Amaaskia: Stalk me much? When people think without their brains, the responses they get from me are always deserved. Oh and I wasn't talking to you... Quit seeking attention
which attention? Are you okay? Or did you hit your head against the wall? It's vain-glorious to seek attention on a faceless forum like NL. You need to learn how to respect people's opinion even though yours is in contrast, whatever happened to freedom of expression? You lack e-etiquette! Btw, i don't stalk people, your ruthless and uncultured behaviour has made your name conspicuous to me.

Amaaskia: I can see you're simply senseless. How long have you been on NL? Celebs's news make front page! Are you just noticing that? You keep complaining and complaining, foolish man! Did someone force you to comment on this topic? Olodo! Mtchewwww
chil please. You're always on the rage.

So many myopic, senseless, warp , shallow and hattred-driven comments here. Ideal Beauty is not only limited to facial physiognomy alone. I'm dead sure there were many girls that were way beautiful than her in the miss world pageant she pertook in, but the judges deemed her the most beautiful lady in the world for her beauty, intelligence, composure and elegance (don't forget how she unravelled those questions at MBGW). But some haters here failed to realised this by labelling her ugly. In summary, TRUE BEAUTY is
40% intellectual
25% attitudinal and
35% facial.
RomanceRe: Can Someone Be In Love With Two Persons At The Same Time ? by Emylexray(m): 4:48pm On Apr 01, 2013
There's nothing like loving two people at thesame time. If you love the 2nd person, it means you never loved the first.

@OP , you sound like a player, moreso, a pretender. No offense!
CelebritiesRe: Nigerian Comedians Lack Creativity – Basketmouth by Emylexray(m): 1:37pm On Mar 24, 2013
This is so unprofessional and treacherous from Basketmouth! How dare he ridicule his fellow colleagues in thesame fold? Its not done anywhere, not in the open! There are etiquettes that must be observed in any profession and that's Respect and loyalty for one another. The worst of it all is that his very self is guilty of this claim that his colleagues are not ''creative''. He is not worthy to say this, established and tailor-made comedians like Ali Baba may say this and be justified. But not Basketmouth!
CelebritiesRe: Nigerian Comedians Lack Creativity – Basketmouth by Emylexray(m): 1:27pm On Mar 24, 2013
Nuzo':
With due respect Mr Akpota, you are one of the least creative and innovative amongst your dry colleagues. You not only repeat your dry jokes from the first season of Night of a thousand laughs, you copy others from people.

Now, let me address the issues you raised in general terms.
1. Nigerian comedians are not creative because just like an average policeman, they went into the profession solely for economic reasons and not for the love of it.

2. Unlike Nigerian comedians, foreign comedians always have a team of professional writers and composers. People like Jon stewart, Steve Colbert, Chelsea and even hilarious Tina Fey has over 20 writers each.

Nigerian comedians would rather greedily write, compose, direct and produce their shows single handedly. Same mistake can be noticed in the music and movie industry.

3. Nigerian comedians are over paid in proportion to their works. Why would one strive to improve if he's already being paid well for doing nothing.

You also said that musicians can put their songs on replay and still have the crowd mesmerized. Yes! However, you forgot to tell us that most of you are being paid 3 times of what these popular musicians receive. Bear in mind that these musicians come with band members and equipments while all you have to do is show up in your skinny suit.

I will encourage you guys (comedians, musicians, movie makers) to diversify. Meaning that you should read more and be more sensitive to your environment. Scan and spot intelligent and talented writers and composers, don't be greedy...pay them well to write for you. Timaya experimented this method in his latest album and it WORKED!

Just like the natural resources, the entertainment industry is still untapped in Nigeria.
GOD BLESS YOU!!

dgitrader: this is dangerous o!
if the Emir with all his security protocols could be attacked, what is the fate of this gallant soldier(who is presently being trailed by terrorist following his small car)? i believe he is a father and has family too, may God touch the senses of the military command let them transfer him down south immediately o! ahhh!
before we add another to the long list of past heros.

northeast is on the verge of becoming another Afghanistan, the insurgents are die-hard fighters on suicide mission, the military surge being used has never worked anywhere in the world, ideological/religious warfare is a very dirty game, sometimes never ending. millions of jobless and poverty stricken youths are future recruits, sponsors of bokoharam are not short of funds, more heavy weapons flowing in from the Libyan crisis, the JTF are becoming overstretched, its only a matter of time before we see a full-scale breakdown of law and other.

which way Nigeria?
The heavenly way!

Chei! . . .life is a cycle. The good we do at any point in time will pay dividend in the future. How many motherless baby homes did he help with his wealth when he was earning millions? How many disabled or less privileged benefited from his affluence? What remarkable thing did he do aside dorning the colours of Nigeria ? Where are the prostitutes that he lavished his money on then? Can't they come to his aid?

How time flies! Abeg OP, use your head!

Cobams plays the keyboard with so much mastery and admirable wizardry. When i listen to him play, it inspires me as a keyboardist too and sparks my zest to continue improving. If the blind could play this well, then i can only get better!

SportsRe: Player Rating: Nigeria Vs Mali by Emylexray(m): 7:13pm On Feb 06, 2013
In the press conference, Keshi was asked what the key factor was in the super Eagles victory over the malians, and he said . ..

KESHI: i studied their (mali) previous matches and saw that they were a little slow, so i instructed my players to be attacking-minded and feed our pacy attackers with the ball. That they did and it paid off.

What a game plan! It was efficacious!
