Okay, I see where you have a problem. There was a reason I laid emphasis on "criminal offence" as it differs from civil offence, which is why the police is involved. Defamation is a criminal offence.

You didn't read? Defamation is a CRIMINAL OFFENCE in Nigeria, so it concerns the police. Theirs is to carry out investigations based on the complaint of the plaintiff.

A new generation of ML350 started in 2012, so the design is very different from 08 - 011. It's more expensive too. If you have the means, get the 012 - 013. There is a mercedes benz thread on Car Talk. Search for it and make further inquiries.
