I think she meant to type 'kunun aya' it's made from tigernuts, dates and coconut.
You wash the tigernuts very well and soak for some hours, cut your dates open to remove seed, add to the coconut and tigernut and blend together. Grind it smooth and sieve, once you are done seiving you serve cold and drink. From my observation all the ingredients are not harmful in pregnancy

Nothing to be worried about, am sure your pead gave you some drugs. Babies pvc tend to increase faster than that of adults, in my lo's case, within 3weeks of medication it reached 38% from 26%. Feed baby very well

julie2015, do as babythug said and as for the spit up my baby is 6 months now and he hardly does that any more, I introduced cereals at 4 months because of the spit up. I was also told nospamin is bad though I used it once and it didn't work, I later bought infacol for my lo. it really did magic for him, always put her on your shoulder to burp after each feed. Hot water massage also works

cutienik, I was only sharing my experience not telling her to go ahead and eat it, I remember taking pineapple and I was so troubled, I didn't know it causes contraction then, I kept going round my street cos the pains didn't allow me sit or lie down.

Beans happen to be one of dh and mine favourite meal. I always prepared it with plantain and that was mostly my meal when I was pregnant, I didn't experience Oka. My baby was ok. @maureensylvia no, I do visit my aunt who lives in kano. I do buy my baby stuff from Sahad stores Abuja so I believe they should have them too in their kano stores. For baby cloths, you have to check some other shops I don't really like their cloths quality.

I had discharge till I delivered. I was always with panty liner and in my 9th month I started wearing pad cos it was too much. I kept treating infection without result, so I accepted it as my preggy package. It disappeared immediately I gave birth. it's been over 5 months now

Johnson and Johnson products has really done a lot to my baby from mild rashes to big big rashes that looks like boils on his upper chest, back, forehead, head... Gosh!!! so painful he cries anytime I touches him makes me to cry too but thank God shaa he is recovering cos he was administered some drugs. pls if I may advice STOP the use of Johnson products cos what I experienced I won't wish my enemy that.

meanwhile pls recommend a baby product I will use on my baby I wanted to use Aveeno but I heard it was produced by Johnson's too...once bitten twice shy ...thanks in advance

That's what my baby uses, we've never had problems with it. Sorry dear, sebamed is medicated and mama's have wonderful reviews about it. Check Sahad stores in kano

I agree with you Janix2. When I took in, it was election period and so I was posted to a remote village without road. I used bike for my supervision in all the wards while I kept having that fear that I may lose my baby cos of stress and gallops. In all, I give God the Glory cos all those morning sickness and sleep vanished while I was in the field but appeared when am home

To d mamas inbthe house. Pls i need your help o. My daughter and boil seems to be 5 and 6. I am soooo tired of this. At first every boil we see we take her to the hospital. All they gave us was paracetamol, multivitamines and antibiotics in which we add water before given her. Was advice to stop antibiotics anytine we see boil that too much of it is not good. Now my questionis how do we fight these boils and they come in 2s, 3s even 4 all together in diff places(head and sometimes forehead)
Secondly my beautiful daughter no dey eat! Chai. Used well kid, and asemin or so. What do i do.? This attitude of her not eatin well deny her of good weight. Wah do u recomend. Pls mention me, quote me. Tank u in advance.
