Jobs/VacanciesRe: Lowest Point In My Life In 2016 by emmanuelbrown26: 8:13am On Oct 09, 2016
Martins301:
Bro life ain't easy and if you are lucky to be in Nigeria, you have to struggle 10 times as hard. Dropped my NYSC garb almost a year ago and began the job hunt. Got frustrated most times and scammed many more times. But I didn't give up and till today, while I wait for the big break, I am still surviving. I pay my own rent and other expenses and save a little for the future.

Don't think all this was possible because of one office job o. No no. I work under the sun and even in the rain (remember that line in NYSC anthem) but majority of income comes from FREELANCING.

Since you have lot's of skills then maybe you should consider selling them as services on platforms like Fiverr, Upwork and Freelancer. I use one of the three above and I didn't regret my decision. You too can make it through FREELANCING.

I don't advice you to take up any job that will make you work from 7am till 7pm. You will only end up enslaving yourself, especially if the pay can't cover your basic expenses in a month. If you can teach then good. Get a teaching job and combine it with freelancing and you will smile again.

Sorry if my epistle is too long. Just wanted to share my experience with you so you can learn one or two things.

P.S
You need a laptop, an android phone, access to internet and electricity for at least 8-12 hours in a day to start your freelance journey. If you are smart, you can make do without the laptop for the maintine and use just your android (5 inch screen preferably).
bros i will like to learn this stuff
Christianity EtcRe: Imagine If Blood Money Was Real by emmanuelbrown26: 7:09am On Oct 02, 2016
Egunje:
My dear nairalanders, there is sense and logic in this. if blood money id real or not.
But these are my opinion to this.
i believe there is God and if Gof exists, then devil is real. but the issue here is for us to know the limit of the power devil exhibits.

God said in detronumy 8vs 18 that its he God that giveths power to make wealth, not devil.
God been a God of principle made this world and placed rules or principle to guide it. and one of this laws is the law of giving and receiving.
Give and it shall be giving unto u. if u give to the devil u will in return receive same as God.
The question now is how do one receive? most school of thought per say,has it that money appears in ones boom mysteriously after he or she must have done their sacrifice. Some said the human skull used as sacrifice vomits this money.
If truly this is true, does that mean the money wasnt printed by CBN or is the money without serial and mint number? i believe if u take the said ritual money to CBN, they will trace its serial no. or does devil steel from CBN,why have we not had of mysterious disappearance of money in CBN except someone stole it.
But i strongly believe this money comes after one must have belong to a society after making sacrifice like the christians do by seed sowing, offering and Thieth ,then the members of the society who are able to do and highly connected gives connection.eg if a governor of a state belongs to a society,if there is any contract in the state, he will award it to his society members. my people this is the ritual money u v heard all these years. pls disprove or compliment. EGUNJE
i compliment u bro, though the mystery behind it is what we don't know but its real real, this is africa black magic is real in this africa, and in this spiritual issue it depends on ur what yoruba call (ori) destiny. Hv u guys heard about SPIRITUAL LOAN
CareerRe: MTN Laying Off Over 4000 Workers, Happening Right Now by emmanuelbrown26: 10:16pm On Sep 30, 2016
blackberlin:
If this is true, then it's very bad and the government should step in. . .
We know there's a ''recession'' but that doesn't mean that they should start sacking employees without their full benefits, that is so unethical.

Truth be told though, no one can blame any company for downsizing because the value of the naira is now 1/3 of what it used to be and companies cannot run on loss. . . I just pray for my country that she gets out of this issue soon.
Nigeria's story up to this present period is a story of how politicians looted the country to her knees. . . And the ones there now are story tellers and professional blamers.
on point

I am among the few igbomen that used to honestly admire this man..... He has always been a bridge builder and philanthropist... A man with a good heart..... Very jovial and down to earth...

I really don't know what has happened to the Rochas I used to know... The man rochas is something else now.... Heaping untold hardship on his people..no empathy.. No joy.. This is not the rochas we all know... This is an alien in Rocha's body....... God pls save this man.... Heal him of the high handedness that inflicts African leaders... Restore him to his God given default setting.

This is an honest prayer
Nnam ehhh, honestly this is not rochas i used to know, politics can destroy ur image if care is not taken, since he ventured into this level of politics, his name got destroyed, i pray he realize where he came from. rochas hope of the hopeless.

CareerRe: Is There A Decent Way He Could End This Affair With His Married Boss? by emmanuelbrown26: 8:57am On Sep 25, 2016
Two things are involve, either u continue to sex her and continue wit ur job or u stop sexing her and quit ur job, but never u tell ur fiance, it will be very very risk. Wat if u tell ur fiance and u loose ur job, then ur fiance quit the marriage. If i were u bro, i will sex the hell out of her. In life before a change take place their must be a sacrifice. This is ur own sacrifice to climb the ladder of success.

PoliticsRe: Thomas Ekpemupolo, Tompolo's Father Dies - Gbaramatu Voice Newspaper by emmanuelbrown26: 3:46pm On Sep 07, 2016
TonyeBarcanista:
Tompolo I sympathise with your family and the people of Gbaramatu kingdom over the painful loss of your beloved father.

However, if you had surrendered earlier, your father wouldn't have been arrested, brutalized or amputated. Perhaps you would be under trial with some privileges as a citizen. Perhaps you would have been a free man on bail as allegations against you bothers on corruption(not treason) which is a bailable offence.

You would have learnt from Major Isaac Adaka Boro, who had to surrender to the Military Police(During the 12 Days Revolution in February 1966) after the arrest of his father and those of his comrades. He was imprisoned, convicted to death but as God would have it, he was later conscripted into the army along with his boys and given the rank of a Major, and celebrated by the same country that put him on death row. It is not too late

The point is allow posterity be the judge. The Nigeria Army is not professional nor do they understand the rules of engagement. We should not do what will invite them to our household or our land.

However, if the news of torture is true, then Tompolo's Family should lay formal complain before the NHRC, The Army and the Presidency.

RIP to the late High Chief
chai chineke gozie gi, (master i never knew people like u exist in nairaland, may Jah bless thee. This is the best contribution i hv seen thus far
