The entire post talked about nuclear technology in the context of nuclear weapons and its proliferation and my response was in this context; we have zero nuclear capability.

But you in your glorious stupidity went to dig up articles talking about research for nuclear uses in power generation. Secondly and more importantly, you know as well as I know unless you want to continue basking in your stinking ignorance that a lot of our so-called research institutes do nothing other than collect funds from the government and produce zero results. Go and count the number of research institutes under the federal ministry of science and tech yet their goal was to produce pencils locally!
