Honestly this shows loopholes in govt. The lady is physically challenged and she should be getting disability benefits from the govt in the first place. But because all branches of government have failed their people, that's what led to scheme like this..I don't call it scam.

Govt should see this as a result of their failure rather than punishing her. I do not condone her action.

The govt should simply warn her and tax her donations. The money belongs to her not the govt. It is taxpayers money not govt.

They should slash the donation in half, give her half and return other half to the community. As for her coconspirator who demanded #500, he/she should get nada. He's a betrayal.

Again, this is a physical challenged individual and should not be hawking in the first place. She should be getting disability benefits from local and state govt but they failed their people. They should give her half of the donation to set up legit business of her choice.
