Proper maintenance on the truck or pre-trip inspection "might" have picked up the defect before it happens.

The FRSC should have a different dept like highway patrol corps strictly for truck monitoring and safety enforcement. This would get rid of bad trucks off the road. That is how it is done in developed countries.

With a filling station at every two poles, what you people should be asking yourself is if this is feasible in Nigeria especially Lagos. Even in Canada and Abidjan, it is not possible to use this method to supply every filling station in the country because no country can construct rail lines to all filling station. You can only use it to supply a depot from where trucks can now come to load.

Now, what exactly is their reason for raising their (NASS) budget from 115bn in 2016 all the way to 139bn in the current budget? What additional work are they anticipating besides making more funds available to themselves to steal in leu of the general elections?
