Lemme make a few points here;

First, she wasn't tested with the food besides she was offered lunch she didn't request for it.

Second,She should have told the personel that asked her if she wanted lunch, that she wanted snacks. Why would a job seeker be eating oily food when she has an interview before her, that could make her too heavy or fit for the interview. Too heavy?? except the job is athletics

Finally, there is nothing bad accepting to eat if offered since they wasted her time for 3 hours, it's only normal to offer her lunch, I have been to quite a few interviews and they did offer us snacks not food, so she should have requested the personel buy her snacks instead of food.
Since most HR personnel interviewers access your dressing based on the Job,she was simply Disqualified because of the stain not for accepting food.

Yea .. i agree with the stain.. but you can eat without getting soiled. plus most likely it could be these companies that have lunch served to staff, and someone is offering you what they have, you say no go an buy me snack?

The only mistake she made was soiling her clothes.

Some major recruitments are done over lunch/dinner.

When you know your stuff and can prove it, all those things like wether you eat or not don't really matter.

Instead of them to show the match in the restaurant..... They are talking another thing..

I collected my visa today to the glory of God. Special thanks to Question1 for answering my initial question and thanks to the others who posted because I got some valuable information too.

I used Super priority. Also, anyone who came back from the UK after staying for more than 6 months and has stayed less than 6 months in Nigeria does not require a TB test. Hope you guys waiting for your visas are all successful.

The Interview your friend had was it a written interview or an Oral interview..?
To be honest his/her answers was all over the place and not direct. The interview was an opportunity to convince them of his/her claims; and the answers there didn't help at all and was contradictory.

Thats academic dishonesty. Although the uploaded article bears my name, a look through google scholar still lists him as the main author and you wouldnt even find my name except you download the article.

You say you made him like you did him a favour?? Why did you make him?? did he ask for it or did he help in your report.
As long as he is a co-author he technically is part of the publication and can use it as he likes. this is not plagiarism...

Plagiarism would mean him writing the whole or part of the article and posting it as his work..

What does your employment letter say about termination during probation period ??
