1. The issue here is the SWF and not the ECA.
2. The SWF is a legal account backed by an act of NASS and there have been no issues partaining to this account, not even in GEJs era.
3. The SWF is administrated by a group of financial experts appointed by the president.
4. GEJ never paid money into the ECA, he only depleted it from what he met to what he left, and at no time did any court stop him from saving money in either SWF or ECA.
5. There was no time $20billion was kept in the ECA by GEJ and neither was $20billion shared by GEJ from the ECA.
6. The Governors went to court when they discovered that GEJ had quick fingers. He was warned severally but a kleptomaniac is always a kleptomaniac. Also, this case was settled out of court. So, what happened then?
7. We still have both accounts till this day.

A member of the Rivers State House of Assembly, Hon.Martins Mana has dumped the ruling Peoples Democratic Party, for the opposition All Progressives Congress, APC.
