MasterTeeUSA: I noticed you do not have a fence or metal protection. How do you know the boundaries to your farm? These are all recipes that can lead to massive loss. For now I am using a leased farm from a friend who lost interest in farming and relocated to Canada. There are trees at the boundary edges likewise survey pillars |

One of the hard parts of business is the human factor and if that is sorted out, no need trying to lose such again |

RTID: You know the more annoying thing with 33+ Igbo men?
They technically don't even wait for you to give them an answer if they tell you their plans to marry you.
These people that God will help me to punish, will go straight to the girl's parents and let them know the intentions they have for their daughter, without the girl even knowing!
And of course, they will go and see your parents bearing gifts like bag of rice, tomato pastes, tubers of yams, Chasis, George, Hollandis, refined kai like ST Remy for your greedy father, one gallon of fuel and a fat envelope.
The man won't even inform the girl that he's visiting her parents ooo!
That evening, the girl will get a call from her greedy mother;
"Why didn't you inform us that your husband was coming, we'd have prepared something delicious."
You the girl would be wondering who, until they tell you it's one Emeka like that.
You'll go and confront Emeka. You tell him you've a serious relationship.
And that's where he takes it a bit farther.
Emeka goes back to your father's house with an engineer to take quotations for completing the roofing.
You either marry Emeka that coming Saturday or your parents will fight his battle on his behalf.
God will punish all you 33+! Chaii 33+ Igbo guys to gbe bobo yi ni handicap. I can feel your pain bro. Na who collect your babe? Chinedu, Emeka or Chuckwuma? |

Hamachi: HmmmmmmSad truth😥😥😥😥😥 This real-life story of Uncle Owusu, after living in the UK for 38 years and at the age of 71, Uncle Owusu finally relocated to Ghana this year—to live in his 6-bedroom mansion which took him 9 years to complete.
Apparently, now in Ghana and in his mansion, Uncle Owusu lives in the living room of the house while his caretaker lives upstairs in his huge master bedroom. This is because Uncle Owusu cannot climb the stairs without the help of another person. Even with help, it will take him 15 minutes to make the climb.
As such, Uncle Owusu has decided to stay downstairs of his mansion (in the living room) as all 6 bedrooms are upstairs. The house has a living room, toilet, and kitchen downstairs and 3 rooms on the first floor, and another 3 (including the master bedroom) on the second/last floor.
This is surely not how Uncle Owusu anticipated his retirement. But that is the reality of his journey. This will be the life of many other Africans living abroad—building mansions back home without caring about their old age.
In fact, if you are building a dream house for yourself to live in and by 50 years that house is not done, forget it.
Uncle Owusu almost wasted 38 years of his life doing menial jobs abroad hoping to go and retire back home in his mansion and enjoy life. Now, he has no life to enjoy and someone is really enjoying the mansion.
Like most aged persons, Uncle Owusu is not even able to enjoy a bottle of malt at his age—because that will shoot up his sugar level. Yet, he said he was working hard all his life to enjoy his best life which included eating and drinking the finest when he retires.
Now, he is only able to eat salads—and even that, without dressing. He cannot even chew any of the fine meat out there without his cholesterol sending warning signs.
How is this life and the great retirement? Yet, this will be the life of more than half of us.
The solution is to take mini-retirements now and enjoy your life and luxury now.
Life starts when you start.
Join www.above50football.com today I love this. I no dey for all those yeye hustle hustle to enjoy my old age. Abeg, there is nothing bad in enjoying my present age too. Now is the time I can drink a lot of sugary things, has strength to bang a young lady 3/4 times, dress well and look handsome in it not looking hargard with wrinkled face etc Who knows, if we will still be here in w0 years time sef |

Vision101: The regularity of their income encourage them to be too comfortable. When they are in need they apply for loan.
Lack and uncertainty of your income will force you to think outside the box. You will plan and manage very well any income that comes your way. You are 100% correct. When you don't have a steady source of income, your survival instinct kicks off and on the long run makes you a better planner and financially more discipline |

Skyview01: It is not an opinion but a fact that parents give birth to children. It is also not an opinion but a fact that parents should be responsible for their children. What we are experiencing is a residue from the old african way of living. We give birth without any plans hoping our family members will help us to take care of them. Same thing with animals. We buy chicken, goats and dogs we can't take care of and leave them wandering around the streets looking for what to eat. What buy what you can't cage and take care of? ohhh, i love pets. Same is with kids. Many can't take care of the kids they brought to life yet abusing a family member of not helping them to do it. |

Look at this one saying Muslim is the majority in south west. I don't blame you sha. If you add Kwara to south west, I will agree to a large extent that Muslims would be slight majority in Yoruba land but if you minus Kwara, I think Christianity has an edge. Though, after independence large percentage of Yorubas were Muslims but there has been a huge conversion rate from Muslims to christians in south west due to many factors |
