Because he's an aerial threat our major focus when he's in the field is always crossing. We have players that can run behind defence. This is better than always trying to lift the ball into the air imo which is easier to defend against. And they need to work on some things. When we're attacking most times we lack bodies in the opponent box. We need more.

Unfortunately, the people who recruit into these unis are not serious about quality. Also, the salary of the most junior lecturer should start from about 750k a month.
