For example: If a fashion designer that makes approximately $1000 monthly is seen living in a house worth more than $3000 monthly.

You will have to prove other source of income and can be jailed by the firs.

Nigerian uses this gimmicks to arrest people and force them to bribe them because they knew their source of income can't get them what they have. It's so simple.
