1. If Fayemi approach the court, he will have to Prove that the action of the army had effects on votes cast. Beside, the election petition window is past. Not forgeting that FÀyemi has exhausted his legal options with respect to Ekiti 2014 poll.

2. The other option is to send the report to EKSHA for impeachment of Fayose and his Deputy. If this option is considered, the EKSHA(being a stooge of Fayose) will not hesitate to kick it out.


However, he could still face prosecution after serving out his term in 2018.

Funny post, I was there and there was nothing political about the carol, the turnout wasn't bad either considering the level of publicity. Very few people heared of it, but there were lots of christains there. Xo I don't know how the view of two annonymous people can make it a flake. Tonye Barcanista you are too objective to be supporting Wike blindly just because of PDP.

I agree there is no difference in d statement made by Wike and d one made by Tinubu and Amaechi in 2014.

But there is a difference in d actions that followed. Why tinubu and amaechi statement were made to prevent rigging during election, that of wike was done to encourage his thugs and cultist to rig and cause mayhem during d future re-run. The strenght of wike is base on his strong relationships with cultists and thugs in river state.

I live in PH. People in rivers state are not used to free and fair election. The truth is dat rivers people are expecting a massively rigged re-run were d greatest rigger will win

Even though dakuku is popularly believed to be a cultist too and also in d same cult with wike, it is popular known in rivers state that dakuku does not believe in promoting cultism.
However i know dis argument is a bit flawed. But people believe less negativity is positive in relative term since nobody is perfect. So d less imperfect i am d closer i am to being perfect.

Wike just further proved his support for violence by ensuring a publicly known cultist and ex millitant to become Speaker and possibly Acting Governor during d expected re-run.

Dakuku is more refined and sober. Ordinarily rivers people preferred dakuku as a person to wike on individual basis. But many rivers people have strong sentiments for PDP and some disdain for APC because of Goodluck Jonathan and d fact dat Amaechi play a major role in d defeat.

If dakuku can destroy party sentiments in rivers people and make d election about personalities, dakuku will win.

But if d party sentiments remain, wike will win.

You just echo my sentiment. For instance, what does Fashola understand in the power sector for him to develop a workable blueprint as a minister? He is left at the mercy of civil servants that will most likely tell him 'what to do' because he doesn't really have enough knowledge. It is a pure case of round peg in triagular hole. Govs, Chairman, President, CEOs etc are pure administrative and managerial offices that require one that is smart and a leader irrespective of academic/vocational training.

The positions of Ministers, Commissioners, Directors etc require one that is very knowledgeable in the area and will come up with brilliant policy. If Fash is knowledgeable on the power sector, he will do fine whether he's an engineer or not. So far, it doesn't appear so

Fashola was able to have appreceable siccess in power, works and housing sector in lagos because he put so to say round peg in round hole in those ministry in lagos, all he was doing is commissioning, remeber his quite during ministerial screening 'I ONLY SIGNED CHECKS' there are ministry in charge, when questions about website was thrown at him in senate.
