Who has booked a flight to the UK through Lufthansa airline from Nigeria?

We currently booked a flight for Grandma to visit the UK from Nigeria through Lufthansa because it was the most affordable at the time and hubby didn't pay for changes to be able to update the ticket or anything else.

Now someone said we must also apply for a transit visa for her as she would not be allowed into Frankfurt in Germany for layover without it.

We have successfully filled the transit Visa application form through the German embassy online, but the problem is we can't book an appointment for her Biometrics on VFS global website.

How do I book appointment for Biometrics for the transit visa application?
Her flight is in December.

Please If you have done this before, please enlighten me. Thank you.
I fly Only Lufthansa cos it goes to PH. This is so unfortunate, there is no way around it, you must have a transit visa if you do not have an EU passport. They will check two times, so there is no escaping What you should enquire from them now is if you can do it on arrival at the point of transit. You never know answer can be yes..If this is not possible then you will need to buy a fresh tkt,but ask 1st.

We are on the same page. The exiles Jews descendants started the. Zionist movement to return to their homeland earnestly in the mid 19th century, buying up land from the Ottoman . Their resettling did attract lots of nomadic Beduoins and surrounding Arabs. who came in as labourers . Some laughed hysterically at their efforts to reclaim the barren land
Exactly, this was why I was laughing hard, some persons here thought there were no Arab Jews, they see being jews as a Nation rather as an Ethnicity.

The Romans expelled the Jews in the 1st century and renamed Judea abd Samaria to Paelestina. This was to wipe out the identity of the Jewish land. Naming it after Philistines, who by then were extinct as the Dodo.

Palestine between WW1 and 1948 refered to both Jews and Arabs who lived there. Present day Palestinians are simply Arabs from the surrounding nations They have no lineage to the extinct Philistines. None at all. They are just Arabs.

That above statement of yours is what I am trying to portray, The Jews who were expelled were ethnic jews not a geographical area, however the geographical area has always been there and the word Palestinians was used to described this region which consist of Jews and Arab.
it is true that these present day Palestinians have no lineage with the philistines and also this present day Israelis have no lineage connection with the Israelites. I don't even think anyone has referred to them as Israelites.

Lying with utmost confidence and trying to rewrite history!! cheesy

Even the quran which came over a thousand years after the Bible DID NOT MENTION "PALESTINE" even ONCE!! But you're claiming the Bible mentioned "Palestine"?? SHOW ME the place in the Bible that mentioned "PALESTINE" and I will credit you 5,000 Naira grin

For your information, the name Israel and the Jews was mentioned in the quran more than 40 times, and in all those times, the quran referred to them as owners of the land and especially Jerusalem. Even Muhammad knew this! Not even Muhammad made mention of any "Palestine", and in all his battle of conquest, he always admitted that Jerusalem belonged to the JEWS, and all he did was to try to convert the Jews to Islam, but they never agreed, so he kept waging wars against them. The Jews who lived in Arabia, he imposed Jizyah on them.

There was NEVER a Palestinian state, if you think otherwise, then kindly tell us the names of the past Presidents, Prime Ministers or Kings of the so called "Palestinian" state.

You're mistaken the "Palestine" as a geographical area that was even given by the ROMANS when they conquered Israel from the JEWS, with the made up "Palestine" identity that was introduced by YASSER ARAFAT.
The so called "Palestinians" today are nothing but ARABS! Their ancestors originally migrated from neighbouring ARAB COUNTRIES like: JORDAN (for the "Palestinians" occupying JUDEA AND SAMARIA which Jordan renamed to WESTBANK), Egypt (for the "Palestinians" occupying GAZA), Syria and Lebanon!.

There was NEVER any Arab on that land until the ROMANS conquered it from the JEWS and forced many Jews into exile! The Arab occupiers moved into the land from neighbouring Arab countries. The ROMANS changed the name to "PALESTINA", not as an ethnic group, but as a geographical area where Jews and ARABS (nobody was called a 'PALESTINIAN') lived.

Jordan also annexed JUDEA AND SAMARIA, and renamed it to "WESTBANK" then changed many cities to Arab names e.g Nablus, Jenin and all those Arab names you mentioned above, all those names NEVER existed in the whole of history, not even in ISLAMIC texts and literatures!!.
The birthplace of JESUS CHRIST was truly in Bethlehem, which was in JUDEA AND SAMARIA (a name that was changed by Arab JORDANIANS to "WESTBANK"!!). Not even the quran mentioned anything Arab related concerning that area, the ROMANS started this nonsense.

The Bible mentioned PHILISTINE, not "Palestine". The PHILISTINES were the People who lived in the area, and GAZA was originally one of their cities. They were the enemies of the JEWS who perpetually fought the JEWS. They had their culture and their god was Dagon, THEY WERE NOT ARABS!!!. In fact, the popular GOLIATH was a PHILISTINE. But they have all gone into extinction...

The breakdown I gave is 100% correct, as it traces the ownership of that land down to the Cannaanites who were on the land when the Jews were still in EGYPT.

The so called "Palestinian" identity started with YASSER ARAFAT who himself was born in Cairo, Egypt. There was NEVER any country on earth called "Palestine".

The ARABS on that land are nothing but OCCUPIERS, during the days of KING DAVID and Solomon, there was no single trace of any Arab on that land. This whole madness of Arabs coming into the land started when the ROMANS conquered the land from the JEWS and renamed it to "PALESTINA". That was when the ARABS came, and remined there throughout the OTTOMAN EMPIRE.

Even throughout those period, there was NEVER ANYBODY CALLED "PALESTINIAN". The people who lived there were called JEWS and ARABS, the so called "Palestinian" identity came about recently, after the UN PARTITIONED the land to JEWS AND ARABS!

Learn some history and stop spewing falsehood online with confidence!
Who ever read this long epistle would think with your confidence you belly down with this knowledge wich by the way is false
Ask yourself who do you think the "Philistia." Are? Philistia was a coastal region located in what is now southern Israel and the Gaza Strip, and was home to a people known as the Philistines.
The region where Israel is located was referred to as “Palestine” at least as early as the 5th century BC. Writings from such men as Aristotle, Herodotus, and Plutarch all refer to this area as “Palestine.” This term is believed to come from Masoretic Hebrew biblical texts. Some scholars think that the word Palestine means “land of the Philistines”—the region definitely included the place where the Philistines lived in,
God brought the descendants of Israel/Jacob out of Egypt into the land He had promised to their ancestor Abraham (Genesis 15:17–21; Joshua 1:1–9). Based upon the dimensions of the land found in the Abrahamic Covenant, Israel’s land promise remains yet to be fulfilled; even at the peak of the Davidic kingdom, the territory occupied by Israel did not match the promise. It is believed the land promise must be literally fulfilled in the future.
Arabs who live in the former mandated Palestine, excluding those who live in Israel, are often called “Palestinians” today, but the idea of Palestinians as a distinct people group is relatively recent. Arab inhabitants of Palestine only began to refer to themselves as “Palestinians” in the early 1900s. They never had a separate state and largely considered themselves as part of the larger, global community of Arabs or Muslims.
This are the words of an Orthodox Jew living 2 poles from me in North London, cos he wrote a book of something similar however if you think this a false as it does not fit into your narrative by all means burst your buble and drink champagne I'm out.

The Romans were the ones that illegally renamed the kingdom of Judah and Israel to Palestine to spite the Jews before they were driven away and scattered all over Europe, they came back to their homeland.

And why do you keep saying Zionists? Why are you making it seem like Jews are in Israel are Zionists as if those that returned are too stupid to know their ancestral land?

Before 1948, there was a BRITISH MANDATE, where JEWS and ARABS (nobody was called a ('Palestinian') lived.

- Before the Ayubid Empire, there was the Frankish and Christian Kingdom of Jerusalem, not a Palestinian state.

- Before the Kingdom of Jerusalem, there was the Umayyad and Fatimid empires, not a Palestinian state.

- Before the Umayyad and Fatimid empires, there was the Byzantine empire, not a Palestinian state.

- Before the kingdom of Israel, there was the theocracy of the twelve tribes of Israel, not a Palestinian state.

- Before the theocracy of the twelve tribes of Israel, there was an agglomeration of independent Canaanite city-kingdoms, not a Palestinian statehood.

Actually, in this piece of land, there has been everything, EXCEPT A PALESTINIAN STATE!
Sorry to say this are all false narratives, I think you know the truth but you try to steer away from it for what reasons we don't know,B4 the Balfour Decleration in 1917, mark the year 1917 there was no Jewish state but there was a Palestine state. Every Jew knows this. This area was use to describe this same area during the Roman times. This same Palestine was the same Palestine in the Bible as a matter of fact, the vast majority of places in the Bible concerning Jesus are in Palestine. Palestine originally belong to the Levant, This is why the claim Jerusalem is their capital and dispute it with isreal. When the name Gaza is mentioned you guys just assume that its the whole of Palestine that is under siege, No its just Gaza city cos its to the sea, they have other cities functioning. For example Bethlehem is i n Palestine, 40 percent Xtian, and 50 percent Muslim, This is the birth place of Jesus. And in 1994 this is under the control of the Palestinians.
Other cities i n Palestine no one hears about are
Bethlehem
Ramallah
East Jerusalem
Nablus
Hebron
Jenin
Tulkarm etc there are more these areas has no problems at all

And no they didn't create a Jewish state, they simply declared Israel a state, meaning they existed there before, same way Palestine was recently declared a State whilst still existing.

And lol Wikipedia can be edited to suit anyone's narrative at anytime everyone knows this, it is not the absolute truth.
I know Wikipedia can be adjusted, but I am surprised you are arguing about this fact, so ask yourself this question, who chased them out of this ancestral land? B4 the 1st world war. I think you should also consider that being a Jew is an Ethnic legacy not a nationality as we have black Jews as well.

2. What visa types are currently open to Nigerians and what are the costs and duration of stay?

3. If there are professional visa avenues, what stability is guaranteed for people in my field.

4. What are the choice safe and comfortable locations in south Africa for newbie Nigerians.

5. What is the current average rental coast for a 1bdrm apartment from minimum to maximum.

6. I have heard about dummy ticketing in the thread. How can I go about getting that?

7. How long does it usually take to get an evisa and a sticker visa and what's the duration of stay?
