This is a very controversial issue in Islam. Some muslims dont see abuse the way some other muslims see abuse.


There are imams that state that wife beating is permitted in Islam. They use Surah 4:34 to support wife beating.

There are many muslims who believe that it is okay to marry 13 or 14 year old girls since there is one age of consent in Islam. There is also old Arab culture in which girls who hit puberty are ready for marriage.

Do you know that Omar is the most intelligent and mostinfluential among the sahabas? Do you know that Omar is well respected such that some of his advise, to the prophet, were revealed as part of the quran? You cannot discount his input in the development of the Islamic thought. It was Omar's input on the quran (9:29) that led to the formulation of the 'pact of Omar'. If Omar granted the '3talak', you can never discount it as not being part of the sunnah of the prophet.

I think it's a mistake campaigning for him. Because I was able to convinced lots of people to do so too in 2015. But then I should have remained neutral and less expectant from any of them.



Atiku is never going to be my option. I should have remained neutral or support other candidates even though I know they battle is between the two of them.

The so-called isolated hadith is sahih so it has a great authority. As for 3talak, is it also applicable to the women? Can the women say the 3talak to divorce their husband?

You see them ravaging on Twitter whenever banana is thrown at a football player. Obviously the white people calling us monkey ate not far from the truth, because at any given time, we tend to always condescend to lower animals. In fact I doubt, the kind of evil things perpetrated in Nigeria, South Africa and other black African countries can be done by any real monkeys, suffice to say, we've gone even lower than monkeys in our morality.

The pakistanis and the Saudis do not understand the concept of 3talak but you do but never bothered to fully explain the rational and its importance in a marital and social relationship. Anyway, the issue of the 3talak is not the only sunnah of the prophet that does not make sense, how about the rest that I listed?
