Bro, with your explanation I think he could be right because he said ".... consensus ad idem with him ...." The 'him' refers to Obasanjo. Hence, it has now met your condition of "two or more parties"

Did the pdp candidate in kano challenge the election? Or the courts are suppose to call the pdp candidate in kano and force him to go to court? Even with your long compistition you are still a mumu, and the upholding of rivers election is the worst travesty in the Nigerian Judiciary in a long time. That wasnt an election, it was a blood bath.
Aggressive Peoples Congress, APC. You had to call me a mumu just for you to counter and make a point. It shows the level of your civility.
Did you follow Bayelsa election with the fewest LGA in Nigeria and see the bloodbath just in a bid to rig APC candidate into Yenogoa?

Something is wrong with our judiciary. Agreed, wike is popular, agreed that should there be a rerun in Rivers state 100 times, wike will win, agreed also that Rivers state and probably the entire south south except edo state is pro PDP. BUT BUT the Supreme court erred. Even the blind can see that election was MASSIVELY rigged in Rivers. International observers are witnesses. More than 20 people list their lives, number of voters was more than the number accredited, even PDP supporters in Rivers agree that there was massive rigging yet the Supreme Court declared Wike as governor... something is seriously wrong
Nothing is seriously wrong at the Supreme Court level. Rivers was not the only state where election was rigged. There was evidence of massive rigging in Kano, but the election was upheld. The Apex Court didn't err anything.
PoliticsApex Court Unanimous Judgement In Rivers: Despotic Body Language Waning. by Episteme2(op): 6:52am On Jan 28, 2016
The judiciary must be strengthened and released from political interference. The interference of the executive with judicial proceedings and the ugly action of convicting and harassing the accused by the state apparatus before they are charged to court have become painfully apparent in recent times.
The courts are independent and subject only to the Constitution and the law, which they must apply impartially and without fear, favour or prejudice. No person or organ of state may interfere with the functioning of the courts. An order or decision issued by a court binds all persons to whom and organs of state to which it applies.
In recent developments, although the constitutional requirements are clear, there have been a number of cases where they have been flouted. More over, for fear of both the known and the unknown, the judges have anomalously delivered judgement in favour of the Executive arm and the ruling party. These include nullification of elections in a certain region where the opposition party hold sway, disobedience to court orders, unjustifiable absence of judges on court days, holding the accused in confinement and denying them access to legal counsel, granting outrageous bail conditions, slamming of charges bit by bit to illegally rearrest and detain suspects after meeting bail conditions, extra-judicial detention and sealing off of people's assets, intimidating and teleguiding body language to the judges so as to get their bid done.
The Nigeria Judiciary needs to stand up to the interfering and tyrannical Executive or risk being taken unserious. The Judiciary is the last hope of the common man for justice. Otherwise, why should one appear before a court which one has no confidence in? Why would one appear before an obviously compromised court? I believe these are some of the reasons why Tompolo has not appeared before a Federal High court to answer the cases slammed against him by EFCC. He has already been convicted before the court summon and there is no guarantee that he would not be extra judicially detained.
Also, there should be no double standard in the court rulings. The measure and standard used in Lagos should also be used in Rivers and Akwaibom. In this light, it is an impartial victory to democracy and judicial independence, the unanimous judgement of a 7-man panel of judges in affirming the election of River State Governor, Chief Bar. Nyesom Wike as duly elected, not minding the intimidating and tyrannical body language of the executive. The Judiciary should not give in to the despotic body language of the executive. Corruption fight or not, anything done outside the armbit of the laws and constitution of the land is barbaric and an illegality. Despotic democracy is unknown to our constitution.
Thanks to the Supreme Court for reigning supreme in upholding Gov. Wike's election. It's remaining the irrational judgement of Taraba Appeal Court Governorship election judgement. It is rather curious and a great conflict of irony that the Taraba tribunal sitting in Abuja on security grounds faulted the conduct of PDP primaries shifted to the same Abuja on security reasons.
The extent to which the executive arm go dictatorially is dependent on the resolve of the Judiciary to refuse to be teleguided or interferred with. It is better to free 1000 criminals than to convict one innocent fellow. Whatever we do today will set the precedent for other things to follow in future.

General Buhari is overplaying his hands. Let's see how far he can go and how he'll end with this system of governance. For I know one thing; progressive minds are not vindictive. Bitterness, hatred, hostility, foolhardiness, rigidity, intolerance, bigotry, incorrigibility, myopism, tyranny and irrationality are what characterise this present day govt.
PoliticsRe: Please! Where Is FFK? Why Is He Quiet This Days? by Episteme2(m): 6:08pm On Jan 18, 2016
This is because anybody opposing this despotic government does so at his or her own peril. Amidst all this official terrorism, intimidation, impunity, executive recklessness and intolerance to opposition, you want him to still talk. Everyone is afraid of being framed up or linked to a phantom corruption case not necessarily because of guilt but because the judiciary, which is the last hope of the common man has lost its potency. People are afraid of being harassed and arrested by EFFC or DSS and unlawfully detained without being charged to court or given fair hearing. That's is the extent we have retrograded to. It's that bad and hence his decision to keep mute for now.
PoliticsRe: APC And Their Laughable Deceptions. by Episteme2(m): 7:54pm On Jan 17, 2016
With facts and data on ground, whoever says this government is promising is irredeemably deluded. Is 8+ months not a enough time for us to start seeing some rays of hope? Instead, things are going worse than they met them - receding economy; regional balkanization; despotic democracy; tactless, unprepared,trial-and-error, and unschooled leadership without multi-tasking competence; government of official terrorism, intolerance, propaganda, lies, deceit, vendetta and barbarism. They are eager to take credit for all the good things started by the previous administration which are paying off now but would blame the past administration for the ugly results of their crass incompetence in office now. It's quite unfortunate that amidst all these, their(APC) fanatical fans don't even raise an eyebrow.

An average Ijawman is calculating. Tompolo can't dare the State
Your obsession with secessionist agenda being behind every social cum political unrest in the south is sickening and appalling. You have since been dancing naked in the market with your paid pretentious and prevaricating submissions recently. There is just no difference between you and FFK in our political niche. People like you are in extension the reason Nigeria is the way the it is. No notable ideology and a lot of disjointed and inconsistent normative vision and stance.

The law is no respecter of person or persons. PMB has held contempt of court orders and Tompolo has learned.

you only joined naira land on August this year .with one purpose to spread lies against APC and president buhari. What you forgot in your misleading statement is .buhari was once Nigerian's head of state and so entitled to government protection and vehicles. By law every four years they are entitled to Change of vehicles to be provided by the federal government.and if in the course is vehicles were bombed by terrorist. It is the duty of the FG to give him a new one. It does not have to be buy the office of The NSA. It is usually by the Protocol. Mind you there his a car pool .So you coming to say the NSA gave $300k is misleading. a former president vehicle was blown and was replace even if by the NSA. It going to be from its operational Expenses or allocated budgetted funds not the funds set aside for military equipment. Mind you we have not talked about the other $1bn they borrowed towards the end of Jonah's tenure
You see how fast u jumped in here to defend Bubu but if it were another person u would not accept this explanation. Does NSA have the authority to replace Buhari's vehicle without recourse to President's approval? What about others that have been mentioned for collecting money from Dasuki's ATM? Did Dokpesi tell you what the money he collected was meant for? Hypocrisy. No matter how clean and thorough you bathe yourself, a finger inserted into you anus must smell shitty.
Simply put, PMB equally withdrew from the ATM called Dasuki if this story is true.

Same thing about Lagos, what can't you misguided elements among knowledgeable and intelligent IBO's protest massive Exodus of your people from all part of this country including this forum and see if developmental progress will not happened.

Mind you Yoruba is the first ethnic group in Nigeria to witness civilisation and produce the first Africa to intreprete the whole Bible into Africa language. Yoruba's are more civilized and intelligent, except few of them, compared to other tribe in Nigeria. Yoruba and Hausas are the back bone of Nigeria economy through massive agricultural product before our vagabond in power or better say vissionless & lazy leaders shift focus to oil.

The oil that you guy relied on after cessation is not as viable as agricultural opportunity that Yorubaland possesses.

Simple sentence you will not comprehend. Naira is for Nigeria and its land shouldnot be used to promote discord or course of action against it. Is that difficult for you guys to understand? You guys needs to check your brain as Seun is right on that rule and it does not in any way restrict any right form of human right considering that promoting the course of Biafra is anti-Nigeria and threats to the unity, peace and love of Nigeria.

Ifany section of Nigeria has any reasonable cause(s) to be independent of Nigeria, they should approach compent court of law with competent jurisdiction and should pursue it to international court of law than all this childish display of stupidity.
Incosequent disjointed narrative exercise. Albeit, you are entitled to your own sentiments but definitely not facts.

Whoever created this thread in the interest of Nigerian unity is the number one enemy of Nigeria's unity. It is miscalculated in the sense that it is even provoking the target group to press more and harder to their course.
