It could have made more sense for the board to refuse to invest if Mou was asking for attackers, they could say what exactly did he do with the attacking players he had to justify asking for more attackers.

But no Mou is asking for CB, defenders. Did you notice we took a fair share of points from the big teams last season when we defended deep? Our problem last season was the small teams that were tearing apart our defense whenever we go full attacking. DDG save more shot than Ederson had to face ffs. We curse Smalling, Jones, Lindelof, Darmain and Rojo here almost every match day and our manager wants to get new defenders and we are crying blue murder.

Even during SAF eras we always have a stable/solid defense which allow us to concentrate more on attacking because we know we have able defenders. Pep met worn out and average defenders and got new and better ones, he met Hart, loan him out bought Bravo, he flopped and was replaced again the next season with Ederson, he was topping the league in Jan and they still get him another defender worth 57m.

We go wail tire this season if Smalling, Jones, Lindelof, Darmain and Rojo are our defenders.

Secondly, two-third majority is required to impeach Saraki and APC does not have that number. So, how could he have been impeached?

Thirdly, it was PDP senators shouting for days of a plot to impeach Saraki on Tuesday even without any cogent evidence. It was same PDP led by Sarathief that conspired with Daura Secret Service (DSS) to deploy armed men to NASS to act out a script in their well-planned drama. If not, how come the APC senators that were alleged to be plotting impeachment were not seen anywhere near the Assembly Quarters?

Fourthly, antecedents of Saraki with Daura have revealed the unholy relationship between the two. It was Daura that produced the biased report used by the Senate not to confirm Magu (twice). It was Daura that prevented EFCC from arresting former DSS boss who is a loyalist of PDP. It was Daura who was repported to be having meetings in the dead of the night with Saraki.

The question sane minds should ask is: If Daura was not being used by Sarathief, how come the idiot of a SP or PDP has not welcomed the sacking of the DSS DG?

Clearly, the alliance between Daura and Sarathief/PDP has come a full circle and it has been exposed. Daura was the enemy within who was revealing top govt plans and directing the scripts acted by Sarathief and PDP.

PMB sometimes is too slow in acting. Daura could have as well engineered his overthrow if he was not axed yesterday.
