A university degree certificate is not necessary for a presidential election in Nigeria until you forge one and submit it under oath to INEC.
The 1999 constitution states that anyone who submits a fake certificate in aid of his election into any office stands disqualified.

Were those who were found to have submitted fake certificates in the past removed from office? Yes.
Did Tinubu submit a fake certificate? We're about to find out.
If he is found to have done so, has he committed a crime?

How can you not know by now that what Atiku's lawyers are trying
to find out is if the person who gained admission to CSU is the same person
who graduated in 1979., whether s/he was born 1952 or 1954, whether

The certificate the male version is parading is patently flawed, signed by officers
who were not yet employed as at the date it was issued. The certificate also differs

submitted to INEC and the one CSU released on subpoena, he said his client did not know

Nobody will like to forge a certificate he has earned. If you have lost your certificate, the issuing institution

to upstage you in a contest that ought to be fair.

This 18,000 is just a sideshow from a legal team that has no case.

INEC IReV Results have no standing if INEC can produce the authentic copies. But whatever is your defence, it ends in failure still, as the petitioner has clear copies of those results as issued to his agents by the presiding officer at the polling units.

As INEC criminally refuses to release those results, the court will have no choice but to accept the copies supplied by the petitioner. That was exactly how Hope Uzodinma became governor in Imo State.

LP has the clear copies of those INEC blurred results. Since INEC's copies are unreadable, the court will turn to Obi's 18,088 clear copies to tabulate the results and determine the winner.

A colleague of mine was building his house at Obawole in Lagos. Somebody introduced to him a man who claimed to be a plumber and he begged to be given the plumbing work to do as he had nothing to eat or to give his family at that point. I warne that my colleague should not give him the job, if truly the man was a good plumber, he wont lack food and he would not need to beg for a job. My colleague trusted him nevertheless. He gave the plumber N77,000 to go buy the materials he requested. He went and bought a few things into a small polythene bag and dropped it at the site.

That was the last time the plumber was seen. A month later he was seen cruising in his brand new Okada. My colleague called me out one day and showed me the man as he zoomed past. He never spoke to him again. He did not fight him nor turned it into a tribal issue.

Why did I tell this story? My colleague is Ishan, am Igbo,the plumber is Yoruba.
