Riders no longer call. It's annoying. Yesterday evening I was at home and playing with app around 5:30pm. Some request entered my phone. I accepted all the request. I patiently wait to hear My Phone ring but that didn't happen.

I end up calling 3 of them. La bang, la cancel.

After 7mins got another one and I decided not to call. Rider too didn't call even after I swipe my arrive now.

You won't believe rider did not call till i cancel the request this morning around 7am.

How did we get here. What is the solution?

I just provoked Taxify app by setting my radius to about 40km as I was reducing it (reset to 2km), a request came from about 30km away

Had my share of failed trip this morning. I picked rider from Allen avenue enroute Victoria Island, checked map, and ikorodu road was better than 3mb. Got to yaba and I checked fare only to discover app went off. Launched it back, checked fare and I saw #500. Immediately, I told my Indian rider and he was like it was because there was no traffic, the fare would increase as we proceed he said. With a straight face, I sharply told him there's no way fare would have been #500 from ikeja to yaba and he replied by saying he would add extra to the fare. Got to destination, rider gave me 3k, me I no kuku do fare review again.

no be normal thing, get an AC specialist to diagnose the system. Though, the hotness of the weather for some weeks past dey embarrass AC.

Had my worst driving experience today, got a trip to Local airport around 5:30am and I headed for international airport cos I know there are flights that come in that early. Usually, I don't use the parking lot at the international airport, I just meet some of my colleagues there and they find a space for me at the arrival point but the good boy in wanted to do the parking lot believing I'll get a trip in minutes and uber will reimburse me. Little did I know that I was in for a long thing. I waited over two hours, not even a flash came in. I had to put on my taxify too to see if there'll be a request but I was also wrong, my village people really had my time today. Meanwhile, right there in the parking lots, I could see uber/taxify drivers gisting comfortably while me was getting pained for staying so long when I knew time means money on this job. Las las, I got frustrated, paid my parking fee and left. I am in Ajao estate as we speak.

He paid and got down.
Thank God I could turned back to costain from apongbon under bridge.

if you don't pick this rider, you definitely get another request. Next time, don't pick such rider.

I just discover a site which help me out on my fuel wahala. Start the day with 3000 fuel for the day but unfortunately 5 trips are all card and l don't have any cash, want to switch off app when somebody inform me of a site where l can get quick as far as l have money in my Uber wallet and if l have done more than 100trips since l started l try them out and it was waoo l was bail and they don't charge interest but mark up of 10% it was a relief card trip come on, fuel of 3000 to pay back 3300, when uber pay me. you can't get blocked for such, you only get blocked if you cancel abruptly. The only way a driver can cancel a request that he won't get penalised is to drive to pickup and wait till the app prompts him to cancel. Moreover, it's just an illustration, don't get too serious.

Me I was on my own jeje inside Magodo phase 1 when an uber request came in, I called rider and he said it was a mistake and that he has cancelled already. I ended call and after like 5 mins request was still on my phone so I decided to drive down to the location. Las las #400 go drop since I was on zero commission. I drove halfway and taxify request came in from same spot I left, called rider and he said he was going to onipanu. I activated my sixth sense immediately, and turned driving mode to Jason Statham. Got to the uber pickup, waited 5 mins and chop my cancellation fee then drove down to taxify pickup. Rider was waiting already.

Sahara reporters is right around on this one, the robbery did happen. I witnessed it.
