The defence is not correct. What Pres. Tinubu went for in Rwanda is Africa CEO forum. The various CEOs from Nigeria went there because of they are CEOs. Whether or not Pres. Tinubu attended or not, they would have attended. It is a lame defence
Actually, Sharia courts existed in Northern Nigeria for the purpose of enforcing Islamic marriage, divorce and property sharing laws since they were different from the laws that was prevalent in the general Nigerian marriage act. Then the Zamfara governor at the time felt there was a need to make it the prominent law in his state (I ASSUME, it was done to get him a political advantage during elections), then other states soon adapted it. For Obasanjo to win the 2003 elections, he also ascended to it. So Islamic marriage settlement is fully under the jurisdiction of the Sharia court. You can read more here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sharia_in_Nigeria
LuvsBeautifl: This judgement came rather quickly without unending adjournments. Quite interesting.
Also, I didn't know Sharia court had the power to dis-annul a marriage.
fati2001: On the very first day of the new year (1 January)!
Good day, please I want to know how Nairaland gives people money. I felt that when you take your time to make a post such as this, the person who makes the post is often a blogger who then puts a link that shares the full story on his/her blog and then drives traffic?
I observed you did not link this to your blog. So what it often the reward for generating a post?
Please teach me as I want to understand more about Nairaland
Bkayyy: They say if you want to hide something from a black man "hide it in a book". They were not alleged to have stolen 5k as the title said but a total of 273,000 naira which they stole in the range of 156,000, 110,000, 5,000 and 2,000 naira respectively. Read what is in the paper before you judge. Our main concern should be the inhumane treatment of the poor workers before prosecution. Nobody should be treated that way, especially for a simple employee and employer foreign exchange
Nigerian police sometimes exaggerate amounts to make cases look more substantial.
This can help reduce the wastage of safety kits during testing. Please open the YouTube link and compare the video shared with the one that was responded to (what NCDCgov is doing). This is a new discovery Bill Gate shared

Shuttle diplomacy from a seasoned diplomat. At Calabar, he requested the governor builds a memorial house in respect of Oba Ovboramwen who was exiled to Calabar. Also, at the PH airport yesterday, I wondered why the Nembe people had a delegation of over 150 persons waiting to welcome the Oba, it was then I realised that Oba Ovboramwen had a stop at Nembe when being exiled. Also, over 25 monarchs in Rivers State came to welcome the Oba because they have roots in Bini
imolile: Beggarly Obas of Nigeria BON, Oba's used to command respect, they invite governors for a talk when necessary But since they started collecting Bribes, they pay visits to government house to collect Bribes that will keep their mouth mum even in the face of massive injustices against the people Especially the Oba's in Yoruba land laughing and greening with the Oppressors who mocks them after giving them bribes
It is disgusting to hear of Obas visiting Governors, For what? looking for projects or bribes They have lost the ancient honor of the throne
The Oba is doing good shuttle diplomacy. Later, he will then rest in his palace. At Calabar, he advocated the governor builds an Edo house in memory of Oba Ovboramwen, and the request was granted. Recall he was a trained and seasoned diplomat before becoming the Oba. He is bringing that to bear
Awao!! This Oba Ewuare ll has truly desecrated the great Benin Kingdom. He is just gallivanting from one place to other. Oba that is not supposed to leave d palace The other day he attended Pastor Felix Omobude church instead of attending Holy Church of Arusa at Akpakpava which was his fore-fathers church and Benin traditional church. He even went to Abuja last year. I hope he will not travel outside Nigeria before this year end.
His father Oba Erediuwa will be weeping at where he is cos of what this Oba is doing.
I even heard that he change the ancient custom of Oba not seeing the apparent hair to the throne, he now sees his Edaiken of Uselu.
It's high time all the Enogies nd Chiefs in Benin call him to order
Nembe in Bayelsa state sent a declaration of more than 100 persons to welcome the Oba. I also observed that the Nembe language is very similar to Bini. Also, historically, the Nembe people said Oba Ovoramwen had a stop in Nembe while being exiled to Calabar by the british
felibrain: Shut up my friend. Your story only shows that you're a weak fool. You should ashamed writing that nonsense up there. What pastor influence? A man like you? Shame on you.
ALCOHOLKILLS: save us your nasty stories, i am so sure you enjoyed his cock hence you never utter a word till now, you can deceive yourself with your exaggerating of scholarships or whatever money you paid..... Get a life bro and stop writing like a cranky old granny
I am not here to accuse Pastor Fatoyinbo. God knows I prayed for both him and the Dakolos and their families as I know it is not easy for any of them at this time. I just dropped this here, because this story awakened my pains. I also used nairaland to remain anonymous (at least to an extent). I also want to make it known that speaking out can be confusing.
I really do not need to sue him. God who is my witness knows I am saying the truth. I am simply trying to explain the influence pastors have. Today, I took out time to pray for Both Pastor Fatoyinbo and The Dakolo family. I know it is not easy for them at this time. I am not prosecuting anyone. I also don't need any funding. I just told my story to make people know speaking out is difficult. It is also confusing
