Another mistake you just made which further makes your cause difficult is that you forgot that same people you tagged "bidat" are muslims that will donate generously openly and secretly without your personal knowledge since "people of sunnah" are tiny minority. Which means majority of the donations will be coming from "Alhubidat".

Since you have seen them less than muslims, this further creates animosity in the Muslim community. You dont need this if you want to succeed. You dont start with sectarian division to advance your cause. Back in the 50s and 60s in America, when immigrants were settling in the USA from Asia, Caribbean and middle eastern countries, they were all different ideologies but they put aside their different ideologies in America in order to advance one cause which roped them together which is Islam. They managed to build one masjid and one jummah where all Muslims in the community from different backgrounds and sects prayed and schooled. These were sunni, shia, ahmadiyya, sufi, Deobandi, Barelvi and the list was endless. They formed one group only bcus if they had allowed their differences to get in their way, Islam would have faded away in america. They were very understanding for them to allow islam to dictate and not their egos. Otherwise, Islam would not have had its way to this day for the modern muslims. We thank them for their unflinching efforts/services. They are the vagabonds of islam in America. Some of them still alive while many of them have returned to Allah.

Later as islam progresses and muslim community was expanding, their different ideologies became obvious. They tried not to go that line but unfortunately they could not resolve these ideological differences and they parted ways peacefully without putting on boxing gloves. But thank goodness before this happened, Islam already became known to Americans and accepted. Of Course islam was always in American centuries ago. So if you want to build islam in ilobu community of Osun state, you dont start by castigating and maginalizing others. Doing so makes you look foolish and you are on a failed mission. They were practising islam before you. You are not teaching anything new. I need to remind you that when those muslims were tiny minority in the 50s 60s in America, there were onijalabi amongst them till this day. There were people with cultural or traditional islam amongst them which means they did some things different from other muslims but they all worked together for the cause of islam to build muslim community in USA..

But what you are doing base on your post is very silly. You are not applying wisdom. Do you think by condemning jalabi or style of naming ceremony will put an end to it?. Mind you it is not only in nigeria or ilobu. Alhasunnah/salafi where i pray do the very same thing. People come to the masjid for nikkah, for naming and so on. And family or muslim community are charged to bury their dead almost everywhere around the world. And you said it is the person's compound and they still charge a fee?. Thats something i never heard of. And if it is true, it must be very limited to that region in Osun state. We see people buried in nigeria in their own compound all the time and no such issue.

Dont think for a second that you know it all. Islam is very broad, brother. Dont marginalize others. They are part of the muslim community.

All others spoke languages different from Arabic language. Meaning that none of them used the word "Allah" since its not their language. If Hazrat Nabi Muhammad was a Yoruba man, obviously, he will use Yoruba language to communicate.

Recall ten years ago during financial meltdown around the world, Islamic Banking System was introduced in USA, especially new York with zero interest.

Western media outlets couldn't but advertise it when they couldn't not resist their urged for it. I remembered on ABC newsletter said at that time that they would opt for Islamic Banking. They were so attracted to it to alleviate recession. After economy improved, they returned to their conventional banking . Unfortunately some of these "Islamic Banks" have drifted off essence to back door riba.

In that video I certainly believe he was seeing something and Signs that he couldn't utter. You see he "cried" literally before he started talking about seeing something. And one of his mureed was crying as well. That video said something to me personally. I appreciate the uploader. I wouldn't have imagined how the footage looked like. I still watch it every other day.

Another reason not to be deceived that sound health means death is million miles away. Death knows no boundaries.

unfortunately this is not a revolution. I called this "kwara spring". It will reach level of revolution if, only if new administration, governor and state senators make drastic changes by building standard infrastructures: schools, Bridges, roads, rails, airport, healthcare coverage for all citizens regardless of medical conditions, reform task force and law enforcement. Restructuring pension and retirement funds and reducing poverty by 60%. Only then this can be considered revolution. Let's hope it reaches that level. Right now it is kwara spring where citizens swept away unpatriotic govt and replaced with something similar but not different.

In other to make a difference, new govt must accomplish or attempt to accomplish everything stated above. Otherwise it is not revolution.

Saraki was their oppressive ruler. Not only did they forced him out of power but pelted him with stones and verbal abuses. Everything they did to him contradicts what is written here. This goes to show you that the idea of obeying ruler even if he oppresses and takes your belonging, you should still obey him for as long as he doesn't tell you to disobey God, is not practical. Saraki openly offers salat and did not tell anyone to disobey God, yet you kicked him out. Are kwarans right or wrong?.

This thing you posted which include pretty much opinions of people including hadith in question need critical reviews. Things are not always as they appear to be. In my opinion, the hadith is valid but at the same time it is either must be understood in proper context or it is not universal or some rulers in history have tampered with it.

Those who take this hadith hook line and sinker in this thread would need to support those Alfas who supported Saraki bcus those alfas did not want protests against him and they wanted Saraki to continue his oppressive rule. So let me test your hypocrisy. Those Alfas who backed Saraki notably, two of them are not in tandem with op's manhaj and jabata' son in this thread. So do you support those Alfas?. Let me remind you that those Alfas's actions were in line with this hadith and opinions vested in this thread. So do you agree with them?

Now, as far as i am concerned, Kwarans have spoken and their actions are in line with Quran and sunnah as well. Quran speaks

Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves. Q13:11

Also in the last khutba of nabi(saw) he said, ".......nothing belongs to a muslim which belongs to fellow muslims unless it is given freely..."

Kwaran govt (governor,senators and senate prez) collected money from federal govt in the name of the people of the state but did little or nothing for them. This is looting public funds. This contradicts what the hajj sermon says. Kwara state will be 52 yrs old this May but its people are getting poorer and poorer. Fifty two(52) years was too long not to rise against the rulers. Islam has zero tolerance for oppression. So this hadith need to be understood differently instead interpreting it to mean "there is no protest or demonstration in islam". There is. So this hadith could either mean to try to restrict unwarranted rebellion against ruler or frown upon destruction of lives and properties instead of saying there is no protest in islam. It is easy to copy and post hadith but it is hard to understand when it comes to practical.

Kwarans have set a pace. They have sent clear message to incoming governor and senators that they will no longer tolerate nonsense. People are suffering and calling out for help from their tyrannical rulers over them and we have some people talking about obeying them even if they beat you and take your things?. I believe the hadith is tampered with by oppressive rulers in history to suit their whims bcus it obviously doesn't work with Kwarans and Palestinians. And the people who called themselves Alhusunnah in Nigeria who supported this hadith are somehow happy that Saraki got kicked out and at the same time they mocked those Alfas who supported and gave saraki confidence to further his nonsensical loot.

Hypocrisy stinks.

Why did they not agree with those Alfas who supported Saraki?. Those are Alfas they considered "alhubida" yet they consciously or unconsciously followed this hadith. In my opinion, the hadith is restricting violent approach to rulers and avoiding destruction of lives and properties. The hadith is not disallowing demonstrations or protest against rulers. This is nonsense. So Kwarans changed their own condition bcuz they are tired of these unpatriotic governments over them. And if this incoming governor and senator don't perform to their expectations or at least improve standard of living of the people, it is only a matter of time before they kick them in the butt.

But cursing and destroying properties are never allowed. That's immoral anyways. Those who destroy properties simply need to be persecuted. The idea of "pray for them" without action is futile. Thats like praying to get a job but you sit on a couch playing video games everyday and you want to get a job at the same time?. Thats a failed mission.

This was exactly the position of Imam Ghazali(ra) then before he decided to engage more on tasaawuf inorder to experience it, and them see if there is any substance in Sufis claim. The Imam got more than he bargained for and he was convinced about the veracity of Sufi experience. However, he was guided more because of his deep knowledge of sharia Islamic jurisprudence hence able to avoid pitfalls many Sufi fell into.

I told the brother in ilorin that in order to avoid pitfall is the reason for studying figh first an be understand to the best of their ability.

I think I lI've this intention and perhaps serves as save guard to not fall into shirk really. But they normally lack the will power to follow thru to see for themselves if those claims are true or false.

while I appreciate their skepticism, I also think it is no longer the issue (that they fear of falling into shirk). Today, it is more about ideology. The moment they realized yours isn't in line with theirs they simply discard you as ahluwhatever. This makes your statement reality. You can see that on this platform apparently where some of them make indiscriminate takfeer for being Sufi

I am confused. What truth are you talking about?. Islam already gave us the truth about what islam is. Worship Allah alone, believe in all His prophets and messangers, believe in Angels and Destiny.

Observe these obligatories: pray daily salat, fast in holy month of ramadan, pay zakat, and perform Haj. This is islam. Truth only comes from the Lord. Quran says;

The truth is from your Lord, so do not be among the doubters. Imran 60

The truth is from your Lord, so never be among the doubters. Baqara 147

Say, " Allah has told the truth. So follow the religion of Abraham, inclining toward truth; and he was not of the polytheists." Imran 95

So anything else by christian prince said is null and void undecided

Anything else written by humans is bound to err. This is islam as i highlighted above.
