I was reliably informed that the state govt gave MFMM another site with #30m.
Why has the church not relocated.
The money, I learnt, was collected.
I also heard that there were several notices before the demolition was carried out.

That is Nigerian governors for you.

You can imagine chasing away all these petty traders even those that are not at or close to highways like those at ESBS bus-stop being chased around as if they are doing illegal businesses.
Yet Sullivan never one day thought of chasing those ladies that stand at Otigba juction at night away.
That of ogui junction is very bad because it serves as a major link and bus-stop for those coming from Ebonyi state, Emene, etc.

The said ASUU agreement was signed when Baraje was a member of PDP NEC and what did he said when ASUU embarked on strike last year.

OP I want you to think deeply into why you don't want her to expand her business (which is what she is going to cry foul about when asked what her grievances are so be prepared for that one) is it because she will neglect the home front? BTW where did she put the baby when she went to Lagos or you are worried that she will go off with another man? If you are sure that you do have genuine reasons then by all means make her see reason.

after you have identified your real reasons for your reluctance to expand right now, You need to have a deep heart to heart discussion with her. Ask he how she will feel if you were the one behaving the way she is behaving. Explain to her that once the trust is gone from the relationship, that is the beginning of the end and let her know that her behavior is not doing her any favors. Let her know that you will no longer accept this, and she needs to change if she wants to live in peace with you.

Sir I also want you to do something if you don't already do it and it is not just to say NO to something but to also give good reasons why you are saying NO to something and if possible even put options and solutions in place
I also want you to be very involved in your wifes business. You are both one and the success or the failure of the business affects you both.

I know that you have your pride you may not want to get involved so that you are not accused of wanting access to her money but you can still get involved in how it is being run without getting involved in the proceeds of the biz if that is what is bugging you.

For example there is nothing wrong in even driving her to PH and you both go and see uniport and both decide if its a good place to open another branch. In short please make yourself available. It also makes it clear to the people that she comes in contact with that she is truly taken and by a man who cares for his wife and they too can see his presence. It will also stop a randy business associate in their tracts. Us women also love it when our men take pride in being there right beside us . . .well I do anyway.

Well you need to take charge of your family. Truth be told, your wife does not really respect you and that may be because she earns more than you (I guess). My first advice is that you be more stern with her. She says she is going for business but the truth is that you are not sure, in fact she may be doing very dangerous stuff for all you know. All you can see is that she is bringing money home and sorry, it seems you are also encouraging her by enjoying the money too.

My advice is stop taking money from her, even if you run out of cash. She is enticing you with the cash. She has done it at least twice, if she tells you she is traveling for "business" next time and your find out she travelled with some dodgy guy, tell her not to come back to your house (if it is your house that is). My point is that you really need to let her know in no light terms you wouldn't condone her nonsense!

I did ask her anyway and that she turned down.

Again, she is staying in one room apartment and I gave her money to rent a flat and she used that money to buy goods and told me that she will rent the flat later this month.

I am in a mess and wish to seek for your advice and possible solution.
I got married last 2 years and wedded last year. I have a son who is a year and one month old.
My problem is my wife and her ways.
Often times, she tells me lies after sometime she will come back and tell me the truth. She owns a business outfit in Owerri. She takes her business as number one in the family affairs and as far as I am concerned, that her business has not added any value to my family.
I reside and work in Aba. My nature of work is 8am to 6pm. One day, she told me that she wants to travel to PH to survey how good is UNIPORT so that she can set upa branch of her business there. I told her not to go especially due to the fact that the person that will be leading her is a man that I don't know. She disobeyed me, went to PH and came back very late to Owerri. This is somebody that finds it difficult to discuss what she does or her plans with me.
Two days ago, she called me to tell me that a female friend of hers will be taking her to Lagos to introduce her to another business and as she said, they are going to meet a man who is an importer. I told her not to go but she did and told me lie that she did not go. Later, I discovered that the so called female friend who was supposed to lead her did not travel with her. When she discover that I know that she actually travelled, she sent me a message asking for me forgiveness that the business she is doing is for the good of the family.
Early the this year, I ran out of cash and requested that she send me money which I planned to repay her, she told me that I am pestering her and about two weeks later she told that she lend someone 4times the amount that I requested and that the person has refused to pay her.
Since yesterday, I have been boiling inside thinking of what to do.
I am a practising catholic and we catholics don't believe in divorce and so I don't want to divorce her but I wish to reprimand her so, NLs what do I do? I would appreciate your sincere advice.

Let us stop wasting our time concluding on things that has not been concluded.
The last time I checked, Nigeria has a bi-camera legislature. HOP is just an arm of the national assembly and let's not forget that nothing becomes a law in Nigeria without both houses approving it.
Igbo has more vocal voice in the senate while the abokis has more vocal voice in the lower chamber.
Let's keep our finger crossed and wait for the outcome of that of the senate and the approval of the joint committees.
Something will definitely be added to while some will also be removed from either HOR or/and senate recommendations .
Let's wait and see what happens at the end.
