Making money is not a do or die affair. Making money is not one time opportunity. Making money is not about grabbing as much as possible with a skill that has an expiration date. Making real money entails the ability to sustain and multiply it over one's lifetime before passing it on to those in need through distribution for humanity. Even if everything is taking away from one, the individual should be able to recover and produce more. The lady who took everything will only waste it, and she will soon be envious of the guy if he truly knows how to earn money.

One of the African fools who thought that marriage to a European lady is the path to validation. What a fool.
So if he had married a black, he wouldn't have been sued...right? You guys will turned to fools soon ....just wait and see what becomes out law in the next 10 years. It will be worse than what happened to this guy. Just wait and see. You guys don't know anything....una go just talk anyhow. Yet you are completely unaware of what is going on in your domains.

If you want peace of mind, stay away from oil deals. These same people are frustrating green energy, but they can not win because change is unavoidable.

Nigeria needs to use disruptive technologies to naturally eliminate oil vampires. These people are so powerful and greedy that they will go to any length to make sure that nothing else works.

By the way, I am still wondering how Elon Musk survives. If Tesla can fly, oil tycoons can be silenced. Nigeria should simply forget about oil and focus on developing new and cleaner energy.

Dangote should forget about Arsenal for now and focus his attention on the refinery , he need to have his own version of NNPC retail filling stations, start building mega stations with lots of pump attendants and supply directly to those stations , by then he will have the full support of the masses and every one fight for him, he should forget about whatever NNPC is doing and sell his products , how can the cabal be so shameless , you dont want to safe the naira

producing fuel in another country means Nigerian you losing refinery jobs

using dollars to import fuel is killing the Naira, by the time he have filling stations everywhere, the cabas will get the message and know its no longer business as usual
Hahahahaa
You are authoritatively commanding a billionaire how he should spend his money. So, you think its all about profit. Lol. A business that he has just realised he will keep fighting oligarchs endlessly?

Oga, go make your money and use it as you like. Very funny comment. Dangote should forget about it and focus on the refinery like say the refinery made him...and his life should be the refinery. Very funny.

He needs to build petrol retail station...bla bla bla. Do you know the figures and data he is seeing? Just making stup.id comments.

You better read the quoted comment below and understand the deal here. He is 70 plus or near it. He said it himself. He is seeing Dantata his uncle with his billions how the man is living his life now.

Nazgul:
What he's simply trying to say is that if he had bought Arsenal with the money he spent on building this refinery, he would have had peace of mind.
Peace of mind is the real deal.
Politics › Re: Why FG Must End Petrol Subsidy Now — Dangote by epainos: 6:57am On Sep 24, 2024
Anyone who effectively removes subsidies fights corruption, but given what Dangote has revealed thus far, this appears to be nearly impossible.

If I were president, I would simply shift my focus to renewable and nuclear energy in order to repower industries, trains, and automobiles so that all those who fled due to power outages could return to Nigeria. Then, use clean energy and sustainability with agricultural and blue ocean resources to continue increasing our GDP. Monopolies in the mining sector, I believe, are easily defeated, so I would focus on that as well. This strategy is still easier than fighting oil monopolists and Lords.

When the economy no longer supports oil and gas, it will be too late for them. They will perish naturally. The government can then resume oil production if there is still little revenue to be generated.

If not, we will not get out of this wahala easily. These oil Lords must be caught off guard, and I believe disruptive innovation is the only easy way to accomplish this.

It will continue getting worse. Nigeria can only begin to recover if we adopt disruptive innovation. Green energy appears to be the only weapon that can defeat all energy monopolists and gladiators. Oil should be abandoned in the same way that coal is.

Investigative journalism is all about fighting the oppressors and exposing their evil. How else can it be done without being political?
In this context, "being political" refers to remaining neutral. Be a whistleblower and stop there. Do not blow the whistle on one while supporting the other. Don't whistle blow on a controversial platform. Opt out as soon as you learn that a platform is controversial. There are many other neutral platforms that can publish your articles.

When you side with a political party or start supporting a political figure, you are no longer an investigative journalist. You are simply a weapon in the hands of one of the political fighters.

This issue is deep. A shift in political power is likely to occur soon. All I pray for is that there should not be bloo****d everywhere. The best option is to simply watch and stay alert. David Hundeyin must exercise extreme caution or risk becoming involved in an unexpected situation. I believe he has diluted his pure journalism with too much politics. And he has gradually chosen a side to align with. It is dangerous for a journalist to go in this direction. It may be too late for him to revert to his previous neutral journalism. I hope he can get out of this mess as soon as possible. He does not even hold another citizenship. Hmmmm. Russia does not give out citizenship so easily. You must give something substantial to qualify. If David wants to be happy in the future, he must take a step back.

Getting married at a young age appears to be extremely dangerous nowadays. Perhaps humans should first develop a strong heart before committing to anyone. Cases of old couples who died months apart because the other could not survive without the deceased are still permitted. However, young people suddenly losing everything when a partner is no longer available for whatever reason is troubling. It is a difficult situation. Anyway, I recommend that everyone practice detachment training from being tied to another person. It is extremely dangerous. If you can train yourself to the point where you can honestly say, "Life goes on, and another opportunity is on its way....a door closes, another opens; or when life throws me a lemon, I will make lemonade out of it," congratulations!!!

Foreign Affairs › Re: In Dubai, We Don't Go To The Gas Station; It Comes To Us: Dubai Man Shares(pix) by epainos: 9:10am On Sep 04, 2024
The fundamental problem of Nigeria is deep.

The UAE is around 121 per square kilometer, while Nigeria is more than 249 per square kilometer. But check this out. Lagos is... 6,871 per sqkm. Lol. grin Check it out na. These figures should tell you where and what to look for if you understand data. Lol.

The pattern is there....those who understand data can see it vividly. It is so clear.

Corruption is killing Nigeria, and something is aiding it. The factors aiding it are what we are holding firmly to. And two vital factors are religion and culture. grin

When you understand these figures, you will know where Nigeria will be in the next 20 years. When Nigeria was predicted to be a force to be reckoned with, religion, culture, and other factors holding us back were not taken into account. But we can see them clearly today.

When you understand these figures clearly, you will be able to plan for a better life without relying on the government.
Politics › Re: Nigeria, China Sign Nuclear Energy Pact by epainos: 7:28am On Sep 04, 2024
Nigeria is finally going nuclear. Thank you Jesus....

Tinubu may not be the savior, but one thing is certain: God can use the most corrupt individual to change things. The enemies will believe they are planning something beneficial for themselves, but they will be surprised to learn that God's plan is unraveling.

At last...nuclear energy.

Nigeria should think na. How can a nation of over 220 million people not face challenges if it refuses to develop? There are no mega-developed amenities for Lagos' population of over 25 million. By now, the lowest building in Lagos should be 20 stories high. But we still find individuals trying to build bungalows. Too bad. By now, people in Lagos should have stopped building their own homes.

In my opinion, Lagos Mainland LG should be demolished and everything there converted into skyscraper buildings for hosting estates that can accommodate at least 3 million people comfortably with green spaces. Individuals should be asked to purchase these apartments using long-term loan plans.

We will get there. Let us see where the nuclear plants will be strategically located. Many illiterates will not want it in their area. Lol. I am guessing this will be on the ocean close to Lagos again. Lol.

You have what the discussion is about all wrong. It is NOT about what we choose to do!! It is about making provision for the fact that we don't know everything, and specifically that we don't know why some people fall outside our stated reasons. That's what the discussion is about - making that privision!
If you are thinking about generations in the 3024s to 5024s, you are in the wrong thread. This thread is for 2024, based on the research trends from 2010 to 2024. This trend is about the present focus of WHO (World Health Organization) and the priority now is sustainability. Regenerative agriculture is one of the current priorities.

Please go open your thread and post your thoughts there. It is a free world. Discuss the provisions you mentioned there.

Learn to respect people's choice in life. You need to back off now. Go open your thread and start your discussing instead of making yourself a nuisance here. I respect.your view to sacrifice yourself as a specimen for the future generations in 5020s ...so. feel free to use meth, coke, and other substances. It is your choice.

This thread is not about that. Neither is it about my/your choice, nor is the for the welfare of future generations. It is for the present. tSo, please....stop being a nuisance here. Get the crap outta here and go open your thread. State why you want to take coke, meth, and other substances and why you think they may be useful to our health in the future.

After you have read this post and continue to respond to me, which I do not expect, I have the signal that I am chatting with an unstable individual upstairs. Nairaland has not prohibited anyone from starting a new thread. Please do this and leave me and others who live in the present in peace.

Once again, history tells us, there are many things we know for sure today that'll turn out to be wrong, and so many things we're yet to find out.
You asked me to get on tobacco, meth, and coke. Maybe in the future it'll be discovered that many people have genetic disposition whereby these things will increase their lifespans, and it could turn out I was one of them!
I do not want to drag this on, but come on. History today was research back then. But you keep getting it wrong. You do what is appropriate and safe during your time. Don't you get it?

Do you want me to spell it out for you ABC before you get this thing?

Ok. Look at chemical and industrial properties. Do we say it is good or bad? What about the discovery of crude oil? What about carbon? Life is all about finding the right balance.

OK...Let me day this again. I made a comment about GMOs and seeds, and someone (not me) responded that she is a biotech graduate who believes GMOs are acceptable. Lol. I just avoided the person because I checked her and I realised she is a Nigerian product. What has Nigeria accomplished in the field of genetics and biotechnologies? I know some good guys there...my point is that people are trying in Nigeria, but as a country, we are not there yet. Recent research has revealed a strong connection between genetics, regenerative agriculture, sustainability, and biology.

Everything is becoming clearer, but for now, we are playing it safe. How? Holistic approach. Science will get there. Science will break things down. For example, genetic studies will break down DNAs to improve accuracy, but for our current generation, the best approach is holistic.

Let Science get there na. Allow science to reveal the goodness in meth and cocaine before you support it. Without that, you will only injure yourself.

As of today, scientists have realized that extracting DNAs is the wrong approach, which is why farmers believed they had won the battle. Do you know what science has progressed to? Using that holistic approach, but avoiding direct DNA extraction and importation, and instead taking a natural approach while accelerating the process.

Really, I do not know how to say these things in simple terms to someone like you, who appears to have limited technical knowledge about them. What you have is fictional knowledge of everything.

Again, as of 2024, the best way to live a long life is to consume natural foods grown with beneficial microorganisms. Have you really asked yourself the reason this is so?

Again, if you want to use tobacco, meth, or cocaine right now, that is fine. You will go insane before 2030, and maybe you will be a reference to a successful study in 3020. Lol. Good for you.

May I not be used as a research subject. I choose to stick with what worked well for my generation. Carbon emissions are the order of the day, and we require more antioxidants and natural nutrients than any other time in human history. If you choose to use dangerous substances because you believe science will still be able to bring out the goodness in them in 5050, good luck.
Sports › Re: Galatasaray Fans Welcome Victor Osimhen (Video) by epainos: 8:09am On Sep 03, 2024
Victor's passion for the game will take him places. He is a top guy now. My prayer is that he will be a bullet in this team, and that one of the top teams pursuing him will have a major problem very soon.

Victor's needs to just pump in goals now...and then the offer they do not want to take will be forced upon them. Inside me, I am glad he did not go to Saudi Arabia because the Saudi and American leagues are for retirees. Even Jay Jay played in Turkey and still traveled to Europe.
Mourinho is presently in Turkey also. So, what are we saying? The person who secured this deal for Victor definitely pushed it because I believe Victor insisted on playing in a good league.

So, let us see how Victor scores goals in this new team before getting an offer from Barcelona or Atletico Madrid, because Real Madrid will most likely destroy them all season due to their current attacking machines. I am not sure if Barca can sustain these early victories, but there is something about Ansa Futa and Victor that suggests they might have good chemistry, and Victor could be Barca's future.

If Victor is not picked up by Barcelona, the team that does will undoubtedly have a long-term plan for him if he continues to score goals where he is. So he needs a stable club with the potential to win the Champions League back to back, and I believe Real Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern, Dortmund, Manchester City, and possibly one or two others can. Personally, I believe PSG is out of it because they appear to prioritize personal profit over fulfilling footballers' goals.

Anyway, no one knows tomorrow. Victor....all the best.
Politics › Re: NNPC To Become Sole Buyer As Dangote Refinery Begins Production by epainos: 6:39am On Sep 03, 2024
Three basic needs in life:

1. Food
2. Clothes
3. Shelter.

We can see how food security is a major issue in Nigeria for a variety of reasons, including culture. Yet, she depends on government for everything. Lol. And the man is so "wise" that he sees himself as a god, but only good for pumping the woman in bed. Lol. Using his brain and reflecting on his actions is extremely difficult, if not impossible. The only thing to do is fight the government. The main difference between China and Nigeria is that the Chinese have realized their mistakes and have begun to balance everything.

If you are tired of it all, wise men, take a step back and consider the three basic needs that we all have. Then devise a strategy for putting everything into action. Use a stone to kill two birds while maintaining a land for shelter and food. Stop prioritising only shelter as an investment. Leave investment aside and consider it first and foremost a source of shelter for you and your family, as well as a means of food production. Then, clothes will arrive later from the excess food you sell for a small profit.

If you do not take my advice now, you will be among the front-page commentators complaining about hunger.

A plot is not a bad idea because it allows you to grow vertically, but if I were you, I would buy two or six plots.

If you do this, you will have no business with Dangote or the NNPC. Do not do this, and you will soon feel the effects of NNPC's looting strategy.

Goodluck!

My point is that 1000 years from now we'll know a lot of things we don't know that we don't know right now, and we'll find out that some of the things we know 100% for sure right now were wrong.
Your scientific reasoning method is extremely shocking. Your point and reasoning are both upside down. You brought out two smokers who lived long lives. Lol. So. Who says make you no get money? When the boy was struggling and giving his all for Nigeria, everyone praised him. Simply because he has a disagreement with Finidi. Yes, we all chastised him for disrespecting Finidi. He has not arrived at the location where Finidi stopped. Yes. But it doesn't mean we talk anyhow.

Happy for Osim. Let him get on board and keep fit for the next 1 year. The lesson had been learned. All he has to do is be smart and find a way out. I feel his agent betrayed him....and he needs to be smart. I think he should seek advice from Finidi and Kanu, both of whom have had successful careers with major clubs. He needs to find a trusted agent. Something tells me that the so-called agent has made some bad deals that are seriously affecting him. So, the first step is to join a club to stay active, and then see what happens next.

I pray things work out well for him.

OP can you please patiently explain to us why people who actually lived extremely long lives in REAL LIFE never did any of these things? I mean, their interviews are all over the internet. I've never heard any of them say "I started eating only organic"
Kindly do the following:

1. Bring out the interviews all over the Internet.
2. Then, determine the relationship between the number of elderly people who said so and the number who were unable to say so because they were deceased. Can you?
3. If you can bring up 1 above, find out how many people died for each interview you can give us.

Clue
If you can bring out 10 interviews and the correlation with people died is around 1,000,000. Then you have 10 chances out of 1 million times. If you are proficient in mathematics, I will leave it to you to express it in probabilities.

My Suggestions for you
1. Attend a reputable school to learn analytical mind expression. It is very essential.
2. You are a free human. I can't force anything on anyone. My write ups aren't for you. If you choose to eat chemical produced food, it's OK. It's your body and not mine. If your DNA can process it well....Good for you. And if you carry something else, it is your "die" and not mine. You short your life. And if it is OK with you to short your existence, good. You have made peace with it. Many know tobacco is a killer and they do it. They have made peace with the mind. So, leave those who want to live longer alone.
3. Keep up to date with recent research. Do not limit yourself to reading blogs or watching YouTube interviews. Those are the opinions of people. Go to a proper school and learn how to read scientific papers. Blogs, YouTube, tiktok, and other platforms that publish various types of content for monetary gain should be used with caution. Ask the content creator for papers. I have shown you various papers here. Please, produce yours. Show us what I have asked.
6. Again.....go to a good school so you dont mess up yourself like this again.

I wish you well.

Please for those of you reading... a moniker called himself deepspirituals...and he opened a thread asking for suggestions. He said he has done a pilot. Then, one moniker known to give bad advices started telling him this and that are what he should do. And he started accepting all. I took note, and I and pointed out why he would neglect lessons learned from his pilot and just accepting words from a stranger. And then, he wrote some nasty things. That was how I tutored him and told him he has a deep spiritual problem like his moniker says. Please, where is the curse? Show me the curse I laid on him. Did I create the moniker for him? Please.. I am waiting for you to.show me the curse I laid on you.

I am waiting.

It is funny how many people are sound intellectually. Very few. If these guys cannot say how I cursed him...OK ooo. I am waiting. Why will I curse someone that gave himself deep spirituals? Did I say he is mad...his life will not prosper...he will keep begging or what? Where is the curse I laid? What demeaning words did I use?

Every word...you have called S.eun. Let's try this. Can't you prove your point without calling S.eun? Oh...maybe this is demeaning. Lol. grin

If you don't show us the Curses, and prove that they are Curses...you are a manipulator. And listen...manipulators are cursed already. No need to say anything. Show us the Curses.

Take note of the attached image. Deepspirituals has been going around trying to damage me on NL. Lol. I was just looking at him. He linked me with several monikers. And even here on this thread using different monikers.

I have tried to have a conversation with the management to further review my take home to match the additional responsibilities but it's failing on deaf ears with no commitment to my request all I get is more work...

I have delayed this to accommodate the fears of friends and family but I do have another hustle that pays me in dollars that actually meets my needs so I'm thinking of leaving this Naira one to focus on that one and use my extra time to prepare for something better......

My resignation letter is ready and I will drop it after our weekly meeting tomorrow morning except a divine intervention stops me....

So my people do you have any words for me? I will that if any......
Your posts show something or things are missing. Leaving this job is not the real issue, but there is something you can not pin point. It is called "uncertainty"

First, listen to the people who said that you should leave on a good note. And I am happy you said you have a good relationship with the management.

Second, listen to those who asked you to back up your files. Please do so before sending in anything.

Now, the only thing you need is to address what you are trying to pin point out. In most cases in Naija....it is always solved easily. Whether you resign or not, go buy your house or build one. If possible, build blocks of flats in a high valued area to rent out. My idea is that you secure the three basic necessities: food, clothes, and shelter. Shelter is the most difficult in Naija. Secure that fast.

If you want to secure clothes, you know how. Very easy.

As for food, most people can't do it. But if you can, go buy plots of land you can use for real estate in the future, and start gardening there now. Believe me, you are doing yourself a big favor. Please, don't buy land in the bush....buy plots in residential areas.

Sit down and check your dollar salary. If you think you can do these, do them fast. You will never regret your action. I won't advise you to leave your job or continue. Either way, you can achieve these things I have highlighted.

I forgot, if you have kids, you need to balance everything. So....think well.

If you have a garden, you will think less about what to eat and save more money. also, not paying house rent gives one so much confidence. And you will find yourself having the best clothes if you can address these two things. The secret of having good clothes is having vacations. Peace of life comes along with it. And that's a way to enjoy life. Go get visas....or better still....find a way to get the residence of another country.

There are more. A step at a time. Start with securing the three basic needs. Then after, you will find more projects to handle. This is how to make it in life. You will meet more people who will challenge you.

Good luck!

People just don't slump. If you are getting tired every time, quickly get yourself a BP monitor. It is not that expensive. Many people don't know these things. A friend had been having the symptoms for over 5 years, but ignored it until the day he went for a comprehensive test because he was applying for a Canadian visa. The doctor told him to act fast. And mind you, I have cautioned this person to stop eating sugar and salt, but ignored all. Meanwhile, he was always getting tired and always having severe headaches every time he helped with grocery purchases for his family. Yet, he ignored all. He said he didn't even think about it. He would just crawl into his bed and rest after each episode.... and as soon as he wakes up, he feels better again.

After his doctor placed him on BP drugs, which he would have used for the rest of his life, he rang me and told me his predicament. I did less scolding and moved fast. The first test I recommended was his lipid profile. And he saw he had a high rate of bad cholesterol. He was shocked because he is slim. I laughed hard. I warned had warned him about using deep frying, reusing oil, and even using seed oil all the time.

To cut the story short, he went back to his doctor after 6 months, and he was told to stop all medications. Lol. The doctor said his case is rare as many have used drugs for a long time.....little did he know that the man treated the underlying cause of the wahala.

Fix your diet, and live long.

Hmmm!

A leader who doesn't know how to address the public may not last. Being the governor of Lagos is different from being the president of Nigeria. Honestly, Tinubu's speech is a poison that may kill his government faster than expected.
