Curious_city: I am not in Australia, only have some friends and I have spoken with them. Everything goes on normal. Like you said, it is to fulfill the preaching of Christ.what's the latest from your friends in Australia bro? |
You are so permitted!...btw...you said its now 21.12.12 in that part of the globe where you reside, has the world ended? |
Bro, you shouldn't be surprised, if you are a good bible scholar, you'll know what the bible say about all these. . .''the bible says there shall be wars and rumours of wars, but see that ye be not deceived'' . . . Just marry your bible and you won't be tossed by the wind of heresy. |
Mehn! . . Kidnapping is now lucrative than arm robbery! Little wonder why it is now a norm in Nigeria. I guess its because kidnapping is less hazardous compared to the life-threatening arm robbery. These guys know they just have to abduct an important figure or the son, daughter, mother, grandmother e.t.c in the society and demand for a ransom for the kidnapped to be freed. Rathan than risk their precious life robbing a bank. Pretty soon, it will be a daily act. |
Exercise remains one of the surest way to burn calories. . .i don waka! |
Oh! Lord, forgive me for opening this thread! |
3direct: Men dont Cry... babies dobro, i totally disagree! Who forbade men to cry? change that wee notion in your mind that ''men'' don't cry. I guess your definition of a man is one strong, unemotional, rugged human with wide chest and intimidating stature. ''some'' men do cry, but can't do that in public. they wet their pillow in their closet. Maybe you don't cry, but not others. |
Some people are chronic and pathological critics here on Nairaland. All they do is criticise!. . Nice Job OP!...We(Nigeria) will get there. |
One thing i know is that..''there is no limit to the capacity of the memory'', i can store as many information as possible in my brain box. i know lazy and unserious students will find this development interesting. Why hasn't those we consider highly intelligent gone mad? Prof Wole soyinka, Chinua Achebe e.t.c even Patrick Obahiagbon with his wide vocabulary of words hasn't gone insane. I'm not convinced yet! |
Behold!!!!. . . It made the front page. |

Something like vocational skill instead of being idle. |
Tell those graduates to stop combing here and there for jobs. If there are no lucrative offers of employment, they should establish themselves by starting something. Unemployment is a pest that has and still eating deep into the fabric of Nigeria. Let them start something rather than continue waiting for jobs that not readily available. God bless Nigeria! |
In all honesty, Adetoun or Marvellous deserved the award ahead of average Ayo!...Marvellous was the most hardworking of all the contestants, you could see determination all over him. Adetoun, the most consistent. Well, this is what happens when number of votes decide rather than ability. Ella too has got an infectious voice, i think to win in project Fame, its more than just knowing how to sing, one must be charismatic and be a good stage performer. Maximise the stage to the extreme, this was what Mike did that made him win, he was always dancing more rather than singing on stage, and this got the audience entertained hence voting massively for him. Singing is not enough to win project fame, one must show some razzmatazz! |
Na wa o!.. This man wants to enter spain by hook or by crook, travelling to other countries doesn't make one rich or successful overnight, i wonder why blacks are so rooted to this mentality. |
See as Azadus mouth be like crocodile own. |
Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh!...i'm so so sad!.,,*crying*... May we never be victims of unknown circumstances!..ahhhhhh!!! |

Some criticisms here on nairaland are so senseless. |
uche13: Now I am convinced that so may people on this site don't read before postingGod bless you my brother, when i read the first three comments, i had to scroll up and read the interview again, to the best of my deduction, the girls did justice to the questions, how are the girls seeking for attention? no wonder 2face has baby mamas because the gullible girls believe once one is famous, then one shouldn't think twice before saying yes! to him. |
Gentle_J: Tears indeed! Do u knw d kid?see question!....get a heart! |
ezme: Fine!! You stated how you would start. I feel its better not to boss your preference on people. Besides, didn't you pray at home? You are the Kind of people who become bosses and impose a daily Christian prayer routine even when you have Muslims in your dept or team.i didn't mandate it as a must, its optional though, and point of correction, you don't know me, so its not wise to say those things you highlighted above. The point is, the poster failed to realise that this is Nigeria, he should have done better to modify the article to suit the Nigerian setting. The above tips are only suitable or comes into play only in white collar jobs. Nice job notwithstanding. |
