@Max, forget this group, they are only seeking for political relevance. Trust me, the fund realised will be adequately misappropriated as usual |
I am with you on this because i have seen houses without meters been repeatedly sent the same estimated bills months-in, months-out, even in situations of faulty transformers and a total blackout of over one week, the estimates just dont change. |
#RESERVED! |
And now that we've heard his reasons, its most apt for us to come to a logical conclusion. |
SIGNED!!! |
Abagworo: But its obvious. The way this government disregards the feeling of the masses must end up in a revolution. Sometimes I just wonder if they really know how the common man feels or they are surrounded by liars. And i ask just this once, Abagworo, can you actually in all honesty name just one past and maybe present Government that has harkened to the voices of the masses? Revolutions in Nigeria is percieved as Riots in selected areas or strikes which sometimes are not nationwide. This is Nigeria, we've seen it all and trust me it cant get worse, life is much more precious to us than politics because if revolution was to take place, what is the end game strategy? Do you have any? |
stantob: G.E.J will do absolutely nothing to Amaechi.Ask O.B.J about his fight with Orji Kalu.P.D.P is about to loose one state and that is Rivers state.Amaechi has nothing to loose. His tenure ends by 2015 and it will be a very serious presidential fight in 2015.Amaechi will end up delivering P.D.P to another party and some other states will follow suit.Amaechi has their secrets in his fingers nails, what will G.E.J do?Let him just cough openly and you see what next.Orji Uzor was smarter, he waited for the dying minute and dealt the president a deadly blow. Moreover, i doubt if Abia state had powerful overlords the president would have used to fight OUK. In my opinion, amaechi goofed, he lacked patience and diplomacy, unlike OUK who wasnt fighting with every arm of govt in abia state. Infact, OUK was in charge from grassroot to external influences. So pal, the circumstances are incomparable! |
me_for_you: Chidi lloyd can claim temporary insanityPerhaps, that will be enough reason for his constituency to recall him as their representative and elect someone else as they cannt afford to have a madman representing them... He'll therefore be confined to the psychiatric hospital in Yaba. |
And finally, you guys have succeeded in derailing the thread from "NO FREE HEALTH CARE SERVICES IN OGUN STATE'' to "THE ACHIEVEMENTS OF GOV. AMOSUN IN OGUN STATE". I havent been to ogun state post- Gbenga Daniel's administration but judging from the media's commentaries, there's indeed been an improvement. While the governor promised free healthcare services to toddlers and the aged, i dont know if its bn implemented. Premium times as usual might have chosen that title to heat up the polity as am compelled to believe that NMA's aim was to draw the govt's attention to some of the medical facilities lacking in the hospitals and further clear the notion about free healthcare services so that those needing the services wouldnt come with empty hands. |
Mynd_44: You do realise that you need help right?I doubt if he does, SMH for the dude. |
Baba_Eleko: Bros, na when u get chance make me and u go confirm where u say the buses dey.I'v done my part by giving the objective minded folks on this thread the address and if you are anxious to know, just tell me wia u stay in lag and i'll describe how you can locate it. Happy sunday! |
@fola, i can not speak for other states but am most certain about lagos. Infact, you will find the buses rusting away just opposite BRASS MOTORS along lekki epe expressway. For whatever motive the buses are left to languish would be purely political and nothing else. Hide the buses and accuse the govt of not delivering on its promises, then convince nigerians why an alternative party will be better for them. Before you run into conclusions, pls try visiting the address and if you encounter difficulty in locating it, i'll help modify the address for easier comprehension. |

You all should stop getting worked-up, this stuff was compiled 3years ago. Moreover, 3years ago, anambra was yet to assume the status of oil producing state. Nevertheless, i still doubt the validity of this data as i was expecting ogun state to do better. |
Too many conflicting excuses and i honestly dont know whom to believe. I initially heard the heli was recalled while already airbourne but nothing like that in this info. IMHO, witch-hunting doesnt seem apt considering the fact that oshiomole hasnt really been a problem to FG. I sincerely hope people starts taking manifest seriously irrespective of status! |
Eko Ile: 1. In less than 4 years, we built 3 major bridges while in 14 years later, your useless, worthless and incompetent uncles are yet to build 1 single bridge.Stop been unneccessarily unreasonable. That some states has achieved a great number of success shouldnt give you the right to taunt those who are yet to. Good leadership is indeed the bane of a developmental and progressive state, finance is secondary. You sounded as if taking over federal projects is such an easy task. Before the advent of fashola, every dilapidated federal roads in lagos will always have a very massive green billboard with the inscription ''this road belongs to the FG, pls bear with us'' by tinubu. Oshodi was hell with xtremely deep potholes and mud. The entire stretch of the oshodi abeokuta xpressway was nothing to write home about. The lagos-ibadan expressway is still there, its been that way for over 14yrs, apapa-oshodi expressway, mile2-badagry expressway, not minding the economic importance of this roads to both state govt nd FG, all the bridges in lagos linking the mainland to the island are being built by FG. Sometimes, you just have to understand that their are more issues to this which ofcos am nt privy to before you start condemnin a tribe. HAPPY SUNDAY BRO!... |
Either way, its a win-win for GEJ, a united NGF is a big threat to the presidency and a divided NGF is all d president really needs. Jang's ascension is secondary IMHO, NGF made saraki powerful, NGF made amechi powerful... Nw, how powerful will amechi be if all he has nw is 18 govs in his camp from the glorious 36? There's indeed, power in numbers otherwise, there wont be an ACN, merging with CPC, APGA and ANPP. |
I percieve Segun Oni myt come out victorious!.... |
Now this is very funny! |
Front page finally... Good job. |
He wants the AGF to resign on mere accusations/allegations levelled against him which has not been legally proven? If all govt officials starts resigning on mere accusations, who will be left? Not even the president. During Dino's days as a lawmaker, i cant rememba him sponsoring any bill that will fight corruption, he never even protested the jumbo pay legislators take home monthly for doing absolutely nothing.. I do not acknowledge people who suddenly realises that everything govt does is wrong only because they are no longer part of it. |
lagerwhenindoubt: I don't get FG oooh. you refuse to complete the dredging of rivers into tributaries since the past 15 years (even when billions have been allocated for the project year-in, year-out) Yet you open your saliva-dripping mouth to say, Hey people, It looks cloudy, If it rains please don't get wetAnd you expect govt to clear your gutter for you, in lagos state, every last saturday of the month between 7a.m to 10a.m is tagged "sanitation time"... As a good citizen of naija, what do you do with yours? Sleep? Wash your cloths? Or sleep again? Perhaps, you need to learn a thing or two about social responsibilities and when you do, you'll understand the little things you need to do as a good citizen... E.g proper disposition of ur waste and cleaning/clearing your gutter. If you disagree, you can wait till you get over to florida... I heard their govt does everything for them... For the meantime, THIS IS NIGERIA! |
POLITICS.... |
Why not 2013?! 2014 too far jor.... |
Indeed, an endearing piece... Nice 1 OP! |
FreeGlobe: lol. if everybody means nairaland paid Peter obi agents then you are right. Its a different story in Anambra state. it is a known fact that Chris Ngige's 3 years trumps Peter Obi's dormant 8 years by miles. The absence of Edo and Akwa Ibom from your list of performing state shows you are a joker.I refuse to buy into your brand of idiocy and am tagged a paid agent?! Hw ridiculous. I am no anambarian, and i schooled in dat state for over 6yrs, as a matter of fact, i am currently there for a post-graduate program, hence i do not need to be told about how democracy has been dispensed in that state. Take this from me, i posses a progressive mind and i acknowledge progress whereva i deem fit and i wouldnt be cowed by your ilk who will never see anything good in an administration because of your blind hatred for the person in charge. Whatever you say from now henceforth is your opinion and urs alone... Plz dont attempt dragin me into it or branding me if i decline. |
Zona.com:you want a noise making governor? Visit theodore orji. My opinion or perception isnt coming from the website posted, i 'v physically seen things for myself and sincerely, am impressed and i'd admonish you all to do the same... |
dayokanu: Presidency is not to attend Owambe all over the place I thought someone would have told the clueless Retardeen by nowI hope you can hear yourself and i believe you are trying to sound intelligent unfortunately, you ended up portraying yourself as an object of ridicule which leaves me in doubt as regards to your age. Indeed, maturity is a thing of the mind and i sincerely hope you attain it soonest. |
OsunOriginal: Ibos for whom they are, will all be writting in support of Soludo - a man I also see as a failure. So, dont mind them - they hate the truth and prefer to live a life of deceipt/fraud.@mods, are you been selective in your discharge of justice/injustice? This guy is guilty of law 1 and 7 And Nairalanders, please are you aware of any depositor(s) that lost his/her money as a result of the Huricane Sanusi? If not, this osunoriginal is also guilty of offence no 7 and 8 Please dont crucify me o! Am only going about my duty as a lawful Nairaland citizen dutifully upholding commandment 13 of the 2013 Nairaland act. |
Indeed, a nice effort at steming the tide of the incessant crude oil theft and i quite agree with taharqa regarding its sustainability. |
