"Every man must decide whether he will walk in the creative light of altruism or the darkness of destructive selfishness. This is the judgement. Life's persistent and most urgent question is, 'What are you doing for others?'" -- Dr. Martin Luther King Jr |

I am hoping for Brad and Angelina to win but we have to keep an eye on Sean Penn, Mickey Rourke, Kate Winslet and Meryl Streep. They are EXCELLENT actors/actresses |
We ordered Burn after Reading and Tropic Thunder last night. Both decent movies. Burn after reading - a typical movie with a unique comedy style. Very funny. . Props to the Coen Brothers again. Another classis since Fargo, and Oh Brother where art thou. Tropic Thunder - absolutely funny. Some of “black” Robert Downey Jr's lines are hilarious. I went to bed couldn't stop laughing from remembering bits One love |

oyb date: don't mind the psychotic bigots - they think all reasonable people are cast in their image Aloy.Emeka:Thank you!! For earTHWworm to turn an excellent speech into an “Obama Warns Muslim is beyond me. She and KramaMad have succeeded in amazing me with their thought patterns. I have been reading their posts and they would be a great subject of study for my mom psychology senior thesis. Do you think I could get together and chat with them? Either by email or by phone. I know my mom would be very very interested in their thoughts on other political/religion issues. You see, she is trying to prove that American society has an impact on people giving them the illusion that they can change another faction of society having never experienced it. As I stated before they would make excellent specimens. What say you? Fools despise wisdom and no one can teach those who choose to be ignorant. LOL ![]() One love |

Fidel Casto praises Barack Obama as 'absolutely sincere' Fidel Castro broke his five-week silence to praise US President Barack Obama as a “man who is absolutely sincere”. But the former Cuban President added that “despite noble intentions, there are still many questions to answer”. Mr Casto's first public utterance for over a month helped dispel persistent rumours that the ailing 82-year-old was close to death. He handed power to his brother, Raul, in 2006 after suffering health problems. His remarks were disclosed by Cristina Fernandez, Argentina’s President, who met the former Cuban leader during a four-day visit to the communist island. earTHMama:Personally, I am against Polygamy but what are "we" to do with these instances of polygamy in the Bible? Genesis ch 4:19 - Lamech married two women According to 1 Kings Ch 11:13 - Solomon had 700 wives and 300 concubines In 2 Samuel 12:8, God told Nathan if David’s wives and concubines were not enough, I would have given David even more So i ask - why did God allow polygamy in the Bible?
