Hence transferring/transporting it via 'gas units' or 'your tankers' for long distances to the IPP location seems a daunting and very expensive exercise - it is absurd!

I'm sure you know such plants will require a large amount of steady supply of gas. I just don't see how that could be achieved with 'osinbajo's tankers'.

Even the Island Power Project you people have been using as reference point was designed to have a gas pipeline directly feeding into its gas units.

Unfortunately, they have not been able to lay even a kilometre of this pipeline; that pipeline is still a pipe dream because the cost far outweighs the benefits.

If there is a need for such design, it is very possible, it means the power plants can be ready at a short space of time, and the cost of building such power plants will be far less, as there would no need for a long stretch of gas pipelines from gas suppliers to Power plant, and the issue of pipeline vandalism is out of the way. you wrote

Card readers must stay, i remember in 2011 registration in polling units, there were initial struggle with the taking of biometrics, which was rectified. INEC now needs to ensure, methylated spirits and hand wipes are provided at polling booths

If the average time for accreditation ranges from 4-6 seconds using card reader, then it is faster than the conventional checking of register for voters name by INEC.
