The answer is yes to some degree, but the Nigerian factor will kick in, by this I mean that firs official will now go from Biz to biz to demand evidence of remittance ,However to collect Vat you must give receipt with a vat number at every sales. Now do not forget this does not affect the seller just the buyer. Now your. Now the person buying one pack of Indomie wont pay tax cos this is exempt, You can confirm this from the white paper.

She felt embarrassed and asked what is my meaning.

I told her to drop her account number, that either this evening or tmrw morning I will transfer the money to her, and at that time it won’t be as if I am paying for sex.
