PoliticsNationwide Jubilation As Finance Minister, Kemi Adeosun, Saves The Entire Nation by emmanuel596(op): 9:27am On Jul 12, 2017
The Minister of Finance, Kemi Adeosun, has raised an alarm, over the shocking move by the APC government, to embark on massive foreign borrowing, to fund the 2017 budget.

According to the Minister, such massive external borrowing to fund the budget, would do the country more harm than good.

Adeosun, who raised the alarm while speaking at a Business Forum, in Abuja, on Tuesday, stated that the country will no longer seek such loans or excesses, or an additional $1.5 billion it had planned to raise from international debt markets.

She said: “We cannot borrow anymore, we just have to generate funds domestically, enough to fund our budget. Mobilize revenue to fund the necessary budget increase”.

Nigeria is in the middle if its first recession in 25 years, and had planned to borrow extensively from overseas, to fund a record breaking budget aimed at helping the country spend its way out of its economic conundrums.

The Acting President, Yemi Osinbajo, signed off on its record the N7.44 trillion ($24.39 billion) budget for 2017, in June.

The plan projects a deficit of N2.21 trillion, implying a deficit equivalent to 2.18% of Nigeria’s Gross Domestic Product, GDP.

PoliticsBuhari Gives Marching Order To Sack Amaechi, Fashola, Others by emmanuel596(op):
Reports reaching us, has revealed that President Muhammadu Buhari, has given Acting President, Yemi Osinbajo, a marching order to reshuffle his cabinet.

Osinbajo on Tuesday, traveled to London, where he met with Buhari behind closed doors.

Osinbajo, who has since returned to the country, in the early hours of Wednesday, left for London at about 3:25 p.m., local time, shortly after presiding over the Quarterly Presidential Business Forum, which held at the Presidential Villa.

A trusted Presidency source, confirmed that Buhari is not comfortable with some of his close Aides, who have undermined the Acting President in his absence, and may have handed him clear instructions to kick them out of the government.

The source said that the visit of the Acting President, was at the instance of Buhari, who wanted to assure Osinbajo of his support and confidence, to carry on with the ship of state.

Osinbajo is expected to carry out major reforms in the government, any moment from now.

“We expect even a minor cabinet shake-up, as the Acting President returns. Those not loyal to this government, and particularly those sabotaging the system, have already been identified”, said the source.

RomanceThe Law Of Relationship. by emmanuel596(op): 11:05am On Jul 11, 2017
The Law of Relationship.

Success is highly dependent on relationships. Relationships are currencies; anything money can buy, relationships can equally pay for. It is a total display of lack of wisdom to pay for everything you want in life.

Connectivity is a key to success; you must be connected to something! Your relationship with God is the first basis of success. Relationships help you access the Anointing, Endorsements and Favor.

You rise through a network of relationships. Relationships give you access to realms you do not qualified for. The major ingredient of success is favor; largely accessible through valuable relationships.

One of the hindrances to building quality and sustainable relationships is Unfriendliness and Hostility. To attract friends, you must be friendly. Imbibe the attitude of celebrating greatness during its time of process and making. It becomes too late when greatness is celebrated at the point of manifestation.

PoliticsMassive Jubilation In Aso Rock As Presidency Finally Bowed To Pressure, By NAS by emmanuel596(op): 10:45am On Jul 11, 2017
The Presidency has finally bowed to pressure, by reaching out to the leadership of the National Assembly.

Reports has confirmed that Acting President, Yemi Osinbajo, met with Senate President, Bukola Saraki, on Sunday night, for the purpose of reconciliation and charting a new course.

The meeting, was upon pressures by some Senators and Members of the House of Representatives, to bring forward their annual recess, as a way of teaching Osinbajo a lesson.

“If the National Assembly goes on recess without confirming those nominees, or the President getting National Assembly approval for those strategic loans needed for key infrastructure projects, how can Osinbajo succeed?” a source asked.

The meeting between Osinbajo and Saraki, is in the wake of claims that a section of the alleged cabal in the Presidency, had teamed up with some Members of the National Assembly, to cut Osinbajo to size.

However, the success of last Thursday’s meeting before the one held on Sunday, was nearly beclouded by the leakage of the secret meeting by those sympathetic to the cabal in the Presidency.

“You can see that vested interests do not want Osinbajo to succeed, and the same forces were the ones who leaked the meeting, with the intention of embarrassing the two men”, a source privy to the development said.

Speaking on the reconciliation moves, a source added: “Osinbajo has perhaps realised his mistake, and that he should not have spoken on the Magu issue, and now everyone is trying to use that against him.”

“The fact is that they want to make life difficult for the Acting President, who out of his own lack of political tact, voiced support for Femi Falana’s claim on Magu”, the source said.

PoliticsAso Rock Cabal In Dilemma Over Buhari's Health And Possible Return – Fayose by emmanuel596(op): 7:27am On Jul 11, 2017
Ekiti State Governor, Mr Ayodele Fayose has said that the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the Presidency cabal is in a state of dilemma as to whether to bring President Muhammadu Buhari back to the country with his present state or leave him in London, adding that; “The President has become a bad business for the cabal that imposed him on Nigerians.”

Governor Fayose, who insisted that Nigerians must be told the truth about the President’s state of health, said; “I told Nigerians then that President Buhari was a black-market packaged by the APC cabal that was only interested in seizing power by whatever means and now, I have been vindicated.”
In a statement issued on Monday, by his Special Assistant on Public Communications and New Media, Lere Olayinka, the governor said;
“For a President who has spent 113 days abroad taking care of his health out of the 191 days in 2017, it is time for Section 144 of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to be invoked.”
He said:
“President Buhari left Nigeria for London on May 7, 2017 and today is July 10, 2017, 64 clears days since Nigerians saw their President or heard anything from him. Even the President’s handlers are keeping Nigerians in the dark.

“Even though the number of days that a president can spend outside the country is not specified in the 1999 Constitution (as amended), the makers of the laws of Nigeria envisaged this kind of situation and made provisions for how to resolve it in Section 144.

“It has therefore become pertinent that the Federal Executive Council (FEC) must invoke Section 144 of the 1999 Constitution by passing a resolution declaring that President Buhari is incapable of discharging the functions of his office.”
Governor Fayose, who insisted that he was not interested in President Buhari’s death, said freeing Nigeria from the hands of those who are presently holding the country to ransom should be the major concern of all well-meaning Nigerians.
“They are always quick to tell Nigerians that there is an Acting President in person of Prof Yemi Osinbajo and as such, no vacuum government. However, we all know the limitations of the Acting President. We know that there are so many things Prof Osinbajo cannot do and Nigerians are the ones bearing the consequences of a bedridden President.”

RomanceHusbands Should Have Sex With Their Wifes At Least 16 Times A Week” — by emmanuel596(op):
Husbands: “You Should Have Sex With Your Wife At Least 16 Times A Week” — Joro Olumofin

Society has put so much pressure on women these days. If a man cheats it’s his wife’s fault for not “keeping him or satisfying him”, this notion is absolutely wrong.

There are a million things a woman is asked to do just to keep her man, but there is no list of things a man is asked to do to keep his woman.

We Men make it seem like women want to get married more than us and we’re doing them a favor by committing or being in a relationship.

Most Men act like they are the only ones who are granted free PASS to cheat or it is their right to cheat. Women can cheat as well but they choose to be loyal in relationships for Love, peace sake and to keep their homes.

Here are a list of things that Husbands should do to make their relationship work : .

1. Sex : You should have sex with your wife at least 16 times a week and MouthAction 5 times a week. This is your duty as man. It is your responsibility. No excuses

2. You must not have passwords on your phone or any device. If passwords are necessary, your wife should have them all.

3. You must not let her food waste. A happy married man shouldn’t be seen eating outside only lunch at work is allowed.

4. Bring your wife breakfast in bed and bring back a gift from work everyday. Every single day. Even if it is fruits, a wig, a painting or flowers.

5. Prayer schedule. Fix a prayer & fasting routine once a month with your wife to tackle personal issues.

6. Even if she has a job. She deserves a weekly or monthly allowance of at least N100,000.

7. Men complain that their wives don’t look the same as when they first met. A lot of men have pot bellies too. Work on your physical appearance.

8. Listen to her. No matter how tired or busy you are. Listen to her and gossip with her.

If you don’t appreciate your wife. She may seek appreciation elsewhere. It’s a full time job to be a good wife. Make it a full time job to be a good husband.

PoliticsMany People Will Go To Jail For Forgery Over My Recallrecall Dino Melaye by emmanuel596(op): 10:51am On Jun 22, 2017
Senator Dino Melaye has reacted to the move by Constituents of Kogi West Senatorial District to recall the representative of Kogi West Senatorial District.
Speaking to Seun Okinbaloye, anchor of Politics Today on Channels Television, Melaye said: “I continue to laugh at their efforts which I know is in futility. The whole exercise is a comedy of errors.”

The Senator was further quoted to have said: “Nobody should take it seriously the whole thing is shrouded in money politics and cannot stand.

“We have discovered names of dead people on the list and a handwriting with similar signatures for several people on petition, the discrepancies are too much and it’s a total fraud. And I promise that many people will go to jail for forgery.”

On Wednesday, June 21, 2017, constituents of the Kogi West Senatorial District submitted a petition to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) demanding the recall of Dino Melaye from the Senate.

According to the electoral act, one-half of the number of registered voters in a constituency is required for the recall of a lawmaker.

There are 360,098 registered voters in Kogi west.

Leader of the constituents, Chief Cornelius Olowo, at INEC headquarters accused the senator of distancing himself from his constituents, saying that the lawmaker’s performance was low.

I remember buying mars for 50k in 1981.

That means your dsds 25,000 could buy 50,000 mars bars which cost 299 at Shoprite.

That means your 25,000 then will be worth 15,000,000 today. That's a lot of money.

That 25,000 could easily buy 2 brand new cars then. Minimum wage then was 125 naira.
