CaptainOjemba:1.2 billion naira in only 6 local govt for desks and chairs ? |
CaptainOjemba:The more reason i am asking questions, if only 6 lga out of the 16 lga in the state will be covered. |
The question is how many desks and table will be constructed with 1.2 billion? What is the annual budget of Ekiti ? What is the cost of a desk/table? |
linusbnn:Forget all these sub achievements, Every govt. can flaunt sub achievements as such, yes, every one, even the mlitary era. in 2010, GEJ knew and attested to it, that if he can not fix and solve the power issue in 4 years, he has failed. Power was atop his score card. He need not create job directly, by simply stabilising power,to at least 10,000mw by now will mean jobs will be created, small scale industries will stay afloat, large number of multinationals will flock in to the country . |
chigoizie7:You need to understand cost-benefit analysis , half a million out of 180 million is less than 1% of the population compared to the hundreds of billions sunk in to the project, that amount channeled on refineries instead will impact on 180 million nigerians instantly, and that amount channeled on power sector instead will impact on 180 million nigerians instantly. You dont appropriate hundreds of billions on a sector that will impact less than 1% of the populace, when there are pressing needs like power infrastructure or refineries. Have you seen or plyed the train? most likely NO. But the amount spent on that train, if spent on refineries will put an end to fuel importation and endless queques. |
May be he meant 90%/2 = 45%. Even the 45% for GEJ will mean,Low voters turn out in the North |
linusbnn:Get lost . He has failed a compulsory course, a pre requisite to his second term(provision of stable power supply). How many people will or have plyed the train, compared to stable power supply, a minimum of 10,000MW that will touch virtually all nigerians Rather than waste billions of naira on those rubbish, muster all resources and fix and deepen the power sector(transmission at least ). |
Photo op for the gullible. Focus on the real deal, power, that influence and affects the lives of 180 million nigerians, not some washed up trains that less than 500,000 nigerians ply |
Op, talk true, You struggle buy fuel for gen. ![]()

The day APC takes control of Federal power this impunity will end and the majority legislators can with justification accuse Fayose of gross misconduct and impeach him. This sums up Fayose's fear |
The government prefers to pay close to two thrillion naira annually for a fraudulent subsidy to their cronies, that same amount will build 4 large scale refineries in less than 2 years. Rather than the govt provide refineries for us to be self sufficient , they use scarce foreign exchange to import refined oil, little wonder a Us dollar is over 210 Naira at the moment. |
OLADD:This is ridiculosly shallow ! Do you actually believe yourself ? |
Enugu ke, civil servant town |
Prof siblings and late dad

zudozz:U will only witness the good of the country, you will not partake in it. Yes, GEJ will be voted out, you can jump in to an atlantic ocean. Dont patronise me with your foolishness, and lack of parental upbringing, you are an icon of breakdown in family and societal values. |
We are gradually getting there, and the influence of the social media can not be underestimated, it is currently not what it was 5 years ago, in fact the writer acknowledged that from barely 30 million internet users in 2009, we now have over 65 million internet users. I make bold to say at the moment, close to half of the 68 million voters have access to the social media /internet . For political parties, underestimate the influence of the social media in 2015 at your own peril. I predict that In the next 8 years, gauging the feelers from the social media will be a perfect pointer of who wins or loses an election in Nigeria. |
zudozz:You are an idiiot, you will die as one, trust me, you will only witness the good of this country, you will not be a partaker of it. |
tautology on frontpage |
Imoy:Yes, try playing smart as much, there is a common man. There is a social strata, which every human being belongs to one of the classifications, that is the stark reality, if you fall in to the strata where the majority of the populace falls in to, you are a common man. In a country where close to 70% of the populace lives in Poverty, you should not be unintelligent not to realise that the 70% falls in to what you call the mases. |
No where has APC stated that the man is related to the Prof, it is only in your mischievous head. The caption on the Pic as posted originally on the website was about the Prof. interacting with a common man. |
Dnt vote GEJ again, dont reward failure, i am talking to you reading this post, yes, YOU. The Gen. set will be useless, if GEJ did not fail to provide stable power. |
Oh my, if riverians are actually foolish to vote in wike, in 2019, they will be counting their losses. |
While you charge your phones with generator and come here to type GEJ 2019. #Never Again should you allow yourself to be foolish as to reward failure. GEJ has failed in the biggest unit course he enrolled for in 2010. POW 101 (Provision of Power to Nigerians)

TANOIDS, still charging their phones with generator, they will soon to be here to type GEJ 2019. #Never Again should you allow yourself to be irredeemably stupid as to rewarding failures. GEJ has failed in the biggest unit course he enrolled for in 2010. POW 101 (Provision of Power to Nigerians)

In 2010, if a survey was done all across Nigeria as to what their paramount need/want from Government was , Electric Power would have been the response. 5 Years after, this pix is still the stark reality . Every government has it failings, but when it fails on the most important need of its people, it must be punished and not rewarded.

Osinbajo parents were never poor, he had a privileged background, though , he is a very modest man. He went to one of the best schools of his time. |
Quite unfortunate, women need to understand it takes greater resolve for a man to exercise restraint than a woman. Nature makes a man more aggressive than a woman by inputing more testosterone in it. When a man shows self control to a lady, the lady should learn to appreciate it, and not see the man as weak. |
But, you were governor in 2011 na, and GEJ lost in Bauchi having less than 15%. Stop deceiving GEJ |
To stop charging that phone with Generator. Vote GMB / PYO in 4 weeks time |
