The problem with many GEJ passive supporters in the SW is that they are not going out to collect their PVC. The motivation is weak.

I virtually travelled an appreciable far distance to collect mine from the Local govt. In many states, most local govt offices are in remote areas, except for the few urban lgas.

Enlighten in that context means those who have greater and enhanced access to information to make informed choices . The reason why the offline election result might be closer compared to the online poll is more as a result of the fact that there are still lots of unenligthened folks who have little or no access to information in making their choices beyond just the cheap sentiments like ethnicity and religion.

INEC has allowed collection till the eve of election,Feb. 13. over 70% at the moment is not bad, the most important thing is that all the PVC's are ready for collection. 19 days to election , more people will make effort to collect their cards. 80% collection rate is ok in my opinion. For some states having 50-60% collection rate, INEC needs to understand the problem and fix it.
