girls with substance. Big backside and mammary gland won't get you anything good in this life

Congratulations on your new job BTW

Romance › Re: How can my sister politely refuse the sexual advances of a married lecturer. by Emeskhalifa(m): 1:21pm On May 23, 2023
Is your sis that small that ordinary to record a conversation that will indict him is a rocket science to her? Start from there and let it go global make u see if the so called lecturer will remain untouchable.

At first one will think Suen Kuti is untouchable but as e matter go viral, u no see wettin e dey go through?

Your sis should secretly record his conversation, it should include intimacy to pass exam, u know what I mean. Make she brace up and stop crying like little girl

Business › Re: Is Lagos The Best Place For Dangote Refinery? by Emeskhalifa(m): 12:27pm On May 23, 2023
thisisit:
LAGOS is the best place to locate refinery for the following reasons:

Niger Delta Environment is already polluted and degraded by crude exploitation activities.

LAGOSIANS are used to noise pollution, congestion, poor public and personal hygiene. Lagosians are used to shanty / ghetto lifestyle. They are used to harassment by TOUTS and thugs. They are used to a life devoid of human dignity and decency.

Therefore, mere carbon pollution from petrochemical will not be noticed.
Hahahahahaha cheesy

LAGOSIANS WILL COME FOR YOU

Still doesn't help Russia or its reputation with its neighbour or with anybody.

An invasion of a democratic and sovereign state is unacceptable.

Russian is currently suffering serious sanctions. if they keep this up they will be completely isolated.
But if America invades other people's country, it is democracy abi?

It is.

You not believing in something is also a belief.

You saying you don't have an opinion over something is an opinion itself.

You being silent when question is asked is an answer itself.

It's logical

Absolutely. It requires dedication and lot of work. Also regarding the death anyhow, that's not entirely true if you devote enough attention to them

I have 200 right now and only 5 died due to stamped. It's cool business but you should be ready to work very hard to take good care of them.

Yes, if it's for business, you need to be giving them those feeds so that they can attain the desired weight within the short time. That's what those feeds do.
Wow thanks for the advice

The Feed that comes inside sack is somebody's business idea developed to make money and not that broilers cannot eat any other thing. They are simply chickens and nothing so special about them. I rear them, so I know what am talking about
I just started the business but honestly looking gor all possible means to cut down expenses and still maintain their growth. I got them just last Tuesday and intend to sell dem during Coming sallah. So I have been adviced to feed them very well
Agriculture › Re: The Best Breeds For mini poultry for personal Consumption. Suggestions needed pl by Emeskhalifa(m): 11:59pm On May 12, 2023
Theanchor:
I have been rearing chickens just for family consumption for over 2yrs now and I can tell you it's a good thing to do. But coming to the best breed, well it all depends on you as no particular breed is better than the other in the real sense of it.
Noilers are good but the prize per day old is even higher than some good breeds of broilers whereas broilers grow bigger than them.
As for egg production, I have reared broilers that started laying eggs from 6months and continued until I slaughtered them.
As for feeding, the only time I give my broilers feed is in their first two weeks after which I feed them with corn and leftovers and just anything that local chickens eat, yet if you see their sizes and weight, you will marvel. And when you cook them, you hardly distinguish their tastes from that of local chickens.
Wow really? Is that advisable for broilers? Feed them with leftovers instead of their food that comes inside sack?
