If the Israelites obliged their Lord God of Israel to stop having them ruled by Judges and gave them a King (Saul) like their neighbours, who are those who we allow into government temporarily, not to listen to us and do what we want?

If there is absolutely no one to lead, please how can you be a leader? Leading who huh
I don't know.
Seguno, I have deliberately avoided answering your mentions because most of your questions are not straight forward and kind of odd or somehow for me

So with all the start a business mantra, how come Nigeria has more poor people than the United States? How many of these businesses have grown to be major players in the continent? Even the most successful entrepreneurs in Nigeria WORKED for companies before becoming entrepreneurs. The majority worked somewhere for some years. The data is out there. Check any successful entrepreneur in Nigeria, that person worked for a while.

In India, Modi is working tirelessly to ensure investments pour into the country, building infrastructure everywhere to ease business operations and trade. India produces university graduates like pure water, but Modi has never told Indian graduates to become entrepreneurs immediately they graduate. Even the top grads from their IITs look for jobs after graduation, why must Africa's own be different? How many Nigerian youths who migrated to UK, Canada, US etc.,, started businesses immediately they graduated? No be work everybody dey find, no matter how small?
I don't think you actually get my point.
Looking for a job, working before starting a business is the perfect and ideal route.
It is also what I am using too.
I am working and from my savings, buying equipment and machines for my own personal business. Perfect but in a case where the jobs are virtual non-existent, what else will you tell the graduates to do? Fold their arms? Since we know the government has failed us and won't do anything no matter how we cry, so the next best thing is to advise them to start something.
An ideal hand is the devil's workshop.
Start something and when people see you are doing something, going out in the morning and coming in in the evening, atleast they will know you are trying your best to have something and not just lazy and folding arms around crying no job, no job

That is my point

But all this entrepreneurship we are doing in Nigeria no dey work. Poverty is increasing daily. We suppose dey reduce poverty. Unemployment don enter 40 percent. Something wey be like 20 percent that 2014 time. The real figure na like 90 percent.
Again, since poverty is close to 90% according to you, what else will you recommend to graduates looking for work? When mind you, there is no work in the first place.
Is it not still business and vocational training skills like tailoring, carpentry, bricklaying to name a few?
Since we all know folding our arms won't create jobs and government have failed to create one and we can't wait for them too.
Funny enough, most people struggling in Nigeria to fit in are the graduates.
I have never seen a jobless or unproductive illitrate.
If they are not frying akara by the junction or puff puff/buns or pop corn to keep themselves busy and earning, they are riding bikes, carpentry etc.
Most of our open markets are even dominated by illitrates from Ladipo to Idumota to name a few and these people are even financially more stable that most graduates.
In US there are jobs and you don't have to pass through this phase but Africa is opposite of it.

Na true o and that scholarship is only for people in the Niger delta. It's not bad to seek for a job and a job should pay well to make a living for oneself. Na this country make crayfish bend. On Reddit, no one is telling american graduates to start business. There's always good jobs and those jobs can take care of your living.
Because the terrain differs.
You need to understand your environment.
Using US scenario or standard in Africa will make you struggle alot and vice versa.

When Nigerians are struggling day and night to get US visa to leave this country for good...They don't want anything associated with Nigeria again

These ones are coming back to reintroduce themselves.

Truly, this world no balance

you think they will relocate to Nigeria? No they just want to know their root because the insult is becoming too much for them, it's good now they can point to somewhere as their ancestral home or origin
The insults that follows not knowing your root is very high.
Don't let us even go too far. Just been a bastard, not knowing your father. Not knowing who your mum got pregnant for is very very very devastating not to talk of a total root.
If a boy quarrels with his mate, during the fight one of the things they will use to get back at him is "he is a bastard that doesn't know his father"
Do you know what many women face in the hands of their bastard boys? Who threat them occasionally asking for their father's house?
There are many things that are painful in life but we take softly because most of us were born in a balanced home.
Even when born in a complete family but the father dies in plane crash at sea or sank in a ship at the middle of ocean etc and his body couldn't be found or a befitting grave for his body. Not knowing the grave of a father or mother is bad enough not to talk of being a bastard who doesn't know is father and father's people and the top of it all is not even Totally knowing your roots patapata.
Na that one worst pass

Just imagine being treated like thrash with nowhere to run to and really call yours.

African Americans do envy black migrants to a level of almost or atimes, actual hatred.

They hate the fact that they're "boxed in" and have nowhere to run.

Africans around the world would travel back "home" to any African country and settle if only we can just make this land great again.

On a more serious note, born Africans with roots and heritage don't know what they are.

If not for bad leadership across BLACK Africa, all these African Europeans/Americans for dey troop home on a daily.

Africans heal your land.
Bro, there is nothing as painful in this life as not knowing your root.
I once worked with a Honduran who was sad trying to trace his origin to Nigeria.
He asked me how he can go about it but don't know too.
That man won't mind spending thousands of dollars just to know his origin.
Even the present humans have spent tons and tons of money carrying out research on our origin but some of us have to accept the bible version for sanity sake

Comparing Nigeria to ivory coast is an insult in itself. Ghana is 100 times better than ivory coast. Ivory coast has been designated over and over again as a failed state. Cameroon, Gabon, Burundi, Niger, Chad, Mali, Burkina Faso, guinea and more are all french countries which are poverty stricken shitholes. FYI UK visa is the easiest for a Nigerian to get at the moment. We didn't even need a visa to the UK till your darling daddy buhari tried to kidnap umaru dikko and that ended the relationship we had with the UK with regards to visa free travel.
Leave them let them be capping.
French colonized countries in Africa are the poorest and most shit hole in Africa.

At times, I see Nigeria as the United States. It is the reason I am surprised when Americans on Reddit want to leave the country because of kini kon. There are "Ghanas" in Nigeria just as there are Switzerlands, Singapores, Koreas in the US. This means, you don't have to relocate to Ghana if since there exist Ghanas in Nigeria. Tensa20 schooled in Ghana and has preached it for donkey months that nothing dey that country. Look at the economy, terrible. Buhari is bad, but Addo is worse considering he studied at Oxford and his finance minister studied at both Columbia and Yale universities. I wonder what they learnt there (assuming they actually attended classes and did not stand by the windows).

As for digital courses, man. No idea, but please note that nothing good comes easy. It will take an average of 2-3 years to learn and start making something from a digital skill especially if you don't have a pretty strong math foundation. Working is just like starting a business, you don't make profits during the nascent stages. Heck, you even generate losses, but keep ploughing in money. Na why people wey never chop food belly full suppose start business or else, dem go chop all the small small revenues finish.

Ghana, just like dem Namibia and Botswana, are good to live a safe and quiet life when you don make money. There are not places to make money from, but to enjoy the serenity and quietness.
Gbam!!!

Your eyes is finally open now to the truth bah. Everytime someone will not rest from Ghana is better than Nigeria and you see people buying into that crase.

They don't make proper research they just dust their empty bag enter chisco motor dey go Ghana to go pack plenty cedis. Awwww far Charlie there good or e bad shey you have used your eyes to see things for yourself.

There is nothing in that country and other west Africa countries around us. Stop buying into that electricity hype. Very local country. Been there lived there before schooled there I don't get the hype about that country.
grin grin grin
What really made me scared of Ghana was when a friend rented an apartment at Kasoa which is outskirt of the capital Accra and he paid 9000 Ghana cedis for a 2 bedroom flat and that was in 2016. As at then, 9000 Ghana cedis was 900k naira.
Omoh, I was shocked.
It is like someone paying 900k in Ifo or sango Otta which are outskirt of Lagos, now imagine what people are paying in central Accra.
I don't even know how they pay such rent because it is a very very poor country with very poor salary scale so I wonder how they get to pay those house rents.
Even Nungua where I schooled, to get a one room for rent for 30k /30 cedis na with beta beta abeeeeg
Just imagine one room for 30k per month
