Before issuing the Visa, they would have done a lot of background checks on you, Double check on the documents submitted e.g. The bank statement confirm the originality, Contact the company to confirm, Check the website before giving it. It is over sabi that was killing the Border force officer. All they need to do at the point of entry is to confirm if its the same person that is holding the visa or if he was carrying any contraband. All these is done and if at all you have to deport, The person is put on the next available plane back to where he was coming from.

The advantage of traveling abroad is enormous. I’m in a similar shoe with the OP, have a few plots of land, but instead of developing them, wish to relocate.
Mostly because of my kids. Opportunities for kids in Nigeria is limited but boundless abroad.

Relocating with work permit is very different from the OP that intends going for masters.

As another OP said UK masters is indeed "scamm" ooooo.. all they want is your money and if you really want to do well you will no have time to work odd jobs (which will barely pay rent and living expense), also there is no post study visa (although there are plans to bring it back). So once you are done and have given the UK Govt 12-15million you will be shipped back to Naija with an expensive paper you earned.. then back to the job market.

Relocating is good; but please explore other countries. Canada, Australia, Ireland etc with friendly immigration policies.. it isn't very easy to get admissions to these countries because it is a sure path to immigration. Give your land to someone to farm . and go look for Foreign exchange!!

It is easy to assume they can just scan through the millions of prints from BVN, Sim reg, NIMC etc However, the truth is that without a primary key or a complex system like Integrated Automated Fingerprint Identification System(IAEFS) you can't. Also, the data from BVN and it's likes isnt harmonized, so it is very unlikely they examined it against a database like BVN. Fingerprint search is not as simple as movies like to portray it (just like hacking isn't as easy as movies make it seem).

Someone said they probably had a suspect and compared the prints to his. I think that is the most probable thing that happened

Firstly all databases has a primary key except you mean something else.
Even if we are to assume this data has not been harmonised. I promise you they can search against each of the databases individually. There is nothing "complex" about IAFIS. the only limitation is the processing power to run against a large dataset. The INEC verification at a polling boot uses a handheld machine to search against <500people

Each of this system can run AFIS the only difference is the data set you are running against. e.g INEC used it to eliminate duplicate registration. but this was run only LGA-wide.

Have you seen NIMC infrastructure? or CBN infrastructure?

There is absolutely nothing wrong in changing your email addresss.. nothing concerns them with email address..I have used 2 different addresses.

The trip will cost him <£1k - £1k5. It is basically a 5day trip and i am taking care of accommodation and feeding... so he really just needs Ticket + beer money.

Can one call it cash in hand..? It is stated as "Renumeration for X-month" consistently for the past 6months but it is from a personal account.
The inflow and out flows are basically payment to site workers/contractors. (just gone through the statement a total of 36m for 6months) How does one explain this so it doesnt look shady? Is it a matter of highlighting the bulk sums and explaining or just a general blanket statement.


(I just read the rejection letter and i'm worried, where the ECO complained about the inflows and as a result wasnt sure the money was available to the applicant)

On his part however, although he is working and earning about 180k problem is that the salary gets paid from a ‘personal account’ (I know Naija business and anyhowness) although it is shown constantly over the months.

2. Second issue there has been huge inflow and outflow over the past months over 80m through the account with a present balance of about 1m (he handles projects hence the amount) again transferred mostly from personal and sometime corporate account.

So question is: will receiving salary from a personal account be a problem and does he have to explain all the random transfers through his account.

Wil this show sufficient ties to Nigeria?
Ps:the only travel history he has is Russia World Cup.

Hi guys. Please I have a few questions concerning POF.

I have everything I need for EOI: IELTS, WES etc and my score when calculated is above 455. So hopefully I may not have to wait long for ITA.

However I have not been operating my account for a while so 6months will show very little activity. My POF was raised by selling some stuff and I’m worried the bulk funds will not look good.

Q1. Do I need to wait and build activities on my account before I apply or can I go ahead with the EOI

Q2. Can I use a UK bank account (that’s the account that has some activities over the past month. Again will a bulk some into this account look somehow

Yeaa... that is another sad angle: it seems the DSS doesn’t check the authenticity of certificates presented directly with the issuing authority except there is reason for doubt. Problem here is she could have presented fake certificates and still been cleared.

Another angle is that your are required to apply and pick up the certificate BY YOURSELF with a form of Identification..so by sending a "trusted someone" you have already goofed.

trash.... its obvious getting the exemption is not a hard process... kemi doesnt have a British certificate... kemi has nothing to present to NYSC for evaluation... Kemi would have been found out if she presented fake British degree to NYSC for evaluation

She isn't qualified for an exemption... No.1 rule is you have to be over 30 at the age of graduation.
