Sir, the idea of the technical room is excellent, it's even being incorporated into our designs these days, but I will suggest it's limited to electrical components.
Washing Machine, Dryer and all sorts should be in the laundry. (Note: access to a technical room supposed to be limited to only adults or technical personnel, whereas a child of 12 or a house maid may want to use the washing machine and dryer).
Only adults are meant to use the washing machine ie above 18, kids as young as 12 should not be allowed to use a washing machine

Not true!!
Many South Africa already produces electricity that will meet our electrical needs.

Nigeria's problem is our (citizens) demand for government to subsidize electricity. This make investors hesitate to invest in that sector.
The moment investors can be sure they can recoup their investments, we will meet our electrical needs. This will be met by investors and not government
Why do U think the cost of sola energy is dropping in Nigeria of no investors?when was the new energy bill passed i to law in Nigeria?the one that unified the upstream downstream sector.tell us let me see if you are in th3 k kw in tbjs sector.

Stop lying, compare what we generate and distribute with the top and see that we are doing nothing to improve electricity. SA generate over 60,000 while Nigeria does between 3000-5000 . Shameful
Have you been to SA and lived in the down areas? Let me tell you what shyte you do not know as I happen to work in this sector a fluid Mechanic which means I deal with the movement of any fluid being gas or hydraulics and based in the UK. There is a word called Installed capacity and actual generating capacity. So what you should ask any one in the know in SA is what their installed capacity is and actual generating capacity then there is your answer. Also do you know that the vast majority of power supply generation is powered by COAL in SA? this accounts for almost 75 percent of total power generated COAL. This is a dying fuel and not sustainable hence they are resulting now to green Energy but then again, how many homes in Nigeria now go green?
In SA 70 percent of Energy demand is from Industries, why in Nigeria almost 70 of Energy demands from our National greed is domestic, the Industries generate their own Energy which is absolutely brilliant, so once we get it right we be partying.

Those two have effectively ended loadshedding as you know it. You and your thousands of power plants are still struggling with electricity, so what's the point? We built according to our population, what's stopping you from doing the same?
If you check we are still building, o n the news last night, a new station just got added to the National Grid. The infrastructure to support power generation is massive, people tend to under estimate the task at hand. The vast majority of our old power plant were built around dams its only just now we are going thermal. The amount of power we generate as we speak can feed the whole of Southern Africa, we talking about more than 300M people here, that's not even the accurate figure of the total demands when it comes to per head supply.
Also do not forget we account for up to 40 percent of Energy supply in the west of Africa. So my friend we are progressing, level playing field is being generated to attract external investors in this sector, it wont be a one day job, but we heading the right way as few people with brains are now in government. We recognise there is a problem and this is being fixed as all other sectors depend on it.

Typical smoke and jealousy for black South Africans..
1. Apartheid built power plants to service only the 10% of the population (whites)
2. Black South Africans came into government and used the same aging infrastructure to service the whole country, hence the loadshedding, all infrastructure becomes obsolete at some point
3. The same blacks have now built two new power plants, Kusile and Medupi, while your Nigeria has built absolutely nothing!.
4. Loadshedding is effectively over now due to the same black South Africans..while your power struggles continue unabated. Weliterally found you with electricity problems yet we've leapfrogged you and fixed them first.

Keep misleading your gullible brethren to buy into your hate for black South Africans; it doesn't change the fact that your nation is a failure. and it frustates the hell out of you
That is rich coming from you right, Black SAs only built just two, do you know how many has been built in Nigeria? Look the Energy demand of the whole SA is Equal to just Lagos state and Rivers state, so when stuff like this is being said sit back and take notes.

Honestly, this is very sad as a Nigerian and as a giant of Africa.

Our Government need to do more about the electricity of the country.

I can't believe it that Nigeria is not on the list.
Have you any idea the Energy demand figure of Nigeria? as it stands, No African country can generate up to 40 percent of our Energy demands.

His knife is missing, which was most likely used in killing the woman, evidenced by the knife on the floor.

There is a scratch on his the side of his neck close to his ear, which must have been as a result of the woman fighting back.

His red shirt will hardly show any blood spill.

I do nt think this list is correct, The IGR from one local govt producing oil in delta state is greater than the whole of Enugu state if we practice true federalism. The greatest generator of money in Enugu state are the Universities.
